We stayed at this hotel for three nights, the rooms have a normal size for double bed rooms. The hotel is pretty new and in a very good condition. The breakfast is very rich with a good choice for everybody. The food in the Bistro/Bar is a bit limited with no real choice for our son. Luckily there is a real Bavarian Beer garden just around the corner (Augustiner Schützengarten)

It is kind staff of information man. transportation is about 6-7 minutes if there is s bahn and u bahn, and bus was able to move easily in front of it. — not professional booking system online, cheated by the hidden terms and condition which made a flexible rate into a 30-days cancellation which was a nonsense when a customer books a room on flexible tariff less than 30 days before check-in, then showing two tariffs even though both are not flexible is just a fraud. Putting the same cancellation hour 18:00 on arrival date and then next to mentioning 30 days before instead of the on the arrival date was the most tricky way to get customer confused and let him book a more expensive rate although it was not flexible. The rooms are too small and there were not satisfactory answer from reception. The premium rooms are mentioned from 22-36 sqm, when you complain that the given rooms is not even on the min. Area, the answer is yes it is. Never heard that if the guest is not happy, they may give a solution or another option to keep him/her happy. No customer orientation at all! Therefore, have stayed a few times at several Leonardo Hotels but this last experience was the very last one! Good luck to you and your stubborn not customer friendly staff!

A good hotel, very helpful staff (they think of and also have most of the things travelers would normally forget, like travel plug points and fabric press/iron). Unfortunately it is located a bit far from the main railway station. After 7pm getting something to eat outside the hotel is almost impossible.

Been nicely received. For the restaurant should I deposit €50 as a deposit? But when I said that I would pay in cash, I should visit the restaurant, that was probably ok too. Room is really not big! Also the bathroom does not. Perfect for 1 or 2 nights max. You can see all this is still relatively new. Staff was very friendly. Parking garage for €15 the day I find compared expensive. Tip You can also find a parking space in the side streets. But you also have to take 200m to 300m walk. Shortcoming: When I arrived in the underground garage and had my hands full, unfortunately the door to the hotel did not automatically open! Shut down all door open and resume luggage. Building site directly opposite and around 04:30 a crane was built. Open the window at night, only in some rooms. Price was €88 Kotenlose bottle of water in the room I found good.

Very new (1 year) modern hotel with nice facilities and a veeery good value for money. There are also delicious dishes in the restaurant.

Now there are plenty of outlets mounted next to the tables at the bar. So the coffee can be enjoyed together with the notebook.

A modern style of the hotel in a district far from downtown of Munich Germany. However, reaching to downtown is so easy by the underground. The hotel is very good, clean and has nice breakfast. It is also nice stuff.

Very clean and polite personel. If location is not the case, this is a very good hotel with U 3 connection to Marien Paltz (7 min walk to U station)

Hotel was for the price super rooms and beds were good the only thing that was very negative was the reception there was a younger gentleman who stood by us and as we have noticed other hotel guests from above has treated the rest of the staff during the evening U nd it next morning however very friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately, the heating in our room did not go right. Otherwise 5 stars.

Never been treated so rudely when checking in at a hotel. Especially after a long and tiring flight, and another long journey to the hotel, to the difficulties in just getting into the hotel. And still being treated so rudely.

Overall a great place, clean and friendly staff. A bit out of the way but good value for the money.

Had a very pleasant stay during the Oktoberfest. The staff was really informative and helpful, the room was clean and had all kind off accessories. Looking forward to seeing you again!

Enjoyed the hotel and the meals; staff were good. One exception was the room cleaner… we stayed four nights — on the third day I had to ask for a bar of soap — we had one, small round bar for three days. No shampoo was provided. Our water glasses were not changed until I called for replacements. Stir sticks were not replenished and the desk and side tables were not wiped. We did leave a gratuity on the second day but did not continue with that as the service wasn't there. Room service would be a nice option. Overall, a nice place to stay!

Aircon in rooms, good warm shower. Buffet food is very good, steak is superb! Located in a nice quiet are that's not far from the city centre.

My office is situated at 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel, making it ideal for some exercise in the morning before work. The personel is very nice and professional. I would recommend this hotel to everyone (freind or colleague)! Keep up with the good work!

Newer hotel with nice rooms and furnishings. Good selection of foods for breakfast. Only negatives are that room/bathroom are on the small side and there isn't much to do in the area.

This Hotel is worth for it's money. It's clean and the stuff is friendly. They helped us out alot for my birthday. Together with my wife they organised me a nice birthday with Roses a cake and some champagne! The breakfast from the buffet is also good and it is in a good location. Thank you very much.

The hotel is in a quiet area but easy to reach city centre, the area has good restaurants, shops, if needed. The hotel is very clean and comfortable! The price is lower than the quality of the offered services!

This a relatively new hotel and the rooms have been done up tastefully. The carpeting and blinds have been selected with some thought. We stayed for two nights and although hardly spent time during the daytime during the two days, enough of the hotel was on display. Suitably attired staff greet you whether it's at the reception or in the restaurant. They are polite and courteous. If however, you don't speak German, communication may be a problem. The bathrooms/washrooms or toilets, are a wee bit small and you will have to be careful while brushing or shaving because elbow room is at a premium. The rooms are very silent with the windows shut and air conditioning effective. Frankly, they are rather small for the city of München but you could adjust to the size if you are not travelling with excessive luggage. The food in the restaurant is tasty and served as expected. All in all, a good hotel.

Was in Leonardo Hotel on an official trip. A nice and cool hotel but not in the city center. Reception was great. Although, the room I stayed was not too big but it gave every comfort needed for the hotel, in addition to the free Wi-Fi which kept me connected to my family and friends. Meals were delicious with a big mug of German beer to go with.

Nice, clean hotel. Really good noise cancellation windows, as across the street is a construction site and during the day it can get busy. Service is nice and the bar is ok.

I have spent there 3 nights on a business trip. The crew were very nice and helpful. The only disadvantage is that in the rooms the beds were right next to each other and we had to split them. On the other hand the room was clean and tidy as you expect.

Great hotel, great lounge, breakfast top and on the street with big windows, which is great! The location is relatively good. The service is prepared for absolutely everything such as irons etc. You feel like at home!

We had the most wonderful time in this hotel, totally recommend it. We first booked 2 rooms in another property and when we arrived they told us that they were booked but they moved us to this one, they payed our cab ride to this property and comp our breakfast for our entire stay for the inconvenience which we were very please with because the breakfast is really good too. The hotel was super clean, smell super nice and the staff was 5 star helpful and friendly, they helped us get around the city and they even gave us tips on restaurant around the area, they all speak English which was so helpful for us. It's close to bus stop and blocks away from metro station. We had no problem getting around from this hotel to other places in town. We will definitely stay in this hotel again. The front desk employees are wonderful they even held our bags in their storage so we can go around town and come back for them later because we had a late flight, they even offer a later check out. Just wonderful all around this is by far one of our best experience in Europe while our entire trip.
