Despite Corona a very nice menu with dishes that are sometimes a bit more original than usual. Excellent quality, great service, beautiful ambience and reasonable prices. Especially the wine selection is impressive.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds comfortable. However, there is no closed cabinets. There is a coffee machine and a refrigerator. The Breakfast is versatile and nothing is missing. I find the dinner theme cooking is a very good idea. However, dishes were missing then. The best of the French evening was. The new year's eve was very nice. The food is very good. Something has to complain to. The staff was not very diligent, however, enough. In 5 hours I was able to catch only 2 x a waitress brought me a new drink. A good starting point to Speyer or Sinzheim.

Everything was great very clean rooms, only in the Restaurant at Breakfast, it was a bit fresh but the selection is just Top!

Comfortable hotel in town centre. Disadvantage is that rooms don't have A/C and I felt like in a sauna. In winter OK, for summer time I'll newer book it again. Also the price is higher for what it is…

I have attended several events there. The rooms are well equipped for a wide range of topics. The indoor climate was also very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The service really great. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant also leaves nothing to be desired.

Nice hotel for a short trip. Nice staff. Preteasing and attentive. Sufficient large room with good décor. Comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the room is not completely dark, which bothers me personally a lot. Rich breakfast with good choice.

Good business hotel. Unfortunately the rooms are very warm and the Wi-Fi is unusable (seemingly technical difficulties). The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful.

This hotel can be recommended. Best service, restaurant top, room modern. The stars are entitled. Bad, the public underground garage, since you have little confidence down there.

Conference Hotel in the middle of the city. Super suitable for large events. Food was good too. Very friendly staff.

Evaluation is valid for the event area (Staufer-Saal). The hall is well designed. From all the seats you have a good view of the stage. The chairs are comfortable and there is plenty of legroom. The pause area is large. The toilets are very clean. The only criticism is the catering sector. For the number of spectators (800 + a few seats — at our event it must have been about 500 spectators) it is too small and only 2 employees. It was also not possible to pre-order for the break. This would significantly relax the crowd during the break.

It looks good from the outside. It's not supposed to be bad there either. Unfortunately I have no idea if it is so.

Professionally managed hotel directly at the Congress Centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel also takes care of small things, which is also noticeable in the details of the ambiance. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. Only the mattresses are too soft and should be exchanged once. In total, however, highly recommended.

Took about 10 minutes to find a staircase to the parking garage. After an event there was so much going on and there were at least 7 other people like me. We then had to search together.

Because of an event I was on site. Events can be done very well here, there are some rooms that can be individually adapted to appropriate group sizes. Thanks to parking under the rooms one comes even when it rains dry to the event. The finger food wasn't really the hammer, decided to eat in the restaurant. It was tastefully very good, but priced a bit higher — size of portions rather small.

Great Hotel with super rooms and a huge selection at the Breakfast buffet, very nice staff, the reception Desk is staffed around the clock, class events, the Christmas market is nearly next door — what more could you want?

The staff gives everything that the guest feels comfortable and is also there for the guest. Unfortunately, one did not look at my Gold card status of the Best Western card and although I am 95% I was given the oldest room in the whole house. There are moist spots in the bathroom on the ceiling. The bed was two twin beds pushed together.
Furniture from the beginning of the 90s. Supposedly, only the 5th floor is newly renovated and this will only get special guests according to Fo who regularly arrive at the hotel. Business travelers I recommend to wait until all rooms are renovated.
The breakfast buffet is the hit too seldom you get a freshly made Omlette on your travels.

No air conditioning in the "newly refurbished" part — 3 x requests to get a drink at the bar — 18 euros for breakfast — arrogant Schnoesel at the front desk. These are the impressions that remain of a hotel that works on an image enhancement. Congratulations. Never again Palatine Wiesloch.

We have been attending an evening with German "Kabarettist" Hagen Rether. The event hall that the hotel operates is very appealing. Comfy and stylish. With good catering before the event and in the break.

I work here and I love it. It's the best hotel you can find in this area.

We have stayed here one night. We really liked the hotel. The staff at the reception was very UNNIKRISHNAN and we felt immediately welcome. The room was nice and modern furnishings. A big TV is hanging on the wall. I guess 40 inches. Wi-Fi is available and free of charge in the room. Wi-Fi speed is okay.
From the breakfast buffet, I was surprised. Great selection and a Cook, fresh cooked Omlettes and eggs. One sees that in Germany very rarely. Fruit, cereal, sausage, all because what you want. There was even a freshly made Strawberry Smoothie.
All in all a top. First, I had my doubts, that the hotel is ca 15 minutes away from the thermal baths. Come back anyway.

Cheap and professional hotel. Very friendly and helpful. Slightly inflated prices in the restaurant and the rooms have come in the years. But otherwise everything top.

Site is 1a. To get quickly to the town and all major shops. Rooms are suitable. Breakfast and dinner are a wow experience.

A hotel for congresses! Clean tidy and a Hall for up to 1600 people maybe more! The food is good just slightly overpriced.
