Very modern and clean. Spend this week in the hotel for a seminar.

Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet. Leckeres Frühstück und ein gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Ein Stern Abzug für das doch sehr sehr kleine Bad.

Large shopping center with many different shops and brands. Shopping for a short time will be difficult. Actually too bad to spend your holiday time there, but who likes to go shopping as much as we do, will certainly find here one or the other bargain. And if the weather is bad, you have a roof over your head. ;-) so thumbs up.

The service is not so good that yes it’s specify that no AC but they would have managed to arrange some alternative Room Ventilator Fans to get their guest sleep comfortable in the summer but they so they can’t arrange Thought just near to my business Not at all recommended this hotel rather chose Motel one which is a 2 Star hotel with AC and near to the city center.

The hotel has a great location and is in a clean and modern condition. We were allowed to eat the drinks from the minibar for free. The staff is attentive and friendly.

The only somewhat negative points are that you can't leave the window so well at night because of the traffic. The breakfast was delicious and sufficient, but unlike other Mercure hotels I visited, there was not quite as much choice (for example, fruit and vegetables, meatballs, small sausages were missing).

We are happy to come back.

Good hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are good in size and luxury compared with the price. Although they also vary the prices of a (tech) exhibition is at the Stuttgarter Messe. Breakfast is great, lots of choices and all fresh. Parking in possible on the outside premises or garageI'm a frequent visitor and will continue to return to this hotel if needed. Mercure Hotel Gerlingen — the organizer who booked the hotel for me (cost: 152 euros/ night), and I will no longer book the hotel.
I arrived yesterday and ask for a quiet room. Answer. You did not order that. Ok. The receptionist gives me the room key. I ask him if this is a quiet room. Yes, it is. The room was located above the hotel entrance to the intersection out on the main road with tram. Certainly one of the loudest rooms in the hotel. The room is under the roof and a "sauna" — no air conditioning. Sleeping is only possible when the window is open.
I go to the reception and talk to the receptionists about it. For me, he lied to me, which I don't formulate. His answer: You have not reserved a quiet room. "They told me, when I asked if it was a quiet room, yes, it was a quiet room. " His answer again: You have not reserved a quiet room.
The organizer, who picked me up and had often accommodated guests there, stands next to it. In this way, customers and guests can be robbed.
Idea: Dear Receptionist, be honest, don't say the room is quiet when it's not the room, and offer me an upgrade because of me for money. Today, this is called additional sales. But discuss with me as a customer and pretend to be stupid — that's not possible.

Very nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms. Only that on weekends you can here the sound coming from the club. The parking cost 9€/day. The Wi-Fi could be better. Other than that the hotel was great.

Beautiful hotel, chic renovated rooms and good service. The breakfast buffet is quite rich and the restaurant is also recommended. The bar also has a very nice spirits selection that goes beyond the standard. Overall, a very nice stay.

Hotel is clean, the beds and service are poor, however. Breakfast OK, but also nothing special. Not again.

Arrival was delayed shortly after 6pm, whereupon an immediate cancellation of the reservation was made — without notice. A truly incredible customer service!

Everything OK except for a little downside at breakfast. The Obsalat has already fermented and the offered smoothie was also no longer the freshest.

5 min walk to public transport. Good location. Restaurant available, but closed on public holidays. Room ambience is good. Very good internet connection.

Ordentliches Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, da wir außerhalb gefrühstückt habe. Gute Lage direkt an der U-Bahn, trotzdem ruhig. Verwunderlich allerdings GS der Fon i. Badezimmer, der nur funktioniert wenn nan einen Knopof am Fon und gleichzeitig einen zweiten an der Wand gedrückt hält… wer sich so etwas ausdenkt. Insgesamt die Angestellten korrekt und "stets bemüht"

Great Hotel, clean, precise service, bathrooms and recent and tidy rooms, very capacious indoor parking.

Bed too hard mattresses, bathroom too small and if you have a desk you also need a suitable chair. Staff very friendly, breakfast fine.

Located a short distance from central Stuttgart, so ideal for a visit to Porsche. A lovely quiet hotel, plenty of parking and right on the tram/bus route. Although being renovated at the time, so no evening food available, breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful.

