Poor service — food very changeable We were in the beer garden. The beer is very good there, it is brewed itself. Value for money is rather poor. The prices are rather high. The food is sometimes good and sometimes very bad again. The service is miserable. Extra requests cannot be taken into account. No food can be taken with you. The food was pretty bad, especially yesterday. Starter and main course was brought at the same time, so that there was not enough space to eat on the beer table set. Pepper and salt were brought only after repeated requests. The food was unseasoned and overpriced. You feel like service personnel don't care if you're satisfied or not.
Too bad actually, because the building and also the beer garden are very nice.

We were in the Half Moon for dinner. The service was brisk and friendly, the food is excellent. Outside, the hotel has a beautiful beer garden where you can also have dinner. Happy again.

Restaurant faintly visited and uncomfortable. Salad dressing would have tolerated more seasoning. Steak was cold, potatoes hot. Steak but perfectly fried. Service could have been more attentive.

Waren im Restaurant zwecks Geburtstagsfeier. Die Bedienung war nur bedingt fachkundlig, wenn auch das Essen Recht gut war. Allerdings auch zu entsprechenden Preisen.

After we were last year already times there and it has us very well fallen, we have to stop this year, again briefly as we were traveling in the Region. Food, Service and ambience top. Everything was very well maintained and a great beer garden with space for the Kids. We will definitely come back :-)

The quality of the food and drink is good, however, you could give the Service 1 star to 5 star. Because everything really was. Once I had to wait over an hour to be eating, although not very much was going on. The other went as well. A few weeks later, everything was over the top. Last week, a small Christmas market was. Some of the sales huts and a hut for drinks and food were set up. Here, too, could have been the preparation of the food to accelerate, but it was still ok. Too stiff somehow. At the end I was rewarded with a Flammlachs bun, with Bright… it was delicious!

The food was okay but not really great. We have Grilled Peppers and baked potatoes Mediterranean style. The potatoes were glassy and not mealy, and have not tasted so good. The service is fast and attentive, the ambience is cozy. The prices are a little high.

Noisy! There's a party until midnight. Loud music! Unless you come for the party, don' stay in the hotel. The noise will make you a nightmare!

Now it is 23:35. The costumers still sing very loudly with speaker and dance in the restaurant on the first floor. Very very very noisy! We who stay in the Mond Hotel can not fall asleep. We call the reception. They say"the party will end at midnight 12:00. " I do never recommend this hotel to anyone. You have to tolerante with the noise! Noisy! Noise pollution! Poor quality! You can never take a rest!

Very nice place! I recently invited my grandparents to dinner and as always everything was to my satisfaction. Both the food is great as well as the in-house beer. In any case, the beer garden is also recommended in summer!

Great friendly Hotel / Inn! The staff were friendly — in Stress but always fast and courteous. The food was absolutely great and the wine selection very good. The one star deduction is due to the arg bad TV in the room and unfortunately there is no Spa, Sauna or similar — but this is complaining on a high level.

Easy to get to and a very nice beer garden. Newly renovated property. This place has always been a gem in the area, but now with its fresh new lift makes it classic and modern. The food and service are great. The bar/lounge in the basement are fun for the evening times. But my personal favorite is the beer garden during a nice summer day. Easily accessible. Local hangout.

Very nice, modern and spacious rooms. Attentive and always friendly staff. The Snacks in front of the conference room were delicious and plentiful with great selection. Also, the dinner and the beer were very tasty, the prices good.

Several restaurants under one roof. The Coachman lounge has a nice atmosphere and delicious beer brewed in the House.

Heppenheimer citizen I would like to commend today once for the half moon. The beer garden, and everything that is served, there is very good up top. It goes up so, thank God! But now something else in my opinion is among the "operating"blindness: If Nichtheppenheimer on the B3 to the half moon pass could drive one to believe, "is closed". Entrance door, no flowers directly in front of the door or any one thing, here is open. The large sign, "Beer garden open" you can read only from one side and is regarded with security only in suitable weather and season. Something should be done necessarily, so that you bring the crowds in the beautiful House. But, maybe something is done there! In any case, it's up!

For well over a year, we moved into the warm spring/summer months due to the beautiful beer garden atmosphere almost every weekend in the half moon. As a recurring regulars, we have thus also never given up hope, friendly and attentive to be served. Despite the constant changes of staff could be of Service is definitely not optimized and it is noticeable that the staff are not harmonized and is overwhelmed. We as guests were able to experience live how part-time/teachers in front of all the people herumkomandiert and runtergemacht. In our eyes, is an absolute NoGo — Fremdschämen. We as guests were as well with an attached kindness, arrogance and indifference treated, that we are now in other localities "warped". The operation is really bad, not a penny tip value, and it can be very good home-brewed beer and the food here is nothing more to save. We (tribe) people are very disappointed. Initially it was to staff saved and had to be forever on the Service wait, now you get a little faster operated (sufficient staff), however, has the underlying sense as a guest to disturb and not really wanted to be. Because one feels after periods of self-service back.

Nice enough, quiet outside.

We are fond of the lunch, always served very nice and for the money a great meal. The rooms are great furnished, the beer garden is spacious and beautiful and it should have been a Problem (as in any Restaurant), then it was made with an Espresso on the house.

If the self-service would not, it would be Top. Still too new for a cosy beer garden.
