Beautiful location, nicely laid out. Parking is somewhat limited. Very good kitchen, very friendly staff, very clean. I highly recommend.

We are "repeat offenders" and once again with hotel and the always very friendly staff, the cleanliness and the catering very satisfied we like to come back.

Very good location to Lake Starnberg (10 min. Walk). Room pleasantly quiet — but could be cleaned thoroughly dust (finger marks on dark furniture + bathroom tiles). Unfortunately, despite several requests it was not possible to organize a second balcony chair for our double room! The hotel pool was nice and the environment very clean — also the outdoor facilities. White metal chairs and a few of the tables include exchanged and cleaned. The paths to the various rooms resembled a sauna on our arrival. The glazing looked like a greenhouse. Nevertheless, the two-day stay was very nice and the food appealing.

The complete hotel, including rooms, is really nice and well maintained. Added that the Hotel Residence is very dog-friendly. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. The highlight was the pool. Food was great, but the choice is a bit short. In addition, more emphasis could be placed on the outdoor area (lawn, weed, etc. ). :)

Location is very nice, close to the lake, quiet environment and quite central. Rooms are clean and tidy. Service is very polite and courteous. But eating is the low point. It seems to me strong how finished products. Personally, I have no problem with that, but they are done and presented as if they were Nobel dishes. They are not overpriced but I find that somehow embarrassing.

Unfortunately, I can only give you 2 stars. Please make sure that every guest is friends to use. It is your job to allow the guest a wonderful stay. Rooms are not new, but this is easy to overlook if you are treated in a friendly way.

I had to go close to the near one meeting and was too early.
The ambience here appealed to me and I went to the restaurant.
That was completely satisfactory, so I was there with our guests.

Totally overpriced and totally outdated. A renovation is urgently needed. The furnishings are old and greasy. In the hotel room everything was dusty. The mini bar was not filled properly. Such a bad breakfast I have never had in a hotel! The only bright view was the swimming pool and the friendly staff.

Very friendly staff. The room was very clean. Spa Sauna, swimming pool and Fittnesabteilung clean. Very nice area. Golf Course nearby.

Except that the Wi-Fi thing didn't work, this hotel is only recommend to Tu. Wetde's book Again.

I was under the SER exam "Guest" at the Residence Hotel.
While we waited for the beginning of the exam, I took a sip of my own drink. I was insulted by an employee on ´ s worst. Literally: "What a upbringing you have enjoyed the… What are you doing for a Grattler ".
I wouldn't spend a penny in this hotel.

The price of this "hotel" is completely covered in view of the services. I can not give a recommendation for the "Hotel" with the best will.
I noticed negatively: — awkward, unfriendly reception staff (it doesn't even show the room) — The wellness area turns out to be a cooling chamber with very cold water — the steam bath is broken (obviously for a long time) — the rooms are Very noisy and "frumpy" — Patziger sound belongs to the normal handling of the guests — the breakfast falls rather lean from positively noticed to me: — the dinner was not top, but the cooks can do their craft, but are apparently not with for their class Ents Raw materials — cleanliness is fortunately not a foreign word I would like to write more positive, but I have never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel. Originally we wanted to have 2 days of Spa & Recreation. Good hotel. The breakfast buffet was varied, generally the food was delicious. The swimming pool was refreshing and great. The Wi-Fi has unfortunately almost never worked for me.

Our room + bathroom were very clean. The free parking is great.
Unfortunately, the hotel has internal communication difficulties, which were noticeable when we booked in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was delicious, so was my 3rd star.
The wave area was not satisfactory. Too cold a pool (24*C), the wellness rooms are unfortunately not heated enough. For that, the hotel rooms are overheated. There is no aromatherapy for the senses of smell. The bucket for the sauna infusion was not regularly refilled and if it was filled, then only with water. The hotel is nicely cozy for 1-2 nights. I wouldn't book a wellness weekend here again.

Disorganized service, bad environment for apprentices. 1 waiter for about 60 people? So I wouldn't like to be there as an employee.

The furnishing style has been a little over the years, but the hotel otherwise offers a very nice ambiance and is very well located at Lake Starnberg. The food is very good and the service does not leave any wishes open. What else is rare: hotel guests can park for free in the underground garage.

Unfortunately, many points of criticism:
1. Breakfast: For a four-star hotel, the choice of breakfasts was sparse. There were, among other things, only filter coffee! Or even no lactose milk. The tables were put together very closely. You feel very cramped.
2. Swimming pool: The water — and the room temperature are very cool.
3. Beds: For two adults The double beds are too small.
4. Sauna: If you already have a wellness hotel, then the sauna area should not be closed until 4pm, but should be open all day. And bathrobes and slippers should be (free of charge) in the room. Also there should be something to drink in the wellness area (tea, water, …).
5. Magazines and newspapers should be available as a service free of charge in a four-star hotel — and not for purchase!

First we got a small room with a tiny bed, prepared as a dpppelbed. After urgenz we had lucky a normal double room with quiet parking location. The knocking also ran with us, otherwise okay! the staff is very friendly! the food is good, unfortunately the hendlhaxen inside were bloody. Sunday at breakfast absolutely chaos. From 9.30 there is hardly anything. Even the tomatoes have run out of them. In the pool area all nozzles are broken. The hotel looks habitual. Positive the really friendly unfortunately overwhelmed staff!

Residence Starnberger is located in a lush and serene environment. Hotel rooms have an amazing view of the surrounding forest and green sceneries.
In addition to its pleasant vicinity, the hotel itself is very good. The staff treated us nicely and friendly.
Having said that, however, the hotel is slightly too far from the public transit.
It takes around 20 minutes to get to the nearest train station on foot.

Staff is not really well organized, rooms are ok, nothing special. Breakfast has a small offer but has most important things.

I think the Hotel is top. The rooms are super, very large and clean. The food is taste very good, just the portions are small, could be something more. I, the cabins in the Wellness area, not a locker search. Staff is very friendly and Helpful. Super Service… the tiefgarge court is free of charge. We have recovered well here and will gladly come back here.

The star is only for the good location. The hotel, as well as the room and the staff, are an absolute disappointment. Never again!

Very nice hotel and the service is also top.

The rooms in the wing of C to the Restorant are very noisy and einschau bar guests. The calls from outside are without with track troubles. Unfortunately we did also experience meeting guests are treated better as vacationers. The highlight was that dogs were allowed to move freely in the area. We had them on the terrace, unfortunately! Despite consulting with the staff, we were just stupid fobbed off. The only nice was the Wellnisbereich.

The hotel itself or The location is not bad, but leaves much to desired service.
The employees of the restaurant are totally overwhelmed. First, we waited nearly 10 minutes before a table was assigned to us, although the half of the restaurant was empty, then it took nearly 30 minutes before one has brought us on demand the map so we could order the drinks and seek out the food and then came at last the soup, which was unfortunately only lukewarm. The 4 soup bowls with us at the table were all different full, one was even only half-full. The 2nd day we did not then on our paid half board.

Short Woe Trip. Nice complex with Park. Spa with swimming Pool, very nice. Rooms are very spacious and quiet. Breakfast Top. Ideal to explore the surroundings. With the wheel off u of the lake dangers just beautiful. Like we come back in this Hotel.
