This hotel is really great! The rooms are spacious and well furnished! There is nothing missing and if something is missing it is immediately concerned. The hotel is well furnished and you feel right at home! Even in times of COVID 19 everyone tries here that the stay will be as good and great as possible but by far ;-) I can only recommend this hotel!

A very nice hotel, with very friendly staff, top rooms, great breakfast buffet. All about everything wonderful. We can only recommend the hotel and will definitely come back!

Always worth an overnight stay, friendly, great food very good parking.

I celebrated my 60th birthday there and let my guests stay there! Never again! Operation: 2 assistants for the whole dining room, waiting forever for drinks! The food was okay, the portions appropriate. But the absolute naughtiness: the overnight stays were paid by me all in advance and my sister was taken away again the cost of the used double room on departure! That's what I came across hours later! Anyone who thinks I got an apology was wrong! I live in Burghausen, I often go out to eat! But I rather starve before I enter the Glöcklhofer again! There are also good other places to stay in Burghausen for my guests!

First of all, I would like to praise the staff who were very friendly. The breakfast was very tasty and you had a good choice. The beds were quite comfortable apart from the pillows, which were too flat for my taste. Otherwise both rooms and the bathroom were clean. The hotel has a good location so that you could reach a lot on foot.

The hotel is very centrally located, there is free parking on site. Despite the location on the street, the rooms are very quiet. In 5 minutes you are in the castle. The staff is very nice. I can also highly recommend the beer garden of the hotel. The breakfast is very rich and varied.

Nice hotel. The included breakfast has a lot of choices. You won't go hungry. I have stayed here a few times in the summer and the rooms can get hot. This is typical for other hotels I have stayed in. For the first time, there is a fan on the room. Nice treat.

Let great family celebration be held there. Very accommodating service, great vegan and pescetti alternatives. And everything so delicious! We were thrilled! Thank you!

Tonight at the restaurant I had the sea bass filllet with sauteed peppers, sweet potatoes, artichoke, and shrimp. The presentation was great and the flavors harmonized well. The server was helpful and quick. Since I'm staying in the hotel I was able to charge the meal to my room. This was a nice way to simplify payment especially since I'm traveling from outside Europe.

Really really bad. The hotel gave different people the same room keys. A big mess at the end …

The best place to stay in burghausen! Nice large rooms (some could do easier access though), close to both supermarkets and the Castle, and an excellent spa. The breakfast options are decent, the TV channels very limited, and the service is polite and superb. It's not like one has many options here, but it's a nice hotel overall.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff was very accomondating and took great care to make us feel welcome and let us enjoy our time in Burghausen. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. The hotel is very close to the castle, perfect location for us.

Staff very friendly. The room was a bit dirty. The suckling piglet rolled meat in the restaurant was unfortunately more fat than meat.

The Glöcklhofer is a great house. These days were only for dinner, but know the standard and service of the House also from previous trips. Recommended!

Very nice and clean rooms. The bathroom has above rain shower in addition to the normal showerhead. Breakfast is served as buffet with lots of choices (ham, sausages, croissant, cereals, eggs, …). The world's longest Castle is just around the corner and can be reached by food in under 5 minutes.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, very new and clean rooms. And the restaurant attached to the hotel has delicious German food and beers.

I ate very well with my family today. Courteous service, reasonable prices and a great ambiance. Definitely worth a recommendation. From the appetizer to the dessert all very satisfactory.

On the occasion of our civil ceremony we ate lunch with family and friends. A minus star that the responsible lady has not appeared despite the appointment for the preparation and meeting. Since we are not from Burghausen and had to arrive, it was not so easy to come back, so the preparation was only by email. Overall, we were OK, we chose a buffet. Next minus star: When cleaning up the buffet, we asked if we could pack something. We were told, no, it's probably already been threw. I complained about this to the responsible lady, whereupon she wanted to contact me again. Next minus star: Despite repeated reminder message, unfortunately no longer received an answer.

