The noise from the clubs at Shardeni street can be heard clearly inside the room.
Walls seem to be thin, any movements at your neighbor’s room (i. E. Bathroom door closing) can be heard in your room.

Great location heart of Tibilsi. Everything is in walkable distance. Rooms are a bit small. Has all the amenities. Loud at night up till 4:00 am. If u need quite then this is not the place. Breakfast was good.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2019. I really liked the hotel! Location +5 in the center of the old city, everywhere you can walk, breakfast +5 like at home, and vegetables in general 🔥 like in summer — fresh and juicy, we took room +5 two-room, the room had everything — bathrobes, slippers, bathroom accessories, kettle.

Great hotel with a great location. The very center of Tbilisi, a stone's throw from Gorgasali Square. All local attractions are within walking distance. We stayed in a standard double room. The room is small but very compact. Everything is at hand. This room has a balcony and views of the Narikala Fortress. The administration is very pleasant and responds to any request. They made a present in honor of my birthday. At our request, they provided us with a table and chairs for spending time on the balcony without any problems. The breakfasts are monotonous, but we didn’t get tired of them after 3 days, since we didn’t even have time to try everything. The terrace where breakfast is served is stunning! I would really like to be given access to it in the evening.

We really loved this place. Location is ideal and accessible for tourists. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Above all the staff were so helpful, polite and courteous, taking personal efforts to make us feel at home. Right from carrying our suitcases to arranging taxis at genuine rates everything was done with care. We would have loved to stay there longer.

Location is plus. Breakfast menu need to improved. Due to loud music till mid night in nearby properties cause trouble in sleeping.

A wonderful place in the very center of historical old Tbilisi. Very cozy. Purely. The hotel meets all expectations and even more. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in the room is there. Breakfast is modest and a little monotonous, but the coffee is excellent. And homemade baked goods, which are few but tasty. The view from the terrace where the breakfast area is organized is magnificent! You can stay in this hotel at least because of this terrace. Cleanliness in the hotel is maintained at a high level throughout. Attentive, responsive and friendly staff. In a word, I liked everything, there are no comments! In the ten days that we spent in Tbilisi, living in this hotel, we were convinced that we would be happy to stay in this hotel again!

Excellent location. Breakfast terrace. Reasonably priced. Old town scentIn a good weather, get a room with a balcony! But I didnt like:Staff poor English. Hardly smiling. Toilet smells. TV programming awful. Wondeful terrace opens only for breakfast. Limited choices at BF. Stayed for 5 days and then charged 5 Lari for a cheap drinking broken glass.

Great location in the centre of the old town, but as a result it can get a bit noisy at night on holiday time. Rooms are big and comfy if a little worn. Clean towels and new water bottles every day, even when I tried to tidy them so I didn't have to get clean new stuff every day, trying to be more eco friendly! Breakfast is in the roof cafe. Lovely views of the Cathedral and Castle. Worth the price for the breakfast view…

Worst place I ever sleep. The bed was so bad. Breakfast place on the terrace has a nice view.

Top location in Tbilisi. Amazing terrace with tasty breakfast. Keep in mind that the rooms are small. I have stayed 2 times during two different trips and both times the rooms were small. And also it's in the most noisy part of the city but windows keep the noise.
