Very cool hotel, thank you very much for the prompt reception. The rooms are super clean, nice aesthetic design, amazing views on the 4th floor, breathtaking. 5 out of 5!

Expensive, and there is no refrigerator, kettle or cups in the room. The price is stupid for a beautiful renovation, although it will not save you from hunger if you are off the road. Otherwise, at least you could drink tea. Breakfast is paid. Breakfast: 25 GEL per person. 5 stars for hotel renovation and cleanliness. Next to this hotel there is a hotel 5 minutes walk Anata there it is cheaper and breakfast is free and the rooms have more household items and a refrigerator if you need it.
Phasizi also probably pay taxi drivers to bring people from the bus station to their hotel. I asked several times to be taken to a hotel at a cheaper price, but the taxi driver said that there was no cheaper place anywhere (even though it was 5 minutes away). It’s strange that people don’t make concessions when a person is in a difficult situation and without the Internet. Although, of course, it’s my own fault that I didn’t prepare housing for myself in advance. But it’s a shame for the taxi drivers.

The room is very spacious. Comfortable mattress. Snow-white bed linen. All necessary soap accessories. The hairdryer was not in the room, but at the reception. Modest but very decent breakfast in the view cafe on the 4th floor.
The room was very clean.
They met us at night. We were given a room larger than our booked one at the same price. The staff is very friendly.

This new boutique Hotel is perfect for those looking to stay in a high quality new building that is kept clean and tidy. You will start your day on the right foot with breakfast fit for a king and views across the city in one direction and into the mountains in the other.
The service is of the highest quality, with someone always available to assist you. The type of service that is often only found in a family business.
As well as the complementary breakfast, there is delicious food available from their kitchen for lunch and dinner and the serving sizes that won’t disappoint.
If it’s a simple warm shower with consistent pressure that you enjoy, then you too will look forward to bathing at the Phazis, as this is what you will get.
Topped off with simple conveniences like Wi-Fi and a laundry service. This place is worth a try.

It took me a long time to choose a hotel, because very often photos and reviews do not correspond to reality. I chose Phazisi Hotel. That rare case when reality is better than expectations:
1. Very decent hotel, cozy and large rooms. Very comfortable mattresses. Modern design;
2. Varied buffet, really tasty food;
3. The rooms are always clean, a separate manager monitors this;
4. Coworking area with panoramic views of Tbilisi;
5. Networking. Met interesting people.
Minuses:
1. There are no TVs in the rooms, but this is essentially not critical in our time;
2. The location is not in the center (long walk), but 10 minutes by taxi (taxi in the city are not expensive).
