Unfortunately, I did not have to have a good experience with one of your chefs. He insulted me several times in the Facebook comments under a newspaper article for no reason. Of course, it is stupid to boast online at the same time about which company you work in which position. I'm honestly terrified about the kind of people working in a nonprofit like this. Perhaps you should train your employees to deal fairly and humanely, and especially their online skills. The Internet is not a lawless space and you as a company certainly do not want to be associated with such things.
For my part, I have drawn the conseqnenzen and had the comments deleted by Facebook. I have also filed a complaint against the Lord. I hope you will also draw your conclusions.

Good service, great food and excellent inclusive concept make this a winner on all ends.

The best restaurant where I ate during my stay in Hinterzarten.
The ribseye were really good, tender and with a really good homemade barbecue sauce.
The beer as always is great and the staff were very nice.
I don't know the prices because the dinner was offered to us but I would recommend it because the meat was really great.

We stayed on the Southern Black Forest bike path for one night. The staff welcomed us with a "welcome", which pleased us. Rooms, food, staff — for me everything was worth 5 stars.
However, it should be known that the facility is located directly on the main route through the Höllental and thus the noise level can disturb.

Great concept for integrating disabled people. The food is perfectly fine, the operators are not perfect due to their disability, but this is made up for with a lot of charm. Service (hospitality, furnishing) in the training rooms ok, but not outstanding.

The food tasted really great. The controls were also super nice and were not too bad for one or the other fun:) Outside there is a small playground for children, also a children's card has been offered. The restaurant is located directly at the train station and an expressway, so well connected and yet has no influence on the ambience and noise level. So I really like to come back. :)

We were after skiing on the Feldberg in the restaurant of heaven to eat what the food was really all very good the schnitzel with gravy and fries more than adequate all the waitresses were very friendly and attentive absolutely recommended.

Ambiance really nice, waitress endeavors. The beef steak, sous-vide + smoked, mostly dry and tough, a huge effort and then something. A meal came much later, and that was also the hostess, very uncomfortable.

We were three there for dinner. 2 vegetarian and 1 schnitzel dish were very tasty, the salad to the Spätzle had a great marinade. An attentive waitress has served us very well — we can only recommend the inn!

The room we used was equipped with wooden flooring and appealing country house style. The bed was very comfortable. The curtains are translucent, which prevents light-sensitive people from sleeping. The shower head and the tiles in the bathroom, as well as the shower curtain were absence mould. But after I had said that, it was handled professionally and courteously.

Food very good, very friendly service, deduction due to bed and cold shower.

Food too expensive, does not taste. RIP on the highway.

The staff was always very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and decent. The food is very high end with international touches to local fare.

Suuuuuper yummy! Highly recommend the Lamb salad! He holds in any case, what he promises visually. The staff is really nice and friendly! Oh when for the first time set out the dishes, then you no longer comes around leckern dessert to. Kudos to the chef.

As in the Hinmmel I felt in the Kingdom of heaven in the black forest. Idyllic location in a beautiful landscape next to an old train station.
