We were only in the beer garden. But also there the staff/service was super friendly and accommodating. The house and also the beer garden were top. What you can unfortunately not say about all the inns in Bavaria.

The hotel is suitable for the disabled, and comes at a price. About 2 km from Oberstdorf, quiet location.

Excellent food, great salad buffet, cosy ambience, wonderful spa and nice staff. Antonio, in particular, was very accommodating and amusing.

Hotel-type house in the middle of the Alps super cozy, close to the Ski resort of Söllereck. The staff is overly friendly and the food is too rich.

Hotel Victoria not nearly equivalent to house Berktold we were two (M&W + 50) for a short week for skiing in Oberstdorf. We booked overnight with HB at Guesthouse Berktold. This House is directly belonging to the hotel Viktoria and can only be booked through the hotel. Since the hotel has a 4-star classification, we assumed that this standard is also valid for the guesthouse Berktold. In addition, it was advertised that the rooms in Haus Berktold were renovated in November 2017 "in a stylish ambience". The slightly more favorable offer of the Berktolds, we returned to the disadvantage that for the meals as well as the use of the ski cellar and the wellness area is a footpath of about 200m.
But first of all to the positive aspects: the meals were taken in the restaurant of the hotel. We liked the choice of food and drinks as well as the choice of portion sizes also at the main meals. Most of the staff were keen on good service.
However, we also had a lot of trouble. When we entered House Berktold for the first time, we quickly realized that we had no high standard to expect. The rooms are really relatively fresh, but with the simplest means (plastic flooring, inexpensive furniture that Still ausdünsteten). The bathroom, described with "rustic", was not completely renovated and was at least from the 80s, rather older. It had only a very small window and otherwise no further ventilation.

We wanted to escape the commercial Weihnchtsrummel once again. Following my sister's recommendation, we booked the hotel Viktoria in Oberstdorf-Rubi. Those were good days. We had half board. The breakfast was good and more than enough. The buffet gave everything to cheese, ham, cold cuts, salmon, cereals etc. Ago. There was nothing missing. The pure meat eater found the same saturation as vegans and also we "Norma" between the extremes. Especially to mention a fantastic fig mustard with horseradish sharpness and the little "show Kitchen" which Omletts conjured as desired. The food at night was the hammer. Always between 1 — and 1 + +. It's on your hips! Re-selection for "with or without meat". Especially class the house dressings for the salads: vinaigrette variations. Real lace. The staff was super friendly. There are plenty of staff in the restaurant, bar and reception. Also to be mentioned: absolutely handicapped. Not only the bathrooms and the elevator, no hallways, doors and the general handling of the affected guests: great praise! Dogs are also allowed with and are very welcome. Water is available immediately. Rubi is located 1km from Oberstdorf. You can take nice walks to Oberstdorf or take advantage of the hotel's shuttle. We had a large room with mountain views. Great. Very laudable beds 2, 20 and very good mattress. I think latex cold foam. Sleeping was perfect.

Great location, fantastic views of the mountains, the room beautifully spacious and clean, very tasty breakfast, good food, dear and courteous staff, very friendly, lovingly furnished wellness area, very good and time-long childcare – we have We felt totally comfortable and can recommend the hotel from the heart!

If you feel like you've arrived, that's a good feeling. And so it goes every time the Ess-Maier family greets me at the Hotel Viktoria!

Unfortunately, in my last review I forgot to press the stars I am very sorry. Of course we are very happy with the viktoria hotel, we feel very safe there and always have a lot of fun. Super personal always friendly already the reception at the arrival is very great. Now it was also very well rebuilt, which made it even more comfortable and you have it easier with the wheelchair in the dining room. Just great this hotel we will get there even more often, which we are very happy.

We've been there the last 3 Years. Before the Conversion it was smooth 5 Stars, but unfortunately no more. The Kitchen is still a top class, but the Staff no longer manages to adequately serve the increased Number of Guests. The Waiters were only on the run, but nevertheless we had to get ourselves several missing Cutlery. The Buffet was no longer reproduced quickly enough, which led to the Guests opening up more than normal as soon as what was back. You could no longer take anything in Peace like anything else, but you took what was there as soon as it was there. Even the Parking spaces are no longer enough for the additional Guests. In the Evening we sometimes didn't leave, because we had to expect to get no more Parking. I hope that the Hotel Management will counteract quickly and appropriately. Nevertheless, we will probably try something Different next Year.

Good Service. Partly but Sometimes Delay of menus especially on Christmas.

Great hotel. Something hidden location but still good to find.
The room was super, nice, clean and spacious. In the spa area, everything was fine. We were a total of 17 people and could eat all at a long table, I found very great. Our thanks to the great service, especially Kathi here also. Thank you very much. Look Super Breakfast buffet which can allow. Food was also super tasty. Except that we had for the cocktail at the bar out something has confused me.
Very happy again. Maybe until next year.

We're now the 3rd time then what is not our way several times to travel to a hotel.
But the super hotel, the staff and the good price performance ratio have convinced us again. We are looking forward to a few days rest.

I am now already the 3 time in the apartments dining in Schoellang. It is just awesome. The apartments are very clean and very tastefully equipped. You feel very comfortable in this house and can recommend it to others. Gabriele Siejek.

The house makes a neat and clean impression. The rooms are practically furnished. The Service is very nice and accommodating. The Breakfast was good, however, to me the "trick" was missing for 4 stars I would have expected more (coffee you have to the vending machine to get eggs cooks the guest itself). On departure morning was twice the cleaning staff in the door (without first knocking), I felt persönllich as a dismissal. Pay with visa is possible, but it is the guest with the 2% fee is charged additionally. For us, a small Highlight was the Barbesuch in the evening. SUSI was really great.

Hotel Victoria is located in the hamlet of Rubi about 4 km away from Oberstdorf. The family hotel is disabled. The rooms are comfortably furnished and large. Good beds. Attractive bathroom. Good restaurant with a summer terrace. Lots of choice at the breakfast buffet. Wellness area with a smaller pool. Very friendly staff.
