Nice and clean hotel. Owners attentive (only German speaking). Reception closed on Tuesday but keys accessible. Good breakfast. Price a bit expensive but but exhibition in Nuremberg that week. Parking on the back or in the street. Fast wireless connection. Some noise from corridor (door slamming).

I was absolutely positively surprised by the equipment and will be happy to come back.

Man what was the evening: should it enough will give just a quick. But "what the decisive question for the Nice and attentive service do you recommend because today…? " In response, a field salad came with foie gras and mango with a dressing of out of this world, and as a main course, a super tender breast of Guinea fowl with mushroom ravioli like I better never got them because even still never ordered ;-)
All super fresh, it takes also time 15 minutes longer but comes out a dream. Because it was so tasty I've given then a dessert, walnut ice cream with Buttermilchcreme and fruits sound like any good choice, were also a hit. Then a Willi from barrels to nice conversation with a guest about the traditional host (he can fairly direct) and had to do that all the time with a user right, almost all of the approximately 20 seats were occupied, which took care but always with calm and honest kindness. Conclusion: the whole thing there with me in two weeks again, but then with accompaniment so that you also believe me…
The Bill was ok with €47, I have the wheat smooth at the start against the thirst and forget the Dornfelder for dinner.
Conclusion: Am completely excited, sure other dishes to try out and look forward to all first-cream cuisine in Middle Franconia…
PS: Who stay has to expect even first-class rooms with Super tasty. Breakfast there directly from the chef, included and therefore all including the talks on any topic are sure…

Have stayed here for €68, — — and had breakfast. At any time!

We were as a group to the cooking there, we learned much good food — very beautiful tonight, really to recommend, which is a cooking with heart and soul — you have to experience.

Modern rooms, all brand new. Very comfortable beds. Top kitchen with very personal hospitality of the chef. Absolutely recommended!
Breakfast is served at the table, is very rich and it is entered on desires.

During the Radtouran of the Altmühl, we stopped in herrieden. There, we found a nice Guest House in the old town with a newly opened small hotel. The rooms are very bright and nicely furnished with a great bathroom. The Chief enters individually on the desires of the guests and the dinner was very delicious. For the wheels there is one extra parking space. Very much recommended for cyclists!

Excellent! Last summer we were cycling through Herrieden, looking for a place to have dinner. Mr. Limbacher, standing in his doorway, personally "talked us inside". There are only a few decisions that I have regretted less, for he turned out both a phenomenally good cook and a very personable and entertaining man. If you ever travel within a hundred kilometers from Herrieden you really should visit him. I bet you won't regret it either.
