Rarely eaten so delicious. Had received a voucher as a gift and picked out the Hotel Hirsch. The food was all freshly prepared. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, in the hotel and restaurant. We will be back!

Best cuisine in the region! The chef is a magician at the stove, the staff is super friendly and professional. My first choice when I'm in the area. Everything is recommended :) My favorite is crucibles and pots as an appetizer, the veal back steak in herb crust as the main course, the strawberry variation as dessert and a calvados as a bag:) )

We were allowed to spend 10 'days in the Hotel Hirsch. The food was uniquely delicious. 10 points. The Hotel Hirsch has an extraordinarily nice staff and very clean rooms. Thanks again for nice hospitality.

The food is just awesome. Waitresses very attentive, friendly. The waiter (Hungarian) always a snappy slogan on the lips. We will go again and again very gladly in the deer to eat. Rooms we don't need any, since we live in the neighboring town.

Very nice rooms, and great reception. Also in the Restaurant, very nice waiters and very tasty food. Not in vain in the Michelin Guide recommended.

Romantic candlelight dinner highly recommended and we are absolutely thrilled!

We reserved a candlelight dinner for our 1st wedding anniversary and were in the restaurant Hirsch for the first time.
The ambience is cosy. The service is very friendly, accommodating and professional.
In addition, we can enjoy a 5-course menu (! ) as desired. Hats off! The wine list is also highly recommended. Have you ever tried 10-year-old red wine?
We had a very nice evening and will definitely come back. Thank you very much.

In the small town of Kork a few kilometres from Kehl and Strasbourg, you will be in the quiet green countryside with a hotel that does not usurp its 3 stars and honestly deserves a fourth. The staff are attentive friendly helpful and always pleasant. This is becoming rare in the hotel industry so let's thank them for all this. The rooms are large clean and bright. We will return without a shadow of a doubt. Thank you.

Leider mitten im Sommer Betriebsferien. Wir konnten die Küche nicht probieren. Nachtrag: Sie brauchen sich nicht zu rechtfertigen. Natürlich haben Ihre Mitarbeiter Anspruch auf Urlaub. Ich kenne nur leider kein Restaurant, welches mitten im Sommer geschlossen hat. Was soll man an einem geschlossenen Restaurant positiv bewerten. Da musste man seine Enttäuschung zum Ausdruck bringen. Jede Bewertung spiegelt eine persönliche Meinung wider. Als Betreiber eines Restaurants/ Hotels müssen Sie sich dem stellen. Wahrscheinlich erhalten Sie nicht viel Kritik.

I always look forward to arriving at Hotel Hirsch for my two days off after a hard weeks work. A lovely hotel in a lovely village.

The chef has greeted everyone very friendly. The food was also super tasty. Each table has been decorated by pink very nicely romantic. There is still an interesting grey parrot.

A really nice discovery… Secretly, the staff very personable, food to the top… And then the Smoking car… wow…! Great for a good moment with a wonderful cigar and a good Cognac or Rhum… Because I would love to come back soon…

Earlier, about 15 years ago, it was my favorite restaurant. I think the quality of the food has not changed much since then.

Service personnel sometimes overwhelmed and gruff. Is a service industry, finally you can require friendliness and expect. The meat was almost 15 minutes at the table and in demand after the missing chips, only the short answer came there was here no quick restaurant. I found already naughty…

Well, the rooms are ok although not as clean as I it from other 3 star hotels'm used to, explicitly, the bathroom is neglected in terms of cleanliness, it is missing in the shower, a storage space for shampoo, soap and the duschtüre does not include, there is verdigris on the valves and I don't know what there for spots in the shower. Achjaes are old wooden Windows where the noise of the cars and the over running trains through. To eat there are enough in cork for anything further you have to drive. Breakfast is good and abundant Oh, very important although there is internet but you can get it only for sporadic surfing or with the phone 2, 4mbits down and 8, 25 mbits upload so very lame in pingzeiten to 800 ms.

Instead of pay dearly for Strasbourg and will be moderately well served, take this hotel across the border. They are charming. The breakfast is superb. They have a great restaurant. The quiet of the countryside and the proximity of Strasbourg at 15 minutes by train. A great tip that I highly recommend. If I go back to Strasbourg, I repeat this hotel without hesitation.

Rooms are good. Food is good. It lacked only the storage for SOAP in the shower.

The beautiful pictures on the Internet are misleading, because only a few a few rooms in the hotel have been renovated. Most are very small, uncomfortable, equipped with old, muffeligen carpets and the bathroom is from the last century. Stones in the tiles are missing. The Windows are not isolated, let all the car sounds and also the cold pulls in. The heater runs so low that the room is not warm. A cold combination.
Supplementing: we arrived here as a group and were once in front of the hotel in the rain, which was closed to 15 min. Only after telephone call was answered on the intercom. "Please don't ring, otherwise I'm not. "
Restaurant and reception are closed continuously and in close proximity, there is no shopping or interesting things.
