Food was great, I would go again and again!

Very very good house, extraordinarily friendly staff, excellent food, very good value for money. Highly recommended!

We visited the restaurant in the Gasthof Blume due to the "Bib Gourmand" in the Michelin restaurant guide in the frame of a short trip to the Black Forest on a Saturday evening and were not disappointed. The price-performance ratio is consistent, the products used are of high quality and the service is very professional, friendly and not intrusive. That's how it should be!
The goose liver terrine made a delicious start, but was still trumped by the Rehragout with noodles and red cabbage. The meat was very tender and optimally cooked, noodles and red cabbage were offered to us for reordering, but we were already more than sufficiently saturated with the "Basic Supply" (1 bowl each). The Black Forest cherry pie was supposed to make the conclusion. As this was already out, on the recommendation of the Nice waitress there was chocolate Cannelloni with sour cream, which proved to be a very tasty substitute.
The restaurant is cosy and high-quality at the same time, as it belongs to the region. To call the toilets clean is still understated.
There are restaurants of this category that offer a more creative cuisine, amuse-Bouche for attunement as well as sorbet as an intermediate course and/or make us taste even more, therefore ' only ' 4 out of 5 stars. But that is, as you know, a matter of taste.
Conclusion: A visit to the "flower" is highly recommended.

Service was great. In my view, the ratio of quantity to the price has not quite tuned, which prevented me from making the plate Ratzeputz empty.
Therefore a clear recommendation for a visit.

Its just fantastic. The location is inside the town, the rooms are clean and the service is just perfect.
