Yesterday 25.8.18 there was unfortunately very disappointed with the food. For the money expected better.

Very nice rooms, very clean, great beds, very friendly hostess… just all very.

Nice food and friendly service in a cosy atmosphere. A reservation for dinner is recommended. Parking spots are rare around.

Good ambiance only the meat was not so good therefore a star deduction.

Nun — ich reise viel und kenne dieses Hotel schon seit geraumer Zeit! Bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich freundlichst empfangen und die Zimmer sind absolut super! Ablauf — Ich hatte noch einige Aufgaben zu erledigen, danach kehrte ich in mein Zimmer zurück, um wollte diverse Arbeiten via Internet erledigen. Nach einer halben Stunde erfolgloser Versuche, mich im WLAN via Hotel einzuloggen — bin ich an die Rezeption gegangen und hatte um Hilfe gebeten. Nun begann der Alptraum — — die Chefin bezichtigte mich das ich unverschämt gegenüber Ihr und Ihren Angestellten war. Super — hatte nur um Hilfe gebeten! Danach wurde ich aufgefordert, das Hotel zu verlassen — oder einige andere Personen werden dies erledigen! Nun — ich habe Sie gebeten — diese Schritte in die Wege zu leiten! Die Chefin war in bei der oben genannten Problematik nicht zugegen — die genannten Personen sind auch nicht gekommen! Ich werde nachher noch etwas essen und trinken gehen — gewiss nicht hier in diesem Hotel! Meine bezahlte Übernachtung plus Frühstück werde ich abwohnen und sicherlich nie wieder in diese eigentlich sehr schöne Anlage zurückkehren. Mfg Richard Karg.

Super delicious food, great and very attentive service staff (and a very pretty one too), since I'm going back for more.

Very nice people working here, breakfast is fresh and you get the typical German breakfast taste. Rooms are simple but you have everything you need (except AC) and one of the best mattresses ever. Would recommend this place.

Yesterday lunch was to eat in the Torstuben. Packed on a normal Tuesday. Nevertheless, the controls had a handle on everything and was friendly and quickly served. In the next room, it is cozy, and it comes despite full occupancy no Stress. I had one of the days of food (sliced Veal with rice, mushrooms and salad). Was tasty and went quickly.

Really good beer and meal quality.
