Very neat and clean hotel.

Purposefully, but very pleasant. The rooms are very nice and very clean. The breakfast buffet is rich.

Great location, with easy access to the village and trains. Modern and clean. Beds are a bit average and the rooms a little clinical, but very well manicured. Breakfast options are good.

Everything very comfortable and convenient. Perfect room, great breakfast options. The only downside I experienced is the Wi-Fi connection. Impossible to be used in the room. I had to work in the lobby.

Stayed for work on numerous occasions including one extended visit of two weeks. Rooms are modern and clean, but the provision of two single beds (and duvets! ) in double rooms becomes bothersome after a couple of nights. Breakfast is varied and includes cooked food, a rarity in Germany.

Very close to old town and train station. Room and bathroom very clean. Breakfast delicious. One weak point — no air conditioning, so sometimes very hot.

KEINE STERNE! Unbelievable! I will personally never visit this hotel! Even though I have never spent one night there! My first/last and only encounter with this establishment began with a reservation via HRS-Portal as a business customer. Our company employs 17500 persons (potential customers). In such I was unfortunately blinded by the HRS-Business-Promise "Cancelation up to 18:00 Hours on Travel day". One of these typical “Read the fine print” episodes. Be that as it may, I was unable to make the trip due to a private emergency which was brought to my attention at 17:00 Hours on that day. HRS attempted to persuade the Hotel to cancel my reservation (cost free). The hotel responded with ”no”, due to the fact that the person at the reception desk did not have the authority to make such decisions. HRS informed me that the hotel would not agree to the cancelation and that they would not be able to process the same. I personally contacted the hotel shortly thereafter, the young lady at the reception informed me that “HRS was the root of the problem and that they (HRS) would not allow the hotel to cancel the reservation. She went on to claim “if you had made the reservation directly with us, it would not be a problem at all. We do this all the time”. Again I contacted HRS and spoke to very cordial gentleman who was very knowledgeable in such processes. He kindly explained all the aspects and offered to again contact the hotel, which he subsequently did.

Staff, room and breakfeast very nice.

An architecturally nice Hotel with a nice ambience, but unfortunately lack the proper guidance. — Long, complicated and very umprofessioneller Check-in (2 double rooms were booked, one only reserved, " We thought you have accidentally double booked " -dirty floor in the bathroom — new room OK but only 1 towel and 1 shower towel for 2 people! Breakfast: poor to unsatisfactory we arrived around 9.30 am (Buffet until 10.30 am open). The Breakfast room was about 80 % occupied. The Buffet, unfortunately 80-90% empty and was not or only very unsatisfactory and after repeated requests filled! I wanted to like fried eggs with bacon, I was told I could like fried eggs to get, unfortunately, the bacon is empty. After a half an hour later, the waiter and said that the eggs were empty! We waited on the refill of the Buffets, but this was, unfortunately, only with a bit of salmon, and about 5-6 slices of Salami done! I asked for bread, since all bread rolls and the bread were empty, Then for me, the waiter indefinable in thin sliced still frozen pan bread production (Pumpernickelart). The Buffet was with 2 rice cakes, 2 Eierwaffeln and wrapped Croissants filled. Despite the Hunger, we have this offer not be accepted. After further demand went, the waitress (one of 2) in person to the bakery and then brought fresh bread rolls. Now, there was fresh bread, but the Rest was not filled up and us it was then the Hunger passed.

Modern rooms and good prices.

Good Hotel for meetings. Only with the air conditioning, there was some problems. Otherwise good Service.

Have the Hotel for a training event used. Everything was super prepared. Highly recommended.

Hotel has no airconditioning. In the summer the cleaning people open the window and let all the bugs inside. Didn't get home till late and noticed bugaszAq.
