Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Modern and clean rooms. Plenty of space, too. Reception gave incomplete information for parking directions though, which was frustrating. Overall, a positive experience.

Good location near station, tram stop right in front of hotel. Lovely amenities in clean rooms. Soundproofed windows.

Really nice hotel, we got upgraded to a superior room and free to use the mini bar. Hotel was clean, with nice toiletries. Hotel staff were friendly and can speak good English. Not far from main train station, and about 20 minutes walk to the city centre. Good value overall. Would come back again.

Super staff and so friendly very clean and shower a real power one. Location great a 5 minute walk from the main station and about 15 minute walk to historic buildings highly recommended and price great too thank you.

A great little hotel that hits far above it weight. Nice reception w. Free Wi-Fi & mobile charge stations. Rooms are smaller but mobern clean and functional, fast free internet, soft shower, great desk, very comfortable bed. Breakfast is better than in many other hotels in this area with crispy bacon and a good assortion of things too choose from and non disturbing lounge music. Restaurant is an excellent itallian with actual italians cooking actual italian food while adding a bit of italian language and pulling excellent espressos. Carbonara was great and so was the pizza with thin crisp crust and a rich sause. I can only recommend.

I have never gone to the hotel but I know very well the restaurant which is of absolute value. Excellent service and gourmet dishes that will reconcile you with the developing tradition in a delightful way. Try to believe and come back to taste always new inventions of a super chef. Considering that it is in the center of Monaco the prices are affordable. The Italian culinary tradition never denies itself.

Stayed for 5 nights. Location is perfect — 10 mins walk from Munich main station; has trams literally outside the door to take you to the city centre / touristy area. Got a room upgrade as an Expedia + Gold member and our room on Lvl 6 was surprisingly spacious with rainforest showerhead (yay! ). Reception staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend enough.

During my stay in Munich I went 2 nights to dinner in the hotel restaurant. This is an Italian restaurant with Italian staff. Quality products and variety of the menu. I recommend it without any doubt.

If you compare everything a hotel to recommend. Rooms are small but modern. If you are lucky you get a parking space in the side street for 6 euros for 24 hours.

Hidden gem in Munich, great boutique hotel, clean nice bed with ac and nice modern shower. Tip. Get the superior double for ample space and not your typical small euro hotel rooms. The front desk staff are amazing. Still checked in as of today. 5 min walk from the Central station Munich Hbf and 10 min walk to everything else. Will definitely come back.

Restaurant Rating: Today was the first time with a colleague there and ate lunch. I am excited. A friendly, always smiling team and for no fun too bad. A very warm atmosphere. You feel welcome. We do not have to talk about Munich prices, but here the quality has earned its price, and this has a rarity in this overpriced city. Overall very recommended. I'll be back.

Not bad. Spacious and renovated. Negative: In the rooms facing the main street you will hear the tram pass constantly.

A walk far from the central station surprises the VI Vadi Bayer 89 with nicely furnished business rooms. The restaurant was booked on the evening for an event, so that an evaluation of it fails. You sleep well and have two pillows to choose from and feel comfortable in the modern furnished bathroom. At the desk one sits with a view to the Bayer Street.

Good value for money The facilities are new and well connected, close to the central station.

Food and service was excellent! Inside atmosphere and sidewalk people watching was great too. Only issue was all the smokers out front. Toward the end of dinner the entire restaurant smelled like an ashtray.

The most incredible comfortable pillows… loved them. Great bedrooms, sober but tastefully decorated not far from the centre of town. Loved the Hotel.

Great size, much bigger than most rooms. I would have rated it 5 stars if they provided a water heater.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is within walking distance from the central station. The bed and soundproof windows make it possible to sleep well after a long day. All in all, the hotel is a great hub to get you around the city and a comfortable place to rest after a day full of activities. If anything to improve, the Wi-Fi in the room was difficult to connect at first. Thanks for a good experience.

Nice hotel, though the room is pretty small. But it has everything you need. Location is very convenient as it's just two blocks from the main railway station. The neighborhood is not that nice, but it's safe enough and you can walk to many places of interest or take the metro if going far. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was very good!

Very friendly staff. Room was quiet near to road if the window was shut. Room was a little hot though and couldn't seem to get air conditioning to go down in temperature. Walking distance to train station. Longer walk to old town, but not that far. Area around is, interesting. Some might find it a little rough, but I felt safe and not threatening even late at late. Hotel itself and rooms are very nice, though the lift is tiny.

Really clean rooms. Friendly staff. The only disadvantage is the location — the proximity to the station. For someone, maybe it's even a plus, but contingent in the dark different found nearby.

New hotel, very well located to the South and close to the central train station and near the central bus station. Affordable price and excellent service. The hotel is located at the western boundary of the historic district of Munich on the main street which is Bayerstrasse, 10 minutes walk from the historical center of Munich. If I returned to Munich, I would choose the same hotel. It is a very good choice for a single person. Everything is clean.
