The place itself is very nice, the staff are lovely and it's in a good location. The problems are that most of the staff don't speak English which makes staying there harder for anyone who doesn't speak German, the breakfast is very dull and lacks variety, and the biggest problem of all: the so called "Free Wi-Fi" is a total lie. The Wi-Fi in this place is terrible if it even exists, using their Wi-Fi you will be lucky if you would be able to send a single message (oh and by the way, there is no cell reception there (! ) ). So to summarize, if you're looking for a place to disconnect or have no problem being disconnected from the outside world for your entire stay, then this is the place for you. If thise things don't apply to you then please, think twice before going there.

Far from city, no public transport except taxi,, which is pretty expensive.

Gemütliches Restaurant mit gutem Essen. Für Kinder gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz mit Schaukel und Rutsche, dazu einen Sandkasten mit Spielzeug. Dort oben hat man kein mobiles Netz.

It's a decent place to spend the night but food is just average.

We were invited there for a birthday. The rooms are large and bright, beautifully decorated and with a suitable atmosphere. Old building with wooden beams on view, but combined with a bright, not quite so old, décor. I like that.
The salad buffet is not very large, but it has something for everyone and is really delicious. The choice on the map is great. Extra-wishes are also being applied. The proportions are quite large and you certainly get fed up. The food was very well cooked and also tasted delicious.
The service staff is very helpful and also to have a joke for one or the other.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is very appealing. The service staff appears blunted and cool. The food looked and tasted very good. We didn't tolerate it well.

Familie Hog were welcoming. The place was beautiful, food was great and it is close enough to Titisee and other nice towns in the Black Forest.

Tach together. I travel a lot professionally. The hotel is great. The staff, the room, the location and especially the food. A menu that makes you hungry. It is absolutely recommended. I will try to set my dates in such a way that it works out every now and then. A nice time for everyone.

Good German food, wife had the local pan seared trout, which was delicious. I enjoyed beef and a pilsner.

Food Was super. The beer garden was at noon around 12.00 well attended. Waiter is on the ball but get used to it. (talks like in the mouth has grown. To be very honest) very beautifully situated country hotel. Would definitely again go here.
