Convenient location. Just 500 meters from a tube station. Quiet room small in size with a nice bathroom. Breakfast is great. It only takes 10 minutes by tube to go to the centre.

The hotel is very cute, has a beautiful atmosphere and decoration. Maybe you are missing a good bit of wave to the staff. The breakfast is paid separately (9 euros if I remember correctly) but there is coffee and croissants in the reception for those who do not hire them. The rooms are spacious and very modern.

The room, amenities, and overall condition of the hotel was higher than expected. Although relatively small, the room seemed modernly renovated and appealing. Only complaint was the overall temperature of the room. On the fourth floor it was quite warm and the a/c system seemed to either be stuck off, or broken. Not sure if every other room would experience the same discomfort.

The beds, unfortunately, slide back and forth when you turn around at night. That's no fun…
Otherwise great staff, friendly and competent. As a budget hotel highly recommended.

Modern hotel. Check in was good. Rooms tidy. Wi-Fi didn't work, connected but never actually loaded anything. At 8am someone walked into our room while we were still sleeping, without knocking. When complaining to reception during check out they just shrugged and waved us off.

A hotel to spend one or two nights in the city. Low price. Well-connected to 200 meters from the train station of Laim. Clean rooms with new furniture. Friendly staff, good breakfast and cheap. Individualized Wifi for each room of sufficient speed.

In general a nice place to stay. I had a good sleep. A big screen lets watch TV comfortably. I was dissapointed with the shower though, the sink was clogged. And no hanger for the shower towel. So the bathroom was a bit of a setback, sorry.

Excellent attention on the part of Sonia, super friendly, helped us a lot thanks to that speaks English and is very efficient, the breakfast is very good and the rooms are very comforting.

Staff very friendly and pleasant. Rooms modern, not particularly large, but absolutely adequate. Breakfast really good. All fresh and everything that matters. Here, too, the staff is very attentive and is happy to fulfill special requests. The only drawback: Rooms extremely warm — cannot be sensibly regulated down via the air conditioning system. You get totally "grilled" just at night and that in January. Other reviewers have already faulted that and it's really true. Window can then not be opened, but can only be tilted, so that one can hardly find sleep at felt 23 degrees at night. Air conditioning useless as it doesn't really cool down the room. Had this shortcoming not been, there would have been a five star rating from me!

For overnight purposes for one night, eg. Very suitable for concert visits to the Olympic Hall, because good public transport connections are available. Located in a very busy area, front street, rear railway. It's new, the rooms are simple and tidy. There's nothing wrong with breakfast. There is an underground car park.

Hotel has been booked several times through company. Room and bathroom very modern. Unfortunately, unclean during the last stay. Unfortunately found on day cushions and toilet many hairs. (Without looking for it large. ) Otherwise everything was always ok. So did breakfast and staff.

Super hotel and great breakfast. Unfortunately, the rooms are very tightly cut … But what is normal for Munich. The front desk staff was very nice and pre-accommodating and making the way to it very easy.

Good hotel, new and clean. The location and the location Some small difficulty in communicating with the staff. Prices of the bar Altini, but the problem is easily avoided using the surrounding bars.

The rooms are not big, but modern and clean. The breakfast buffet has plenty of choice. The price is a bit high for the location and some of the stuff your be more polite.

The hotel is modern and beautiful. The rooms are very clean, cozy and the furnishings are high quality. In the bathroom there is even soap and shampoo, which is handy if you have forgotten your own. The staff is really very friendly and accommodating. Great hotel.

Hotel in Munich although well located, very cold, and excessively expensive for the size of the rooms and the service it provides.

One very rude male member of staff here letting down his hard working colleagues, I was ignored for 10 mins whilst waiting patiently at desk, then spoken to very rudely when asked for assistance. Management need to resolve.

Total waste of money. I stayed here for 1 week and I was totally unsatisfied. The room was extremely hot with no A/C, asked them to fix it few times and nothing happened at the end. Have to ask them to vacuum clean my room twice in one week. You have 10min walk to the first S-bahn station and only 1 restaurant nearby in case you go hungry at night.

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was great. It's too far out of the city however, which I was not informed when booking through travel agency.

Nice, spartan, modern rooms. Service isn't great, though. I've had attendants ignore me completely. And things seem to move very slowly at the front desk, enough so that I had to wait over 15 minutes just to ask how to log into the Wi-Fi (I eventually gave up) ; forget about trying to order a drink during much of the day.

Another guest came into our room after we were in bed. Seems the hotel couldn't keep up with what rooms were occupied. Staff woke us up after midnight to determine who was in the room. Location is fine if you are driving or using transit. Not walking distance to anything. Room was basic but neat, clean, and pleasant. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable.

Rooms were very nice, they felt like they were straight out of an Ikea catalogue. The bathroom door unfortunately had a big hole in it as a handle, which is a bit of a privacy issue. Only one lift was functioning, which meant waits of 10+ minutes in the mornings.

Restaurant affiliated to the hotel for dinner did not offer a sufficiently substantial dinner and for all three evenings we had to fold back on MC Donald.

If you are a school change hotel.

Very modern, very clean. Clientele mostly very young people and foreign language school classes. Parking very expensive and hardly any parking nearby. The rooms have no wardrobe or other options to store very clothes. Is therefore best for short stays.

Good price. Ok service. The room was very nice. Wi-fi was real fast but you have a new code everyday.

Installations are good, all brand new and stylish. Very close to a train station, easily reachable from the airport. Staff could be friendlier, though…

Very friendly and helpful staff. There was a number in the room. Each of the rooms had an internet and a TV, and 2 bathrooms. The staff speaks English (day shift). The breakfast was amazing. The buffet table is huge. There's everything!

Very nice and modern hotel with good transport connections.
The rooms are not very large but very nice, practical and tastefully decorated. The bathroom is really very cool furnished and equipped, there is a floor heating and a level shower.
Right next to the hotel is a very busy train route, which you only really hear when you have the room on the "wrong" side.
In itself a really nice hotel with good connection to bus and train. The footpath to the nearest bus and train station is approx. 300m. I can't say much about the parking lot, we were lucky and found a parking place opposite the hotel. But the car park is not cheap;)
I would book this hotel again.

Cleanliness is top as well as the amenities in the bathroom. However, the ventilation which did not turn off and which was caused by the low noise around the clock was disturbing. This can, of course, also lie in the cold and serve to heat all rooms.

All very new and very well communicated, with a super friendly Spanish boy who is worth for everything. The only flaw I see is that the room is a little small.

Aircon didn't work properly, staff couldn't solve the issue. Car park was bloody expensive, 15 €/ day.

Great hotel near the underground, so that you can reach the centre in few minutes. The rooms are well cleaned and the receptionist are polite and reliable.

Hotel is very clean and modern. It's got pretty reasonable prices and it's a 5 minute walk to the S Bahn. Breakfast was good and had a wide range of options and was pretty decent for €9. The free coffee/croissants was also a nice little touch. Super 8 is basically a hotel chain but as hotel chains go it's a lot nicer than you'd expect. All staff were friendly and helpful, even when we arrived late at night. Beds were reasonably comfortable, not the best night sleep I've gotten but definitely not the worst. Similarly, the soundproofing was also very good, barely hearing any noises from the other rooms. So good in fact that I couldn't actually hear my partner talking to me from the bathroom whilst I was lying in bed. Only downside to the hotel is that I wouldn't stay here with a friend as other people have noted, unless you're staying in separate rooms. The almost see through glass wall next to the shower doesn't leave much to the imagination, which was fine for me and my partner, but probably more than you'd want to see of your friend.
