House was big and cosy with full amenities provided. Marina was our lovely host who was very helpful and accommodating. She kept our luggage for us while we we did a 4 day trek to Ushguli, and freely gave us the use of her living room to rest for a few hours after checkout as we were waiting for our bus to Zugdidi.

Guesthouse has perfect location. In the centre of Mestia, 1 min walk from place where buses stop. Room was ok with renovated bathroom. You can also use dining room and kitchen. Garden could be better maintaned. Owners are helpful and speak good English. They can organize tours for you. For example Ushguli 170 lari per car.

I vacationed in Svan-ski with a large group of friends. It was one of the most unforgettable trips of my life! A wonderful, sweet family house with very good conditions at a great price. At our disposal were bedrooms with good mattresses, and private bathrooms, a veranda, a courtyard, and a shared kitchen where delicious aromas were in the air every day. Perfect cleanliness and hot water without interruptions. The house is very warm and cozy. Very pleasant, responsive and hospitable hosts Marina and Gegi created a homely atmosphere for all of us :). Near the house there are many cafes and bars, an indoor market, shops and a bakery with the most delicious Georgian lavash in the world. This is a place you won’t want to leave, I recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful house, great hosts and very cute dog, very clean and comfortable.

We came to them directly from the street (two adults and a child) and we were very lucky that the owner had one free room left. The house is old, with its own family, cozy atmosphere, although externally updated, of course. There are no breakfasts, but tea is always freely available at the common table, where the owners often sit and chat with guests. In general, a very friendly, family atmosphere. Clean rooms, excellent mattresses, modern, clean bathroom. The price is more than reasonable considering the location. Across the road is the only local restaurant open until late, where in the evenings you can listen to the most beautiful Svan songs. The owners are hereditary doctors, intelligent people who speak excellent Russian. We are always happy to help and answer questions.
