Breakfast and Service are very good! The location and number of Parking spaces is very good. Older property, no Elevator — but otherwise good and worth recommending!

Have spent with our son a very nice week in the "Old Host". Everything was right: beautiful rooms, great food and the beautiful scenery. We really liked the warm nature of the Rubin family and their team. We felt really comfortable!

Beautiful old inn, which is idyllic with a view of the mountain panorama. The friendly owners have created an absolute place of well-being! Our room was clean and equipped with cozy wood. Perhaps additional light on the bathroom mirror should be mentioned as a constructive suggestion for improvement;) The food in the on-site restaurant is exquisite. Regional products, beautifully prepared and tastefully great. On the menu you will find regional classics but also exceptional dishes. Vegetarians also have good cards, because the chef also likes to conjure up something that is not on the menu. To Lake Schliersee you can hike through the mountains in about 2 1/2 hours. Numerous bikes — and hiking trails directly from your doorstep. Verdict: Wonderful, far too short three days — we'll definitely be back!

We were your guests for the first time today and are very fond of your good and attractively presented food, the friendly and attentive service and the cosy ambience. A small but fine menu. It may be difficult to find a similar combination in the district. Continue so dear family Rubin. We would be happy to recommend it to you and we will also be happy to return.

Very attractive Inn with the traditional and the Modern. Classic dishes re-interpreted, very good! Everything is freshly prepared. You can taste it, as well as the quality of the products. "Ruby's cheese spaetzle" are exceptionally good, have nothing of the usual fried onions but leeks with fresh Young. They are not so hard in the stomach as usual, just fantastic. Well, Yes, and only the dessert… "Crème Brûlée of the Tonka bean with Chocolate ice cream and fruit", awesome. My companions were more than satisfied and full of praise with their dishes. Very friendly natural Service. Nice Ambience. Maybe the Old host is in Hundham still a secret, but one that speaks with security around quickly! It's a must try!

To sum it up in one word, it was: awful!
Awful food, terribly expensive, terribly arrogant service. There was no vote!
How the conspicuously inflationary 5-star ratings came about remains in the dark. Maybe Friendship services, but with reality or even with good food, you don't have much to do at least!
In the kitchen instead of a Haubenkoches is probably rather a "great crested Grebe".
This shop is one of the worst in the entire county area and you should make a bow drum! The diversion to bad Feilnbach is practically right next to it!

We had a great room and a crazy good food. Incredibly nice hosts and a very dear operation. And when fly-fishing we had also luck! We will be back!

A real gem! You have to look for a very long time to find such a delicious prealpine cuisine. The food will give me so much love, creativity and can zubrereitet and that tastes with every fork! A warm and professional service, what more can you want! We are always with great joy in the old host!

We stayed at Christmas with 18 people there, friendly and attentive service, very fine food, pasta, meat and fish, it all tasted. Prices are reasonable in quality. We will definitely come back.
