Very friendly service. However, my room (roof floor) was very small. The location is very close to the city center. The breakfast was good.

Sweet hotel in Nuremberg's Old Town. The rooms are clean and very nice and simple. The view of Nuremberg Castle from the upper floors is unique. 10 points for the extremely friendly staff. Breakfast with homemade cakes was the perfect start to the day.

The location is perfect! Near the castle and you can walk in all the city centre of this beautiful city. The rooms has everything you need and the service is okay. I don't recomand the breakfast if you are a late morning person… At 9.20 the bacons and the other salty things were already over.

Decent hotel, rooms are small, but as can be expected inside the walls of the old city. The rooms furnishing is a little dated, but at the right price it was was worth it.

Small hotel with functionally equipped room. The room was clean and the staff friendly. The hotel has a central location and shopping facilities are available nearby. The reception is only manned until 10pm, which should be kept in mind. What I did not really understand is the reference to the elevator: "Dear guests, the use of the lift outside our opening hours is at your own risk. " Will certainly also have its correctness. Breakfast is very good and everything you need is available.

Very small but very clean rooms with a comparatively new furniture. Free Wi-Fi is available via Maxspot. Bed linen is exceptionally high quality. The breakfast buffet is also quite versatile, as in other hotels of this price range, but is very modest. The slices of cheese and sausages seem to be meticulously counted. Good for the figure, because you almost have a bad conscience to take one. Overall nothing special, but if the location is important in the immediate vicinity of the old town, does not bring a car and value for cleanliness, is well served here.

I was a guest for 3 nights in this hotel. Staff available, very central area, about 1 km from the metro and tram, 500 meters from the nearest bus stop, and in the immediate vicinity of the Imperial castle reachable in 3 minutes on foot. Convenient for those who want to visit the old Nürnberg and try the local cuisine in several places within a short walk from the hotel. Positive experience if it were not for the fact of having booked a double room and having received a double (at least however the two beds are attached), and to have the suction fan of the blind bathroom not functioning, even if for the amount and for the willingness to Make a low cost trip decided at the last moment, we have adapted without problems.

Nice small hotel. It’s older but clean and well cared for. Near the Nuremberg Castle, it’s a hop-skip-and-jump from the local shops and restaurants.

Slowly coming into the years hotel. But priced very attractive and wonderfully located in the old town. Staff is very friendly. I also find beds comfortable. Breakfast buffet is a bit sparse but for 9 euros absolutely okay.
You get everything you need here. Was the last 4 times satisfied.

Very well located hotel, only 5 min away from the burg, providing also a parking spot for guests with cars for a reasonable 6 euros a day. Rooms are ok. We can't complain!

The hotel is very old. The rooms are OK, and the furnishings relatively new. Unfortunately, during the renovation, it was forgotten to replace the carpets against laminate, tiles or other hygienic flooring. The wet room is top clean, even at the tile crossing to the wall no bit of dirt. Unfortunately, this cannot obscure the fact that the bathroom is very old. In some cases the fugue is already crumbling from the spaces of the tiles. The staff is super friendly and helpful, only the young man at breakfast could be a bit friendlier. Breakfast itself is OK. All in all you can stay a two nights, but real feel-good feeling does not come up.

Rooms are just right size if you want large rooms stay at Hilton.

The receptionist was extremely helpful! The room was better than expected, with a large bathroom. Very comfortable! Very good overall. Good price/value ratio!

Stayed for two nights at this hotel. The room itself was about 20m2 and the bathroom around 8m2, people complained about the tiny rooms, but haven't noticed that in the slightest. Everything was very clean, the staff gave us a spare lightbulb upon request, turned out to be a faulty switch and not a burned out light. The staff was very friendly. The Schildgasse street isn't that busy, so sleeping here should be easy. All in all this hotel was more than worth it for the amount we paid.

Good location for Christmas Market.

We have a sweet old town Hotel for our business meeting with a wonderful time to connect. In the Internet, everything seemed perfect, and the reservation was so friendly and professional that we were ready a minimum of 3 days (wg. The Nürnberger Messe exhibition centre) and increased room rates to accept it. When we arrived, we received a very nice staff, unfortunately, is not really spoke German and so was unprofessional, that his awkwardness, at least, a pity-factor triggered. First, he said that the car is not in front of the Hotel, the Parking is used only for loading and unloading. There are approximately 500m away, a Parking lot for hotel guests. He gave us a key for the Parkplatzkette and insisted that we have the key immediately to hand (!?! ). After we learned that it is in the Hotel except for Breakfast, no kitchen was, we asked him for a good restaurant in the immediate area. He recommended the Peruvian (? ) with the words:Because I've never eaten, but I sometimes Peruvian eaten, which was good. The Peruvians seemed to be during our stay to have closed down. He gave us the room key for the 4. Floor, accessible via a narrow, steep flight of stairs. Without us offering to help us. He asked us kindly if we have a lot of Luggage they had. We were happy that our dog is not had since the old lady would have the stairs are not done.
