Ein ganz wahnsinning harass (ment). Hotel is beyond bad. Even for its price. Avoid at all cost. I am asking British Airways for a refund for my stay because bought hotel package from them, never done that before and stayed in many hundred hotels. Do not stay at this hotel even for free. 1. When I came to hotel I immediately asked about option for sauna traveling across Europe to and from airports. I was not able to prebook which latter it turns out lead to a mistake. When the Evening shift worker had arrived I asked for sauna again 1hour before as told by receptionist so he could preheat it. He forgot to heat it so sauna was 45 celsius and 60 celsius when I left it. 2. Gym. No treadmill. No words. No dumbbells either. 3. I asked one morning for salt at breakfast to heal my sinusitis with flushing my nose. I had to catch a train to Austria. Girl working at breakfast gave me pepper instead so I could not clear my tonsils that morning. 4. Next morning I decide to take it matters into own hands but old man takes salt from my hands when I was pouring into a plate and swore f*** you at me 5. At day of departure black cleaner knocked twice on my door although I said please clean room latter 6. Room-key did not work properly and you had to be very persistent to get inside room. Rooms were not cleaned good either.

A solid 4-star hotel, well connected by adjacent U and S-Bahn stations. Shops, supermarket and laundry all close by. I personally prefer to stay in a suburban hotel like this, rather than a hotel in the tourist zones. It feels more 'real' and offers better value for money. There is a garage here to, so convenient if you have a car. Recommended for business travellers.

I stayed at this hotel for a busniess trip for 5 days. The unfriendly staff, cold rooms at July, rude and careless reception, 6 euros for 2 bottles of water which should not be charged, all made me sick and regretful for having chosen this "hotel". The room did not have refrigerator, when asked the reception he said it is normal some rooms do not have. The weather that week was abmormally cold / rainy and the room was cold at night and the air conditioner did not blow warm air, only cold air. When I asked, the reception told that the temperature is a relative concept. This kind of rudeness at a hotel reception is a scandal. The hotel management should be ashamed for this kind of work by letting these people stand there.

Terrible front desk and management services. Majority of the receptionists are not professional with unfriendly faces and unwelcoming attitude. I been at this hotel for a business trip for 4 day and found them totally careless and aggressive. Can anyone imagine they trick guests with a mini bar label to charge 3 Euros for a bottle of water which is offered to guests as complimentary at even most 2 stars hotels now a days!? The word even when I wrote a complaint to the manager, he/she even didn't bother answering me! Hence I can understand where the rudeness of the staff comes from!

Lovely place, with an u bahn 2 minutes away — great for travelling in to the centre of Munich, but asked for 2 single beds and got a double, which was not ideal, but was overall a really lovely hotel with friendly staff.

In this Hotel, "the Guest is King" is truly lived in my Eyes. Not only the very courteous Ladies at the Reception, Sinah and Jessica, who gave me a different Room to the adorable courtyard in an uncomplicated Way and very friendly, also the friendly ladies and Gentlemen of the Breakfast service, very pleasant!
I Would also like to top the excellent Room Service and the warm Lady of the Bar, who will mention the delicious Welcome Drink!
An all round house to recommend! Thank you.

Great hotel. Convenient location near the Metro. The city centre is about 10 minutes away by Metro. The area is decent. Nearby McDonald's for those who did not have time to eat in the evening somewhere else. The room is normal size-everything is there. The breakfasts are delicious. There is an underground parking (paid for small cars). TV has Russian channels. Wireless internet in the room with good speed.

The meeting rooms have windows that. Cannot be opened. The ventilation is annoyingly noisy, but the delicious food compensates for a lot.

Long opening hours. Came the same, very nice and competent staff, has become a super haircut according to my wishes. Preiwert. Top hairdresser Shop, absolutely recommended!

Great location 2 minutes stroll from Ubahn. Clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff — great breakfast buffet set us up for the day ahead. I wouldn’t hesitate coming back here again, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Excellent hotel and very well located just 5 minutes from Marienplatz and 10 from the Central station. Of the biggest rooms I've been able to visit with my European capitals. A more than reasonable price for performance and location. No Restaurant But as I say this super Central for dinner anywhere. At 2 steps there is a MacDonalds, a HOUSEBURGER, highly recommended, right in front of an Italian and a couple of patisseries. Very good breakfast. They do not speak Spanish, but they serve you in a great way. One-ten hotel, I'm sure I repeat.

Room dated and not 4 stars. 4 days without changing towels nor refueling shower products. Good situation, breakfast Ok but expensive for 14. Eur. Friendly staff.

The severe was fabulous. The breakfast superb. Staff was marvelous helpful caring.

Hotel from the past. The rooms are clean but everything looks like a SSRovsky: renovations, doors, beds… Even the staff with their own features. For this money you can choose a more interesting place.

Quiet hotel, not far from the center, convenient x me that I had to go to the Audi Dome (7 min in car). Free parking on the road from 11pm to 9am. I did not have breakfast at the hotel. Not very big room, comfortable bed. Great price.

Is on the S-Bahn, if you don't have a car, problematic connection. In the area there are no inns, breweries, restaurants… Weak internet in my room.

