The hotel was situated in a calm and pleasant part of the city, while the room was nothing particularly amazing, it was very clean and orderly and fitting for the good pricing. The rooms were slightly too warm during the days but fine during the nights and as is typical in Germany there was no installed AC, so it's probably best to treat the hotel room as a place to stay for the night rather than spending the sunny days in there. The parking lot situation in Munich is pretty bad in general but the hotel has a drop off halting spot at least, so you can check in and drop things off comfortably and worry about finding a parking lot later. The hotel personnel was kind, helpful and professional. Overall this is a good hotel for a short stay or weekend in Munich.

The rooms are somewhat in need of renovation. There are stains on the carpet and on the wall. The only plus point is the large and good TV in the room.

From the ceiling it dripped. I heard everything that happened in the side room. The windows were hard to close. The bathroom was terrible at renting. Never again!

The room was not cold very much smells like a sewer, which takes place in the kitchen and grass. Noisy, so-so service, and even Wi-Fi signal only in one place.

Close to the centre. Maid service every day. And towels are changed every day.

+ Great hotel for Oktoberfest. Friendly staff. Great beds. — Strange bathrooms. Slightly far from the station. The hotel is a little far from Harras Station, not terrible though. It's more like a hostel than your typical "hotel". It is situated in a residential area so there isn't much around (food-wise). The rooms were clean and all-in-all good. The only issue is that my room (maybe all) have three outlets near the window, which make charging things slightly annoying. You can easily get to Oktoberfest (2 stations away) which was nice and downtown Munich is only a short 10-12 minutes away. My only complaint is the bathroom situation. First, if you turn on the bathroom light it lights up the entire room. Second, the shower is just in the corner of the bathroom and the curtain doesn't extend to the floor so if anyone takes a shower the whole bathroom gets soaked for the rest of the day.

Nice hotel for a group of guys during octoberfest.

They changed my room to a tiny single one, that stood in the sun the whole day and was really warm. The Air conditioning did not work. Breakfast was ok, people that were working there were also ok. It is located in a nice area, and the elevator works quite well.

We stayed there after concert in Olympia hall, from which it is not far. The price was reasonable for neat room, but the mattress is very soft. Paid parking in garage available.

Okay, what can I do to not be.

Definitely not a 3 star Hotel! Former office buildings have been installed in the only bathroom. No Comfort, only cold water, neither the shelf space in the bathroom nor in the room. Cable the from the walls, walls made of cardboard, you hörr every word from the room neighbors! The hotel staff is very friendly, however, not complaints. Well, Yes, it is a well used. Not recommended!

Very clean accisible stylish rooms. Alot for your money.

So I was wondering how come this hotel three-star? Long term construction site outside the door that first room which we were given was musty, Houskeeping comes a day at 9:30 and the next to 15.05 watch which are walls so you can hear the cardboard neighbors breathe and in one day we had no hot water. The room facilities is clapped out with minimal financial application and even the carpet is still by the Welfare Office what was previously here, the bottom line for ' n ass, sorry but something else to also not reminds me!

No closet in the Zimmer… kein Wi-Fi… man will pay extra for the parking and breakfast. The only good thing was the friendly staff.

Great price-performance, 54 euro for a double room in munich is a sensationell price… I recommend this hotel not only for price conscious people… modern rooms with big flat tvs… stuff is extraordinary friendly and courteous.

This hotel is not properly soundproofed, so I can hear everything that goes on next door and male staff is extremely rude man.

The Hotel is located in a small, narrow side street. Who would not want to depart as early as 7 a. M. You can take a Parking lot from the Hotel, for a fee, of course. The rooms are simply decorated but modern and beautiful. The reception is 24h occupied.

I know almost all the Hotels in and around Munich and the Creo, the grey is the most hole, the Hotel is worn out office mattress has dents, shower with hardly any water, open lines, the room numbering=Postit missing part, the staff is overloaded and hear complaints anymore. Who was claimed to be something else bought.

My girlfriend and I have stayed in over a weekend at the Creo Munich November 2014 and we are thrilled. The book has worked very well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The free coffee and fruit have let us taste. The rooms are modern and clean. The location of the hotel is far away from noisy streets and train tracks, we could sleep in peace. The U Bahn station "Harras" is located just 5 minutes walk from the hotel and we were good mobile without a car. And for life — and Finanziellemittel are due to the very close EDEKA market, the gas station and the Bank branch that removes all just 300 m from the hotel are well taken care of. conclusion. only to recommend.
