➜ Nice little hotel with very friendly and very helpful staff. To check in, you may have to call again in the associated restaurant.
➜ Zero stars. Been there three days recently. On arrival at 16:00 rooms not ready. Then I was really very flat at the boss (Valentino) "complained". Answer: I can look for another hotel. Prima. I've never seen anything like it before. Absolute Nogo! No more! For €125 the DZ (very small etc. ) also not just a bargain.

The Boss is extremely rude and unsympathetic. Hotel Seehof And Bacchus and Valentino Restaurant are together. We stayed at Hotel Seehof. Breakfast was Offered at the Hotel Seehof on the 1st Floor (small, narrow Rooms, in my Opinion unsuitable for a Breakfast room) OR at Valentino Restaurant around the Corner right by The lake. When we Arrived, it was not clearly stated that Valentino Restaurant is open for Breakfast until 11Am. The next Day just before 10 o 'clock, after which we had had an unpleasant Breakfast at the Hotel Seehof, (no generous breakfast, by the Way) we were told by the girl at the Reception that The Valentino Restaurant is still open until 11 o 'clock and We still have a Tea or coffee there. Could. So we're gone and ONLY ordered TWO Teas. The Operation has brought us the two Teas without any problems. After about 10 Minutes she came and told us the boss said we should pay for the two Teas. We spoke to the Boss in person and told him that we were sent in and there was no Point in paying for the Teas, as it is part of Breakfast. We didn't come after 11 o 'Clock. Logically, it is still part of Breakfast, which has been done in this way. Even so, he insisted that we pay the Teas and he didn't want to discuss any further as he is the Boss and decides that way. He was very rude. We are not concerned about just under 7 Euros, but we are concerned with Principle.
The next Day on Departure at the Front desk, he didn't come close to trying to make up for it.