I don't have to have this hotel again. Easy to reach by car or train — friendly reception; Small room with little space; No air conditioning! This became an absolute challenge for me: either at 30 degrees in the evening window (then you hear the street noise) or Windows and you gart in his own "sauce"; Restaurant on the ground floor; The breakfast was good. Punktabzu because of lack of air conditioning and the cheeky lie of the staff at the reception that my room is not located to the street and quiet (both did not agree! ) ; Next time I won't be here again as a guest! Not recommended!

Very good hotel with excellent service and very good breakfast. In my opinion the best conference hotel in the region in this price region. The rooms are large enough and very clean.

The hotel is Clean and the staff ist mostly friendly. Can be loud If you have a room directed to the Street. Breakfast is too expensive for what is offered.

I was at a seminar at this hotel Nov 2017. First of all, I want to highlight the cooks. They actually understand something about cooking. And so am I. For that I will choose this hotel again. The breakfast was very good, coffee, fruit, drinks to the seminar prima. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were pleasant and warm. I felt very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned very well every day. I had a good Wi-Fi reception. That was important to me. All in all, the hotel has contributed a great deal to the success and well-being of the seminar. A big thanks to all the staff and to the management.

Cozy but noisy room for small metal bumps can that of the air conditioning and breakfast with little variety for the €17 that costs.

Its not bad but just a simple business hotel far from anything.

Good hotel. No bath in bathroom but did have a walk in shower. Beds comfortable and staff friendly.

Sheets was with a stain. Booked for 2 people, but only 1 x bed linen. Bathroom very small, and if man out of the shower has a half bath was under water.
Nothing to the sleep out. Drinks in the room much too expensive.

In Stuttgart's can be bad sometimes difficult to get a cheap room. Sometimes it makes therefore sense even on the outskirts of Stuttgart, Gerlingen, to look. The Mercure Stuttgart Gerlingen is then usually always significantly cheaper than everything else just in Stuttgart. The connection is through a subway line, the next stop just 200 metres away.
The room was rech chic furnishings. Due to my customer status at Accor, I got instead of booked superior rooms, privilege room. The bed was very comfortable. There was a good selection of pillows. The bathroom was a bit small, but still okay.
Staff was very friendly. For breakfast, I can tell, there has not been posted.

Very good business hotel in Gerlingen. Free minibar, good Wi-Fi, breakfast top. Can recommend it only.

Very nice house with everything a business traveler needs. Very good Internet connection, minibar free, Nesspresso capsule machine in the room. Room to back out quietly. Breakfast and dinner was great. The hotel is highly recommended.

Just Outside of Stuttgart, yet well located. The reception was friendly and was fast, the room was to the street /railway side, but didn't. Could sleep with an open window… The equipment was good, comfortable bed, Flat-screen TV, a Minibar, a … bathroom oke, however, "old", shower glass in bath did not mer right… The Breakfast was at the time of booking with 18. — Euro, paid on the spot then only 12. — :-) This was the Breakfast very good, good selection… because everyone finds what. Parking outside or in your own Garage, this costs extra. We now go in Dec. Back to Mercure Gerlingen, the price/performance, we find VERY GOOD.

Room was ok, though a bit smaller. Common areas (elevator! ) were stinking of smoke.

I'm staying here Jan 28 — 29, 2014 in room 128. Came here late and the reception was fast enough to checked me in. The hotel have very bad internet connection (speedtest shows 0.32mbps), I can not download any of my emails. I called the cloud team and their respond was too much user at the same time, and I was told to restart my browser. I decide to take a shower and got a weak water stream which is disappointing for a hotel of this class. Internet still ridiculously slow after shower. I am very disappointed. Even my cell phone is much faster than the Wi-Fi. Other notes: there is no complimentary drinking water in the room.

The service in this hotel is very committed, the hotel a 10 minute walk away from the underground station "Gerlingen" which brings you to the city center of Stuttgart in less than an hour. Sorrily we also have heavy critics for this hotel: in the back and in the front is a club where at weekends it gets very noisy. For the day there´s the overground tube which is very noisy, too. — no place for people who seek sleep-.
