The hotel is not comfortable, building noise around the hotel made me nervous. There aren't free car parking. General, it was a bad experience.

Had a workshop here in June 2018. The meeting room was perfectly prepared, the glazing shielded the outside noise perfectly. The coffee breaks as well as lunch were varied and delicious. The service was also courteous and always smiling with one, from which some luxury hotels can cut off a disc.
Only the logo with the many different brands is a little confusing and misleading as the sister house is right next door.

Clean and basic hotel but unfortunately rather unfriendly staff. Our reservation had been partially cancelled for no reason. Invoicing was horrible and full of mistakes. First time but also last time I stayed at this hotel. When renting 7 rooms for a whole week, you simply expect to receive a better service.

I've been there several times, in business trips. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the mattress is of very good quality and the hole ways are quiet, so sleeping conditions are excellent. Breakfast is also quality. There's a bus station 100 meters away and the metro line is 1.5km away (reachable by bus). Last but not least: the bar is opened all night.

Great service and great quiet room. The bed was very comfortable and the equipment pleasant.
What was missing, though, were several towels and a floor towel.
Otherwise there is also coffee to cook yourself.
The breakfast is a little overpriced, but leaves nothing to be desired.
Will definitely come back when we are in the area.

Super nice hotel. Have already had hotels with more stars that were worse. Staff are very friendly. Disadvantage: Only one large towel per person without a handtowel. Unfortunately, one more drawback: The floor does not appear to be soundproofed. Thus, one stands upside down vertically in bed when a horde of children get the race and trampling.

Nice Hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. The city centre can be reached within a few minutes with the tram very good to!

1 hour walk to downtown. It's a 25-minute tram ride. The view was terrible and the staff seemed slightly irritated and not very motivated. The rooms are simple and small, so nothing special. Even the surroundings are nothing special … Probably more suitable for younger couples or businessmen … Parking is only available on weekends … However, it is possible to park opposite in the garage for an extra charge. Personally, though, I won't be arriving and staying there …

Getting there easily with the lines U2 as well as bus line 50 from the main station. Accessible via the Donagkstr. West in 3 min. On foot.
Modern building. Modern and chic, clean rooms. Bathroom and toilet clean and ok. Inviting to spend a weekend here. Small shortcoming … the dust is also behind the TV, otherwise TipTop!
The reception friendly but sober. In the evening we were a bit surprised and despite other offers, unfortunately not to get a 'standard' Pina Colada … What a pity! The bottles on the shelves of the bar are already illuminated … but have not been 'dusted' for a long time … What a pity!
Breakfast rich and fresh.
Unfortunately, the matter and the heart of a hotel lies and lives in detail. Kindness and warmth are felt and lived. It is like the entrance hall also the 'snack' and bar area very sober. Even the employees, whether in the evening or in the morning, are a hello … Good evening… Good morning rarely to elicit … …
The breakfast platers unfortunately did not become completely clean after washing and do they were Sat. / like so. At our breakfast table you can see small leftovers of food … What a pity…
Also the hint to use the big heavy breakfast plate and the little ones for the children could be friendlier or rather start with a 'good day' …
All in all a nice hotel YES … but the little things make it a lot of times.
Price/performance incl.

A real star in Munich. Great value for the price and the room was 80euro. Would love to come back. More hotel you don't need for 1-2 nights.

Very nice. We slept in a double for 4: Kind staff who spoke in Italian. Clean and nice room.

Clean room and facility's. Staff are really friendly and helpful. We stayed with two children in a two double bed suite and they loved the size of the rooms! Breakfast was excellent. The children ate for free and enjoyed having so much choice. We travelled very easily to the Allianze arena and the Olympic park. The tram is a 4 minute walk and it takes you directly to the trains which are very easy to use. We had an excellent time here and would definitely recommend!

Good value for money Hotel new, modern, functional. It has a spectacular breakfast. Very quiet location away from downtown but with bus line that takes you in 10 minutes to Marienplatz. Some of the staff speak Spanish.

Hotel war ok. Modern und sauber. Nur 3 Sterne von mir da keine richtige Parkmöglichkeiten — man muss ca. 300m laufen für das Parkhaus und Personal am Empfang war hektisch und gestresst.

Room is nice and next to several public transportation options. However, the checkin staff was rude and this “premium” hotel does not have parking while you checkin and move your luggage. You will rudely be asked to move your car immediately to the parking garage 200 meters down the street. You need a key card to get into the garage, not sure how that works before you check in, or how you know where to park before talking to someone. Amateur establishment at best.

5 * in the specified hotel class. Nice hotel, paid but affordable parking garage, uncomplicated check-in and out, small bar with many seating options, where you can also get snacks, rooms modern and clean. Coffee machine in the room. Good for business travellers and city travellers. Immediate environment isn't really exciting. I would definitely book it again depending on the occasion.

Large and comfortable rooms at appropriate prices. While a bit aged building, the hotel is clean and in good condition inside, and the grounds are well-kept. Breakfast is rather expensive, but very good. Parking available for 5€. The view from some windows is less than nice.

Absolute value for money. Four person family room with two large king size beds without breakfast for 89, — euro in total. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room spacious enough with a toilet separate from the bathroom. Parking in the parking garage normally costs 5 euro. Parking spaces on the street are limited and only up to 2 hours on working days.

The location of the hotel is great and in a very nice area. The room was really clean, the bed and pillow were amazing and staff was polite. Would definitely recomend.

Nice place, well located, not too expensive and good looking. Parking is not free but cheap (5 eur), in 15 min it is possible to stay in the city center by tram and subway. Modern rooms and fitness centers are available. Expensive breakfast (15 eur) not included in the price.

Ok location north of downtown, the rooms are great and very modern, and the employees are excellant. The only thing I dont lime is that there is a window that connects the room to the bathroom making it somewhat awkward.

The hotel and its facilities are very good. The bed is very comfortable and the rest of the room is modern and practical. The atmosphere is cosy. The thing I liked most is the coffee machine at the room.

I am since more than 2 years, a regular guest of the Munich Hotel. The staff are based here, unlike the big chains are very flexible, and a maximum of customers. If something doesn't fit or something is missing, it is not discussed, but it helped. The rooms are very spacious. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom with a shower is in order. Everything was very clean. Coming from Munich out to ride without the Ring, it has free Parking, free Wi-Fi, plenty of surface to Work with. Breakfast is very good. Selection absolutely fine. Dishes are fresh and attractively presented. Coffee is very good! And in terms of the price, everything here is very fine. Top recommendation for Business travelers in Munich, in need of no Spa frills.

In one of the business areas of Munich, this modern hotel with all the luxury and comfort. Close to the stops of the line 50 and a night line bus, which connect with the metro in five minutes. Several of their staff speak perfect English, so you will feel like at home.
