Great location and all super friendly. Just great.

Well placed hotel, just 5 minutes to center on foot. Hotel and rooms is clean and cozy with nice carpets. Staff profesional and dressed by local custom. There is whirlpool downstairs too. Cons. Limited parking place, tap and shower in need of maintenance. Even so very nice experience in this mountain hotel with nice view. PS: rains and showers often here, don't park under tree :)

Very good hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. Quiet, quiet, stunning views of the mountains, delicious food and great beer. Very courteous and friendly guys at the front desk. Everyone speaks Russian.
One minus is the laundry. We had a dirty towel put in place for cleaning.

Great location and most of the rooms have beautiful views of the Berchtesgadener Mountains. Great breakfast. Friendly staff and very clean, apparently recently upgraded rooms. The beds of some single rooms are a bit narrow, so ask for one of the EZ with a wide bed. Centrally located, just a few steps from the pedestrian area.

Unfortunately I can not document all the good impressions of the Alpina Ros, since I had actually reserved in the "Brennerbascht" and was sent to another hotel on the evening of my arrival. I was not informed before, since Lt. The hotel staff by Agoda My phone number was not passed on. I had specified my arrival time between 21 and 10 pm; Which, in my opinion, was still a very common time. So now I was sent to Berchtesgaden by a note that hung at the door of the "Brennerbascht". Unfortunately, there was no one waiting for me, the hotel was locked. The contact number was unoccupied, unfortunately. So I stood now and was already upset. Luckily, a guest (! ) let me in and showed me an emergency number in the elevator, then came a hotel employee who then let me in. However, I was annoyed that my complaint was not discussed with me as it should be, because the employee had all kinds of justifications in stock, which is why I did not properly. All in all, an unpleasant holiday start. It would have been possible to avoid this by means of proper communication, but instead I would have liked to have done something different in the opinion of the employees. Not yet heard of error management… So don't keep your guests, too bad for them!

Located in the centre of Berchtesgaden many destinations without problems walking distance. Excellent breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Wellness area available in the basement. The room was very clean.

Despite a two-time booking confirmation, we were placed in front of the door shortly before our stay in Berchtesgaden with the argument "error in the new PC system". An effort to compensate for the additional effort to find an adequate substitute accommodation or to search for it was only limited recognizable. Instead we were fed with a bottle of prosecco.

I can't recommend this hotel to anyone. We booked 10 months in advance of 5 dr and after 2 written commitments our rooms were no longer available 3 weeks before departure. The replacement rooms were notified to us only after 10 days, the whole was a downgrade and not as central as we wanted. As compensation there was then a bottle of prosecco and then everything should be good. The 1 star is still too much: (

Very beautiful Rooms modern designed. Neat. A little cold in the Foyer. The Breakfast was ok (classic Buffet) the Beds were extremely comfortable and the Staff polite and zukommemd.

Not bessondes good Breakfast ok Beds the helletut away was a clump bed.

Great little hotel with fantastic service by their staffs. Good view too. Location is pretty decent as this is a small town. Everything is nearby the hotel. Rooms are fantastic.

One of my favourite hotel, the room is super comfortable, the view is magnificent from the room, the breakfast is variable, the reception is sooo friendly, everything is excellent, I fall in love with it. I forget to mention that Also it's close from the station and they give a free card that give you free transportation within the town.

The location is good, the breakfast is also good.

Quality of your stay may depend on the specific room you are assigned to. Booked a Double Room via HRS and was confronted with room 11 (two beds in two separate! tiny rooms). Checked with reception and they moved us to room 3 with lots of space and even a separate, living room like room with great mountain view. Breakfast was good, missing a local touch though.

Stayed here twice in the last four years, very central hotel, free parking in the middle of town. Nice breakfast too. Will definitely stay again.

Freunliches personal, breakfast buffet, rooms are very well equipped and the wonderful area.
