Thank you for your amazing help! We needed to book 3 urgent rooms for an airport problem and they were very kind and available to help my family later in the night. Expecialy thanks to Janni who understood the situation end my rusty english :D.

Front desk has no service. The hot water give to us is not fresh at all. They are rude and ask for 50$ deposit for room key. They are so mean.

Clean, modern rooms. Polite, English speaking staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Delicious club sandwich. Only negative: no air conditioning.

The staff can be very rude. Only stopped off for 1 day, wouldn't go back as it is far from alot of things. Gave 3 stars because the rooms were very nice, aside from that every interaction with hotel staff (receptionist at night and day plus housekeepers) was very forced as if they didn't want to speak to you. No friendliness whatsoever.

Friendly service at the reception and breakfast. The buffet was very good and rich. It's a business hotel. The only blemish was that these were the beds twin beds.

A pleasant place to stay in Monaco, the rooms and services are spacious, comfortable and clean, breakfast is buffet, varied and abundant and the kitchen appreciable.

Place not recommended for dinner and breakfast and especially for the friendliness.

Was 5 days. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast went so (buns were never fresh) hot food delicious. Operation in the lobby very much to come. Hotel is located in the middle of the commercial area, far away from "life". City center very good with the public reach.

We were accommodated after a flight failure at the hotel. Check-in went very briskly. The rooms are quite ok — the beds very basic. Breakfast was served as a buffet and was average.

The Hotel fron HELL! Starting with a Staircase Entrance to Lift your Luggage just to enter the Hotel, Then wanted to charge 5 Euros for Wi-Fi per day, Breakfast with no variety and that didnt taste well at all. Lets get down to the real drama. This hotel doesnt provide slippers or Bathrobes and there is no Stable Hot Water. There is no complimintary anything not even water. Two Elevators for 6 floors (About 4 Minuites since you hit the button. ) The staff are moody and dont like confrontations.

Super hotel, absolutely the best breakfast I have ever had in Europe!, I know what I am talking about because I am the driver of a tourist coach. Italians French learn how a breakfast should look like in a hotel!

Nice hotel, but disabled heating during the night and thin bed lining made it impossible to have a good rest.

Good infrastructure, easy to get there and many industries around. Perfect for business trips to Munich. Restaurant in Bavarian style.

Nice hotel, staff was accommodating and the rooms clean. I especially liked the bathroom as it had a modern touch with a rain shower head. Only the TV was quite small and frumpy.

Very friendly staff, room very clean, great breakfast choice with high quality. Modern entrance area, rustic breakfast room, rooms that have come into the years. Bed very comfortable, great water pressure, stable water temperature. Poor lighting of the rooms, especially the bathroom, no good hair dryer. Good bus connection. Price quite exaggerated.

We had a double room which was refurbished only two months ago.
Everything was Picobello there. In the bathroom everything was super clean (even under the drain lining — I had looked in there because I found the shower cubicle and the tiles so great).
The fact that there are no free hotel parking spaces does not matter: there are shopping markets in the immediate vicinity, where at night the parking spaces are not closed with a barrier (simply ask at the reception, where the best parking is free). Alternatively, there is of course a paid underground car park.
The breakfast was also very good. In fruit salad Even the fruits were without skin (such as oranges).
I can recommend the hotel very well. Maybe the TV in the room could be a little bigger.

The rooms have been quite beautiful in the years. The price is pretty high. Not even free internet. You also have to pay for parking. Breakfast is good but not cheap either.

All in all good, lodged by force majeure by air cancellation, we got a clean and comfortable room. The service of breakfast and dinner well, the attention of the staff of restaurant dry and sharp. Reception well.

Very nice hotel with good beds and top service. I felt very comfortable in the modern ambiance. Luckily there is also an underground garage at moderate prices. Colleagues told me that the breakfast was also very varied and tasty. When I'm back in Munich I will be happy to book again at the Feringapark Hotel.

I was in the course of a training at the Feringapark Hotel. The training room was okay, unfortunately, except for a small hatch in the ceiling windowless.
The food in the coffee breaks was also okay, but I have already experienced much better. The lunch buffet was excellent, there was a great selection and everything was delicious. Also the breakfast was very good. Especially noteworthy are the really nice dining rooms. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable.
The room was clean and kept in a classically sober business style.
The staff was very courteous and friendly.
All in all a nice hotel, I would come back.

Very good location, well maintained building, nicely decorated and clean rooms, pleasant bathrooms. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful. Here you can feel comfortable — the staff will make every effort. When I am in Munich, I always hope for a favorable rate.

Hotel is nice with clean rooms and included breakfast. Just hotel is away from munich central train station and getting a taxi could be an issue esp. During ocktoberfest.

Very comfortable Hotel with a restaurant and especially a bar that serves as long as there are guests. German breakfast (little pastry…)

Stayed here for two nights in a suite because we had our large German Shepherd with us. The room size was great but considering it was a suite, it did not feel in any way luxurious. Limited drinks in the mini bar and shampoo etc. But that was it. The room decor was a bit tired and also not 'suite standard'. In the end it was a practical room but we did not want to spend any time in it. Breakfast buffet was okay if not a bit limited. Location was great, especially if you want to explore the surrounding Isar walks or do a spot of shopping. We did not try the bar or restaurant as it did not look appealing. I would recommend the Feringerhof Hotel down the road which is a bit more pricey but worth every penny.

The room was not clean and the mattress had rests of dry blood. The night recepcionists were very unfriendly.

Nice hotel with big rooms, easy to reach by car. No Tram close by. Wi-Fi coverage is good, but the connection is slow. Big parking space, you have to pay for each exit at the reception.

I only went to a party at the bar. But it was a blast. Nice bar area and the staff were professional and on top of things.

Nothing extraordinary. Good hotel, good location in the direction of airport. Breakfast is OK, as well as there was a minibar in a room.

The hotel overall is not bad, but the attention from the staff is badly bad, the hotel does not have air conditioning, while they were still not in summer, heat feels, I can't imagine me as they do in summer.
All this, added to that the internet must actually pay for it, not the recommend to anyone, or even Wi-Fi would… at least something if its staff were a little more friendly.

Very good hotel. Room and breakfast fit and the price is right also. Parking spaces are available sufficiently in the underground car park.

Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y limpias. El desayuno tipo buffet con los panes alemanes es totalmente recomendable.

Very disappointed! Would have expected more class. Was on business so often already in the hotel (out of necessity, because it is close to the site), and always been disappointed! Now after two years once the step in the House again dared… My charging cable in the room forget and direct 1 hour after checkout called and asked it to send me home. No feedback more until I've called myself again after 4 days to ask. It was supposedly not there and I have forgotten it somewhere else… Clear!
Service and cleaning powers screaming through the hallways and behave it as its in your living room without regard to guests, to greet the guests not to mention to silence… Unfriendly and decrepit rooms. After the experience, never again! Zero stars.

Business Suite is not, for breakfast, parking, no room service, cleanliness only at 1st glance (yellowish toilet lid, dirt in the most corners in the bathroom) and only a bath with curtain
Otherwise, the staff is friendly and the service is good.

Nice hotel. Room is clean and modern styled enough. Location is very far from any underground station but air is clean on the other hand :).
