The stay was great, everything we needed was provided. The room was clean and warm. I was especially pleased with the check in method, it made everything so quick and easy. The view was great, but there was a bit difficult finding a parking spot near the Pension. Overall a great experience, I will certainly visit again!

Simple and clean. Beds very comfortable. Very close to the old town and fortress.

This Hotel is the worst I've ever seen. Even in Eastern Europe, I didn't find anything like that. In the Bathroom there are Vermin, the Ceiling shimmers above the Shower, the Radiators rusting, to everything overwrought stank it in my Room like in a damp Basement, the wlan reception tears On time at the Room Door. The "Health Leader" is not interested in changing the Situation, here it is simply cashed in.

It was a really nice place, close to the city.

The location is perfect. Rooms are fine, but have shared bathrooms. But therfore it is not expensive at all. Passau is great, nice historical town with plenty of places to eat and enjoy a drink.

Price performance is OK. Unfortunately get wrong code for handing over keys and therefore stood at the door for quite a long time. Bathrooms are clean, there are washing machines and dryers. Beds were not so good with too soft and pillows either. For a two nights, however, perfectly sufficient. No parking in front of the door, but cheap parking nearby.

The guesthouse is basically ok, our room was also neatly furnished. What was the biggest shortcoming for us is the bright-hearted walls and doors. It was thought that the other guests were right there in our room, even though we had ticked extra "quiet room. " What a pity.

No parking space close by (only paid lots 0.5km away), beds squeak with every breath, only thin blankets available, spider webs and dust in the bathroom, no bars on the windows on ground floor, the entire place smells like a damp cellar. Although we knew that the bathroom is shared, it was said to us that it's shared between 2 rooms with an access from the room, while it's actually shared between 4-5 rooms and at the end of a hallway. Although price was cheapest aroun and location is pretty good, I still don't expect to pay more than 20 EUR for such a room.

The guesthouse was very bad. It was so dirty and stinky. This is not something that should be offered for accommodation. Never again!

Very good place and great staff! Really a great place for spending the night when visitig Passau.

When I walked into the room I met 3 spiders right away, there were another two welcoming me to the bathroom… At first sight things appear clean, but there is dust in every corner and doors have grime and fingerprints that have never been cleaned. We arrived in the dark and you have to walk up three flights of uneven, unlit stairs to find a key locker under a sensor powered lamp leaving you in the dark while you're entering the code. As soon as you enter it smells of damp. Considering I just spent the last two weeks in AirBnB's that were twice as nice half and the price of this place, I urge you to look for something better than this second rate student motel.
