Very cozy, good food and super friendly service 👍🏼

The hotel staff is very friendly. Rooms very clean, view of lake nice also.

For years we have been going there for a week in autumn. Beautiful rooms, very good service and an invaluable view at the very top of the sunny southern slope of Lake Tegernsee: a little paradise!

Be sure to take suite with the view of the lake, it costs more, but it is worth it. A small tip: Order breakfast in the room and enjoy on the balcony (room service is included in suite).

Super Hotel. Can I only recommend! Sauna, service, room, breakfast. All absolutely top! Again and again gladly.

Warm hotel with wonderful views: We have always felt very comfortable here. The staff is very friendly and cordial. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with a wonderful view of Lake Tegernsee. The garden area is spacious and the loungers are situated, so that you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view.
The spa area is not very large, but very nicely aligned and you can enjoy the beautiful view. The rooms are very nicely decorated and invite you to linger. We highly recommend the hotel.

Beautiful quiet hotel complex with great overview of Lake Tegernsee and its own small landscaped park. Extensive breakfast buffet, coffee machine is even available all day, and there are free cakes from 2pm. Spacious and clean sauna area with two saunas and relaxation area. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Was there the second time. Had a suite with outdoor whirlpool. Simply dreamlike. Will also come for the third time :-9

Great breakfast (blackberries even in winter, tiramisu, waffles, … — Everything your heart desires), beautiful sauna area overlooking the lake, great rooms. Sledges could also be rented for free, with the room card there is also 50% off at the toboggan run. Our stay has exceeded all expectations!

We stayed for one night to visit the Westerhof at Lake Tegernsee. The hotel is located far from the shore in the mountains, so guests are offered an amazing view over the valley. The rooms are beautiful and traditionally furnished — we even had an upgrade from a DZ Deluxe to a suite. There we found a super large bathroom, two separate rooms and a large terrace with lake view. The service and the hospitality are particularly important here, the breakfast buffet and the cake offer in the afternoon (14-17 am) were also great. We will definitely come again in the summer in the Westerhof.

It is a very nice and cozy place with many roads that depart right at the door of the hotel. After a good hike you can enjoy a well-deserved sauna.

Price range (194 EUR per night) the rooms at the Berghaus are not satisfactory. Images do not correspond to reality. Bathroom for 2 people far too small. Bed unfortunately as hard as a board. On the small Terssse not even a table for the place of a glass.
I would book the hotel again at any time but only rooms in the main house.

I loved it and the staff do their best to guests. They also help you get restaurant bookings and provide information around the area. I Like the 24h coffee/tea lounge … free cake 2-4 pm. No food after that as no restaurant or room service so you have to dine outside everyday or bring food to your or you starve …!

Felt like home in there! They keep the coffee/ tea area open 24 hours and its free!
