➜ I booked a standard room at the hotel, upon arrival the administrator asked me to wait until 12 o’clock, after which he promised to check me in, but at 12 o’clock, citing technical reasons, they refused to check me into the standard room I had booked, and after checking me into an economy room, when contacting the Anex tour guide, it turned out that that she is not responsible for anything, when asked to call the owner of the hotel, they said that he has not been in Georgia for three months and they don’t know where he is, when asked to inspect my standard room for technical problems due to which I cannot check in into it, it turned out that in the entire hotel there were no keys to this room, some team of repairmen took it, in addition, the toilets in the hotel did not work.
I do not recommend this hotel, it is better to live further from the center but in normal conditions.
Its a good hotel, right in the middle of old tbilisi.
But every 2nd day Wifi is not available dont know abt the service provide or hotel itself.
Over all its a good and friendly hotel. Room are clean.

I have located the hotel from outside and its places in a very good place in the city with nice view but I have not reserved a room there.
