Pure, functional hotel. Nice staff, good breakfast. On the sun terrace you can spend time with friends. For a weekend our room (406) was perfect. Only the bathroom was a bit small but clean.

A Stylish place. Modern comfortable and cozy hotel. Location Good breakfast. Parking at the hotel. The Oktoberfest venue is a short walk away.

The receptionist lied to me several times and the room smelled of old food. Not nice. The room is OK. Very noisy outside.

Very new hotel (about two years) super rainfall shower. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed one night on our way to Slovenia.

This is the place to stay in Munich. Great location. The metro station Poccistraße is literally in front of the door (3 stations away from Marienplatz U line). It seems that Oktoberfest takes place 5 minutes walking away from your room here. Cozy atmosphere and vibe. The highlight of this hotel is the staff. Truly welcoming and helpful staff! Highly recommend it.

A basic, good value hotel with no frills or luxuries. Excellent breakfast and parking in hotel car park. There are some very good restaurants just a short walk away if you don't want to stay late in the centre of Munich and the tube stop is right outside the hotel, so in just 3 stops you will be in the heart of Munich.

Great hotel, very cozy, generous. Each room has its own small balcony. Beds very comfortable. Small kitchen in the apartment. Unfortunately, my room was on the main street. Old windows. The noise is already fierce. The service is great. The breakfast area is very cozy.

Metro, Rewe and Penny are in the immediate vicinity.
The rooms in the courtyard building are unfortunately very noisy.

A great hotel in a great location. The rooms are very quiet (had one in the back building part) and were spotlessly clean. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is also quite adequate. If you goes out, you will fall on the stairs to the subway, which is perfectly reachable all the time. Overall a great hotel that I would book at any time and would highly recommend it.

Nice design hotel, not too expensive compared to the services offered and 2 metro stations from Munich City Center! Right next to where the Oktoberfest is held in September, but otherwise in a quiet area with interesting choices of restaurants for breakfast or dinner. I recommend!

Price-/power fits. As a competitor of motel one but not yet on the par.

Dear Bold Team, we had a great time with you. The penthouse with rooftop terrace is perfect for families with 2 children! The atmosphere with you is great, the hotel is quite central with metro right in front of the hotel. And at breakfast there was something for everyone, delicious! We will certainly be back.

Location of hotel was opposite the train stop so great access around Munich, great hotel, fantastic staff, and excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family/friends.

Very good hotel with very pure charm. Also very good fresh breakfast with a good selection and excellent coffee. The only shortcoming: In a room facing the street, it can be quite noisy at night as the windows are not insulated against sound.

Just a good deal! The rooms were spacious and had a balcony plus a kitchenette. Perfect for if you want to explore the city for a few days but not eat out every day. Hotel has a great modern vibe and breakfast is cheap competitively. For the price you won’t do better in Munch.

Hotel with great location. Very modern, nice staff and quite nice breakfast too (9, 90€). Perfectly located for the Oktoberfest and I guess generally for a city trip to Munich. The rooms have a nice size and everything was clean. Would definitely recommend it and book there again!

We had a lovely time at this new modern nicely done hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The restroom is a little small, but well equipped. There is 24 hour concierge and 24 hour barista for coffee and drinks. Located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The metro station is right next door, which is extremely convenient. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants are at a walking distance. We absolutely loved our stay! :)

Great location. Staff at front desk are helpful and nice. Room had a weird smell about it but apart from that it was lovely. Would have been great if there were more channel options on the TV.

Good location, just next to the U-bahn. Cool design. The bedroom is in good size but the washroom can be larger. The floors can be cleaner (you can't wait without shoes as it guarantees dirty feet) but this is something very minor.

I enjoyed my stay here and will be the place I stay on future trips. Location was very close to the central station and the hotel staff were great. My room was very clean and comfortable. Only good things to say. Thank you.

The hotel is Poccishtrasse. Located on one of the main streets of Munich in half an hour you can walk to the Marienplatz. Very good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Iveria.

Close to Metro, convenient and quiet. At the request by phone it was said that breakfast 7:30, at Chekine and departure stated that 9:50, Posiavili before the fact. ; — (

Very clean room. Friendly staff. Close to the subway.
What was important for us that there was a parking space in the garage.
The buns were not as crispy as touted.
Otherwise, we were very satisfied. K equity Thaler.

Nice hotel, very close to the Centre, 20 min. To the Marienplatz square foot, metro stop outside the door, very friendly helpful staff, beautiful contemporary decor, price performance ratio-well, we'll be back.

Nice hotel in a good shop, tasty breakfast, great staff and Nice rooms. However, our first room was a nightmare. At the bottom at the Court, if doors were in the Castle, made it blows in our room really. Wheeled bags that are dragged across the yard, were even louder. There is also a terrace with seating, where of course until people sit and talk and laugh in the courtyard. Since the rooms have no air conditioning, only window remains to (then still loud) and sweat or ear plugs.
We have complained to us the next morning and got a room at the top also very timely. What not had all these problems and we have therefore a very nice sleeping experience.
I would book this hotel again to get a room at the top but only under the premise.

I like the hotel very much, same as the first one. The only problem that needs to be addressed is Internet — it was VERY poor in ALL areas during my stay. Also, just as a suggestion, I would replace all the traditional and halogen lamps with LEDs. Thsnks.

Great location, 100 metres from oktoberfest. There's a subway literally at the doors of the reception. The only reason I rated 4stars and not 5 is due to the construction work during my stay.
