➜ Price performance in our case completely overstated. It is understandable that no one is present 24 hours in such a small hotel. But if you first see a face from the hotel at the "CheckOut" and you complain about the cleanliness in the room, which has spoiled the whole stay and you are then fed with "a" apology and still have to pay the full price, that's an absolute no go! The biggest naughty thing was not even to reply to the email written afterwards!
Since we only had the one night and chance to use the suite I am extremely disappointed about the way we deal with customers!
