➜ First of all, I would like to praise the receptionist who really tried to resolve our complaints as best we could on the first evening.
There are 3 free parking spaces in front of the house that are assigned to the hotel. With the number of beds, however, it is rather utopian to get a parking space there. Different in the underground car park. There is enough space and for 15€ per day, you can leave your car there. We were travelling with our teenage daughters, so we wanted to have two adjoining rooms, which worked perfectly, thank you for that.
But now in the first of our rooms the plugs in the sink were defective, so that the water could not drain after washing the hand. In response to the complaint, we were transferred to other rooms.
When we wanted to source them, one of them was already inhabited by other guests. So back to the reception and we were assigned two other rooms.
Once there we noticed that the toilet seat was only attached to one side and when we wanted to take a shower we noticed that the mounting rod of the shower head was very loose and therefore it was rather difficult to adjust the shower.
Of course, we also complained about this, but we said straight away that we no longer want to move, but that the shortcomings should simply be rectified.
The seat was then also screwed the next day, the shower rod is still loose.

Checked in in the evening and wanted to eat something afterwards.
I have been advised that there is pizza here at the hotel.
Original frozen pizza. Watch as the foil was removed and the industry pizza was pushed into the oven. I paid almost 10 euros for this.
The initial good impression was gone.
