Beautiful restaurant in a quiet and lovely environment! Food was great!

Above all, I would like to highlight the very friendly staff but also the food is very good and inexpensive!
You have a beautiful view especially from the terrace, but unfortunately you can not book there places.
We're happy to come back! ☺️

Most peaceful and beautiful place on one of Rolling mountains deep in the Black Forest. Home baked strawberry cheese cake & chocolate cherry cake are simply delicious. Easy hiking routes 30 min to the origin of Donau river. Wakes up to singing birds and morning breeze. Definitely recommend for a short stay!

This place was beautiful, had amazing views up in the mountains. Nice and quiet with nothing around it but nature. Only thing that was a pain was the Wi-Fi but you can't fault that to much for being away from everything. Would most definitely stay here again in a heart beat!

The view was absolutely amazing. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff was amazing. It was so peaceful especially with the rain, and extremely affordable.

It's a nice hotel with a great view on the Swiss mountains when the sky is clear. Rooms are clean and restaurant is good. A small improvement is better internet connection that is slow or sometimes not working. Another improvement is get more TV channels by satellite dish cause the 10 free 2 air channels are mostly boring.

Good but nothing special.
For the food only 3 stars. That I give 4 stars is due to the great view if you have a window seat.
Staff not really friendly.
The breading from the schnitzel was dark brown and too crispy. Fries were good though a bit too salty. (Matter of taste)
Terrace was unfortunately not cleared from the snow and therefore not open either. Since the sun was shining it would certainly have been pleasantly warm. (South side). At least for coffee and cakes an open terrace would have been nice.
Unfortunately, the way from the car park to the hotel was not cleared. (50 m) Only split was scattered.
So no chance for wheelchair and Rollator.
Too bad you're too lazy to clear 50 meters of snow. Thus, disabled persons are excluded.

A very nice and cosy hotel with a very good room equipment and a good quality breakfast buffet. The food is of quality and quantity, fully sufficient, of great variety and is served imaginatively, as well as attractively. There is also a good selection of wines and local spirits. The hotel has a good value for money.
Unfortunately, the W-lan in the rooms is extremely slow and almost unusable.
The view from the restaurant terrace is phenomenal.
The hotel guest couple Antonia and Frank Hauswald are very service-oriented and both are happy to answer any questions of any kind.
A great praise to everyone, carry on like that.
The hotel is located in a nature reserve, overlooking the Feldberg and the Alps with clear visibility.
Now in winter, a cross-country ski trail runs directly past the hotel and invites you to linger.
There is a parking lot in front of the hotel, also for hikers and skiers.
The hotel is a good tip at any time of the year.

Vert nice beautiful place with plenty touristic oportunities (cycling, ski running, hiking etc. ) Very high and pleasant service. High quality of kitchen. Love it here. You will too.

Top mountain inn. Rooms large and beautifully furnished in the country house stalk. Mattresses nice hard, slept very well.
Excellent breakfast with everything your heart, eye and desire for good breakfast desires.
The kitchen is simple, but in excellent quality. Size portions at the perfect price performance level.

Excellent inn-inn hotel in an idyllic setting. Good value for overnight spacious rooms, all country-style comfortable bed with hard mattress (very well slept).
Versatile breakfast with egg cheese sausage jam butter everything your heart desires.
The inn has an excellent kitchen comma also in a very good ratio in terms of price and performance.

Great family business. Friendly and loose. Delicious from the kitchen. Viewpoint with sun terrace and a great possibility of repetition especially for hikers. Parking is plentiful.

Very nicely situated Mountain Inn/Berghotel.
We came over here on our hiking tour.
Uncomplicated check in.
Room maintained and clean.
Small but very fine breakfast buffet with very good quality ingredients.
A restaurant is part of the Mountain Hotel.
We were there for dinner and also very satisfied here, the food is delicious the portions even after a 30km hike sufficient and the service as it should be. From the garden you have a magnificent view towards southern and the Swiss Alps in the appropriate weather.
We would like to come back.

The accommodation in this hotel was really top notch. A very quiet location, cheerful staff, nice rooms as well as a great breakfast/great lunch will make me come back here!

We were 1 week there. Super Hotel. Beautifully located and with a unique view. Everything very clean and friendly. Very good food and reasonable prices. Very, very nice landlady. We would love to come back.

This place is small and quaint, located in and surrounded by the black forest. There is no "bad view" it's all wonderful. There are also trails that you can hike, run, or bike on right by the hotel. Highly recommend it if you are looking to stay somewhere off the beaten path.

Actually, I don't want to, that this Hotel is well-known since then commercially and : — (But I can't help it. Rarely so well for so little money hausmänisch eaten. 8 dishes and all 1A. Nobody needs more. And with 1A, I mean 5 stars for the food. The rooms and the Hotel — if not more soooo interesting — anyway 5 stars. I'm not bought, I was a year ago professionally there and have now booked privately.

Very beautiful place, hotel is wonderful, feel the star is very close to you! I like the feeling that you are really part of the nature.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, good cheap food, nice view, beautiful garden with a small Playground. Beautiful Hiking Possibilities. Secluded and quiet.