Great location close to Arras Metro stop, just minutes from the city centre. Cozy and clean, it has small gym, sauna and parking.

Met after promised 14:00 due to not availability of rooms. With eviction there was a circus at all. Couldn't figure out who paid for my room. At the entrance to the fitness center broken door lock and taped tape. As a result, that would open it had to call the staff of the hotel, who just kicked the door heavily and the door opened. Pat things for 2 days of stay and failed T. K. Could not find ironing boards and iron.

I was there for the weekend and loved my girlfriend and I very much.
The rooms were nice, comfy bed, large bathroom, mini bar and nice view.
The breakfast is very much fälltig and delicious. Especially the large range of tea has appealed to me:D
The staff are all charming and fun.
and per person €125 for 2 nights in a 4 star hotel you can really not complain:)
Also, the location is great.
There are smaller snacks and restaurants nearby, including stores such as DM and Edeka.
There is also a savings bank and a pharmacy just around the corner.
An S/U train station is not even 50 steps away.
And the city center is 2 stops away so about 5 minutes drive by S-Bahn:)
All in all, I was very happy with the hotel.
I went with expectations to this hotel and I was very positively surprised:)
I hope my review helps one or the other to decide for a hotel.

The rooms are a nice size. Bed might me slightly on the soft side. You do get a small selection of drinks at 3 Euro each in the fridge. Pretty quite for a city hotel. I like it :) Parking is on the expensive side for sure considering coat of hotel.

I think the hotel is not professionally managed. Customer requests were not respected and the cleanliness was not satisfactory either. Somehow I reacted allergic to the bed and had to scratch myself the whole 4 nights. And my desire for room change was ignored three times. It was really unpleasant hotel stay of my life.

Excellent hotel, about 4 km from the center of Munich. In front of the entrance is the metro station and 100 meters from the train station. Parking under the hotel for a fee (about twenty places). Good breakfast.

Excellent hotel, well located (right next to underground and suburban rail) circa 5 minutes to Marienplatz, superb staff. I always stay here when in Munich.

Horrible, the staff is useless and they are also very rude and arrogant. This experience was one of the worst I've ever had. The bartender is never at the bar and when they finally call her in from the kitchen she is nasty and rude and she can barely make a drink. I would've cancelled our reservation if I couldve gotten my money back.

Good location, not too near a lof of major landmarks themselves, but right by a metro station that will take you to them. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well maintained.

The location is awesome. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The underground station is just outside the front door and it's really close to a lot of attractions. The rooms are nice and large. They have a small refrigerator but no microwave (Sorry Americans) but you'll feel right at home here.

I'm stayed in that Hotel for many years. I was always happy and well treated as a regular customer staying in the junior suite mostly. I enjoyed the breakfast until last year when management scrapped it to a level which is not adequate anymore for the quality of the Hotel. I hope when I come next in November, the breakfast will be back to the known quality and variety of offers.

It is a company paid travel so I can't really review the price. Rooms are clean and modern, I am staying at a single one, a bit small for a long stay. Big flat tv. The only lees good thing to say is the lighting on the bathroom, it is really bright and there's no way of turning some off. And the pillows, that are too soft. Friendly and helping staff. Good breakfast buffet.

This is a friendly hotel. A short hop on the underground to the city centre and for me just two stops of the S-Bahn from my work. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff were all very helpful and extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast comprised of a hot and a cold buffet and was very tasty. I would recommend this hotel.

Well located, clean, great buffet breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Clealry a business focused hotel and not somewhere I'd want to spend my entire Munich stay in, but great for one or two nights. Wi-Fi is patchy (at least it was in our room, fine in the restaurant area).

A very nice hotel in the southern Munich area. Fantastic service from the staff and an excellent breakfast. I have stayed here every year for the past 3 years and it has been consistently a great experience. Will certainly return again.

Great hotel for location, access to transportation, efficiency, cleanliness, quietness and good value … it's true breakfast with exaggerated costs but nobody forces you and workarounds are manifold. Someone writes inadequate offer for a 4 stars, maybe it's true I've had better, but several decidedly worse. The request is still reasonable and indeed I consider it quite consistent to what it offers. Recommended and will return.

In 9 May 2014 I visited Munich with my family and we stayed in k+k hotel. Very good hotel k+k, and we enjoyed too much. Also I didn't forget the sweet people in reception and how to help me. So I hope to visit Munich again and k+k hotel.

This was my first time staying at K&K. The room is very nice and clean. The hotel is on a busy road. I got a room over the corner overlooking a smaller road. As soon as you close the windows it is nice and quite inside. Had no issues with sleeping. The staff is extremely friendly. I strongly recommend.

I traveled to Munich with my 10 year old daughter for a week. Everyone at the K&K made us feel welcome. I will definitely rebook when I return.

Perfect for Business travel, good Breakfast, nice room, fast Internet and helpful staff. Not so good for travelling by car (Parking), very good connection to public transport.

Super Hotel, it is true price performance. The only Minus point, the car Park. Here you should only have a small car clean drive.
