Staying at Simon's Boutique Hotel is for the traveller who wants to be independent and enjoy the friendly and personal touch offered by a small and friendly hotel.
The hotel is ideally sited to explore Tbilisi; if you go down hill and cross the river you have the buzzing new town area if you go up hill you have the wonderful main street with its shops and galleries leading to the old town. Everything in Tbilisi is within walking distance of this gem of an hotel.
The hotel is on one of the higher floors of an old town house set into the hillside, it has been tastefully and thoughtfully modernised. Without question Room 1 is the best with a charming balcony which looks across the river to the cathedral and in the late evening it is the ideal place to enjoy a glass of Georgian brandy and enjoy the beautiful view of the lights of the city. It has a large bedroom which has plenty of hanging space and a small dressing table/desk and enormous windows. There is a short passage with a sofa and TV, a small dining table and a really well equipped shower-room/bath room.
The whole place was spotlessly clean and it was cleaned every day when new towels were provided. The air conditioning works really well and has a range from 16 upwards.
Breakfast is included and it is served in the small, spotlessly clean dining room — furnished with an eclectic mix of pictures and fascinating objects.

A small private hotel located almost in the center. To any place, be it the metro or a khinkali house, 3-5 minutes. The same distance to the central Rustaveli street.

A very comfortable and unusual boutique hotel.
Located in an old house, in a retro style, real rare antiques were used in the decoration and furnishings. Decorated with paintings painted by the hotel owner. It feels like you have been transported 100 years ago. Special thanks to Eka and Manana for their hospitality and making our stay unforgettable.

Highly recommended. In an old house. Stylish inside. Great service. We had a lot of fun. This was our first Hotel in Georgia. Take it, you won't regret it.
The only thing, keep in mind that this is in an ordinary house without an elevator and you need to climb the stairs with your suitcases. Everything else is perfect.
