We stayed here two nights while visiting my German family. This place is so cozy, elegant, yet wonderful for families. The meals we had were exceptional; the best regional fare I've ever had. Our adult son loved his room, the food and the cultural information. We will be back!

This Hotel and the attached Restaurant is a definite recommendation with an asterisk. My room (21) was spacious, very clean and left nothing to be desired. Outstanding this Restaurant is. All I get out of the kitchen, was a delight. The cheese spaetzle with fried onions, the tarte flambée with bacon, onions and sour cream, the experimental alder (mouth bag with bacon, onion sauce and potato salad) and the Vitello Tonnato were top. It is also worth highlighting the Brotbar. This is available to every guest in the Restaurant free of charge available and is stocked with homemade bread and homemade Dips. The heart and soul of the hotel and of the Restaurant, the owner couple is. Service to the guest, coupled with kindness, is lived here. I should be back near or on my Route according to plan, I will visit the country Inn Läuterhäusle in Aalen again, promised :-)

The food is pretty regional, and tastes very very good.

The food is 1a. Whether ala carte or Italian buffet. Delicious. Vegetarian and vegan dishes. Thumbs up. The ambience is beautiful. The garden is unique. Here you like to stay in the summer.

Italian buffet: Pleasant ambience in the dining room. However, the buffet was not able to convince in terms of choice or quality. Many dishes had nothing to do with Italian dishes, respectively. Were at best variations of German dishes with Italian spice/components.

The ambience was beautiful BUT:
We were at the Italian buffet on Friday, there wasn't particularly much choice and we expected more than sticking together spaghetti with 2 sauces, gum gnocchi and otherwise just German.
There was not even tomato Mozarella salad, baguette, parmesan, basil or pesto.
"Italian" is something else. This buffet was more of a few noodles from the pack along with German sauces and salads.
It didn't taste us and we were pretty disappointed.

Beautiful location with nice places outside and good food!

Have celebrated wedding of acquaintances there and could spend the afternoon in wonderful weather in the beer garden there and then evening indoors. Dinner was just perfect of taste, consistency and look. Since we also stayed overnight remains to say that it was a bit difficult to get tea at breakfast because no attentive staff was available. Coffee in the pot was plentiful though and the buffet left nothing to be desired.

The day I was there, I had three attempts to order a meal. All three (two from the card, one the recommendation of the boss) were not available. Then I was frustrated, only with a drink I sat with my family, left the restaurant hungry…
Would have expected a reaction from the present bosses.
On previous visits, the food was very good, there are also vegan dishes.
At the birthday party of my wife four years ago there was an excellent vegan buffet, from which all the guests raved.
All the more my disappointment at the end of January.

The room is large, well maintained and at a fair price.
My food "Schwabenpfãnnle" was very, very good. Also the recommended red wine from the region suited and tasted excellent. The kitchen is absolutely recommended and should not be missed.

Location at the very beginning of the boiler valley is impressive. On the walls there are old pictures of the surrounding area — almost like in a small and fine museum. Gastronomy is fine.

The ideal place for family celebrations! We have already experienced many unforgettable hours in the Läuterhäusle. Thank you for the always during great entertainment and hospitality.

Came here for a team dinner. The location was very nice and well appointed but I found the food to be just ok. Prepared with a Swabyian flair, it seemed that it lacked local flair. It might have been that our large group was presented a buffet style evening? I'm not sure, I'd definitely give them another shot though.

Super Service, Sunday afternoon at 16 o'clock, there was fast & uncomplicated food for 5 people and the Doggies were not a Problem. At any time, Thank you!

Highly secretive, with decent sized room.
Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV in room, very good breakfast.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I was pleasantly welcomed I and similarly dismissed. Very good location to pass one or more than one night in peace.

A nice evening with good food and a great service. Only the salad buffet left a big question mark — what is doing it in the vestibule to the terrace?
Otherwise true price / performance! We will be back!