Very nice hotel with warm welcome. The hotel's pub is exceptionally good. The food, the beer. All very tasty. And a big compliment to the ladies and gentlemen of the service. Despite a pickepackevollen restaurant no noticeable waiting times. And everything connected with a warmth in the guest address. If I was in the region again, I would take a detour in order to come again.

Hotel is clean and nice. Very close to the castel and to old town.

The breakfast is by far the best when compared to other hotels in Burghausen. The rooms are nice and modern. Excellent location. My only complaint is the extra charge for my spouse. It's about 30 USD extra for her staying in the same room! In Dresden we stayed at the Pullman and the extra charge was about 10 USD.

Very nice rooms, super nice staff helpful and flexible. Very good food, you can highly recommend a great selection even at the breakfast buffet. Just great. A very beautiful city.

Very international with an excellent front desk staff. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with plenty to select from. I especially enjoyed eating in the beautiful, breakfast room with its very nicely appointed tables. In the evening, the restaurant was very pleasing with an excellent wine list and professional wait staff. The rooms are an average size with a strong shower… so that’s nice. The only problem we had was that there was not any room for personal items in the room refrigerator. We wanted to buy a couple of things to have on hand of our choosing… but we were told the items in this mini bar could not be removed without charge.

Best hotel in town, closely followed by Hotel Lindacher Hof. It has a very good breakfast buffet and a nice spa and sauna area.

Very nice, tasteful rooms and friendly, cordial service everywhere. What more could you want. And price-performance is great.

We have been to the Glöcklhofer many times and are very satisfied with the hospitality and friendliness of the receptionists. The rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast is very good. The wellness area is also very nice and invites you to feel good.
We will definitely come back!

I stayed there for three times and everything was nice… good service, facilities, internet, etc. Burghausen is on walkable distance!

Clean rooms that have a good size. Close to the castle. Very good breakfast. Traffic noise at night could be a problem if the room faces the street.

We were for a weekend there and have one can relax us. We had a lovely room, although the road but it was not loud. The sauna area is very fun, with everything you need. There is a small garden, great breakfast buffet with everything you can imagine and very nice staff. We like to come back. For those who have a lighter sleep, I recommend to switch off the ventilation in the room at the reception because it's a little noisy.

Good and central located Hotel Glöcklhofer as an ideal point of view for the Burghausen stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, well maintained and quiet at Night. The outstanding Breakfast offers everything for the good Start of the day. Staff is friendly and helpful. A car Park is available directly at the Hotel.

Very good location for tours of the castle and the old town. Excellent Spa Area. Young and friendly staff Team. Unfortunately, the house next door about no air conditioning, which is there only in the main house. That's why we have 4 days at 30 degrees in the room brooded.

The Hotel is in a great location (Burgeingang), rooms well maintained and clean. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable if you have questions about destinations, etc Breakfast buffet well stocked. Will Come again.

Very good room, clean and freshly renovated. Air conditioning. Beautiful location directly at the entrance to the castle, however, had a view to a boring road. The Internet only via cable surcharge, as had the Smartphone to serve. Breakfast very good and plenty of choice (for example, muesli, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, at least two kinds of bread). Probably the very good coffee from a vending machine I have not tried. Restaurant for a Hotel competitively priced and good food, average portion size (for my Hunger was an Appetizer recommended) — with a large drink, I was at 25 EUR. Reception and very user-friendly and fast enough at Breakfast to me, however, no personnel has fallen off. I but would not know what I would have to order. Of the three Hotels in the same price range, the I in the Region know, the best.

The Hotel itself make a really good impression. The cleanliness is as expected, very good. Criticism, however, I have in the field of entertainment attaching. The highly-acclaimed Breakfast menu I would be considered quite normal and without any great features call. Unfortunately, the service staff quite overwhelmed. Now and again the used dishes from the table cleared. After you have 1x a Cup of coffee from the thermos got was you will never be asked if you maybe a 2. Wants to have.
