Very nicely decorated Junior Suite.
Breakfast very good, wide selection. Staff very friendly.

Spacious rooms, very good breakfast, also the hotel has a nice swimming pool. The problem, however, is that from 4.00 in the morning the ventilation of the house goes into operation and is so loud that one wakes up with the window open. In midsummer, however, not everyone wants to sleep with the window closed.

The hotel is located on a beautiful park and is easily accessible. The suite is large and well equipped. Cleaning the bath is in need of improvement. Every day I found long, black hair in the bathroom (not by me). The breakfast is ok, with a longer stay, a bit monotonous.
Staff were very friendly without being intrusive.
Hotel guests Ü 70, which could lead to conflicts at the breakfast buffet.

Attention: even on the balcony, smoking was forbidden (no mention on the homepage).

Conclusion: There are much better hotels in Bad Reichenhall.

Here in the mountains, time sometimes stands still. But something is also changing in the Bavaria Vital: There is a balance between tradition and modernization. Good, regional food, the hotel has a low fluctuation — and the modernization of the rooms is progressing gradually. Always the smile of the dedicated staff resonates. And again and again we like to come here!

It is a very well run house, whether at the reception, or in the dining room, room cleaning, lounge everywhere are helpful nice friendly staff employed. The rooms or throughout the house everything is very clean and well maintained. The choice at breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The house we can highly recommend and have already booked our next holiday right on departure.

The hotel is ideally located between the city centre and the spa.

Sensational location! Bad Reichenhall with spa park, Rupertustherme, train station and even the mountain station within walking distance of the cable car.
Junior suite great, TV not at the bedside, okay. Class swimming pool and wellness, sauna small but fine and clean! The relaxation area is one floor lower and is not found as it is not signposted!
Deduction is available for dinner!
It cannot be that at the 19th 15 o 'clock all meals are no longer available and liver cheese with fried egg is not an adequate meat dish for 4! Star! The salad counter (leaf salads) is a mourning match. But all vegetables are super prepared.

My daughter and I will come back, just because of the proximity to Salzburg. Only then without HP!

We have been coming here for almost 10 years now and we are always satisfied. Our acquaintances, whom we recommended this hotel, were all correspondingly satisfied. Unfortunately, there were problems with installation from time to time (sometimes heating not warm, once this one always knocked you out of sleep loud in the morning). Even the water pressure of the shower and the bathrooms in general were not always quite flawless. Also, that as a long-time regular I still arrive like a stranger (okay, I usually book through a portal), I think it's a pity. However, all these points are not dramatic, especially since complaints have also been answered. The staff is great overall. Food in the restaurant, especially for buffet, very good! The hotel actually offers more than you might expect. We would only like to think a little more comfortable lying in the swimming pool (instead of beach chairs or beach chairs. The long, stone reclining surface). Self-service bar absolutely super. Keep coming here very much.

Very nice city hotel. Courteous staff, great amenities and a very tasty Breakfast and evening buffet, come on. Swimming Pool with a sauna area and far-reaching Wellness program. My Highlight… The Lounge with roof terrace.

A classic German hotel with facilities in bright Funier and large rooms.
The hotel is modernized and has a nice ambiance and a nice dining room where the different meals are taken. Nevertheless, it seems more factual than cosy. The exterior façade, as well as the balconies could tolerate some color, yet the clean the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. And this kindness is not set up. It is thought that visitors have always been provided with advice and suggestions. Relaxation and well-being is a top priority.
The rooms are very clean, as are the entrances and common areas.

A nice hotel. It's better than it looks from the outside. The room was very clean and comfortable. Nothing to suggest the 4 stars, but OK. There is a sauna and a small swimming pool. They are clean and well maintained. Overall a good hotel.

A relaxing holiday! Nice pool/massage top, friendly and very attentive staff. Food good, would have liked (for the kids) more child-friendly food selection.
Room friendly and comfortable.

Here you will find everything your heart desires not only a very spacious hotel in a quiet location with super good cuisine, a lot of active offer next to the swimming pool, sauna, gym, exercise room, where is really trained with coaches, even with these outdoors among other things Do you have childcare… Dogs are allowed and to end the evening on the fourth floor on a beautiful terrace overlooking all the houses the lounge bar where you can still enjoy the little glass.

Cosy hotel with a beautiful roof terrace overlooking Predigtstuhl and Bad Reichenhall.

Ruhige Zimmer, nettes Personal vor allem an der Bar.

Sauberes geräumiges Zimmer, sowie freundlicher Service. Frühstücksangebot war vielseitig und gut. Tiefgarage macht den Zugang zum Hotel als Gast, vor allem im Winter, sehr komfortabel.

The rooms are clean and well furnished. The staff is super friendly and tried every desire to allow. Its location is approximately 500 metres from the thermal baths; top hotel, few minutes walk to the city centre and at the front door a nice Park.
At the House is a brilliant breakfast buffet remain open no wishes to highlight. The cafe on the top floor with a beautiful view, completes the features of this House.
The House is highly recommended.

Very Good Price / Value Holiday Hotel.

Comfort full 4 stars. Good breakfast, great choice. Huge room, swimming pool and sauna, garage, restaurant. Bicycles for guests ' use. And cheap. Just wonder.

I was now a few times in this hotel. And time and again I've got me in a very short time super recovered — very well cared for by all. Especially Karin Stolzs treatments and its wellness wonders. A propos wonders: janitor Donald McCuish meets small wishes immediately, miracles take a little longer ;).
