Very good and plentiful food. Beautiful atmosphere in the restaurant… you can only recommend the Wolpertinger.

The service is friendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant is great.
If you want to try out real black and cold specialities, it's worth a visit. However, a reservation is advised as the restaurant is very popular and it is often difficult to find a table, especially if you want to go out as a larger group.

Came from hiking, our shoes we had cleaned before entering. We were made with the remark "We do not want hikers as guests". And that in a local area. Too bad many of us often go out with friends and families and so the location has died for us.

Overall impression good. Restaurant: Cosy atmosphere, social prices, edges on the chairs maybe a little bit, very friendly staff, the four-legged animals are water-filled. Regional good cooking meat is deliciously prepared, the rib was a bit dry (since I ate in Nordwalde crispy 8 hour Smoker's ribs that fell from the bone, the bar is very high) I was disappointed, however, by the Geschacklosen fridges fries… so here unfortunately a point deduction. Hotel long waiting time when checking in, friendly staff, room Spartan, no elevator, tiny toilet with far too little space and shower curtain, ungünstg attached sharp-edged toilet paper dispenser, big TV, no suitcase storage, due to the shower curtain and the heavily accessible toilet seat 2 points deduction. Unattractive is the dust gravel parking lot, the crooked sloping Aufweg to the hotel and restaurant fits the quaint hotel name, could be a problem in winter for children and elderly people. Breakfast Resevierte seats in the nicely furnished breakfast room, beeengter access at the Buffee, eggs for self-cooking.

I visited the restaurant. The service is very nice and everything is nicely decorated and furnished. The food is great and the cake there too. There is also a changing table and the toilets are super clean! Only recommended!

Hotel with pleasure and no pretensions, but surrounded by nature typical of the North Schwarzwald. Excellent gastronomy in the area at more than reasonable prices, it is noticeable that Alsace is very close. Very good choice against the hotels in Baden Baden, quite expensive. By Contra Wolpertinger has very reasonable prices, all with breakfast, which are not seen almost neither in Spain. Very good atmosphere. Shopping in Baden Baden? Well. You can buy it anywhere. But Baden Baden is to see and enjoy it. Visit the Caracalla Therme, see its parks and streets.
