Really nice place. Really friendly host. Enormous breakfast. Super cute cats. In case you don‘t sleep in the main building, position the router as close to the glass door as possible to get better Wi-Fi.

Best hotel I have stayed in Georgia. The room is clean and new. Breakfast is freshly made and delicious. I had a pleasant stay with a reasonable price.
The owner is very nice and genuinely cares for his guests. He is fluent in Russia and speaks English well. He always asked us how our stay was, and whether the room was okay. I was impressed that he could remember most of his guests and their requests during the stay. He also allowed us to check out a little bit late to accommodate our plans.
The only downside is the hotel is 15-20 minutes walk from Rabati castle and bus station. However, there is everything you need around the hotel. You can find taxis, minimarts, restaurants and a bank near the hotel.

Family hotel, very cozy, spacious room with everything you need, colorful and welcoming owner Malkhaz, everyone is very friendly, there is a patio where you can sit and eat your food. Delicious rich breakfast, it was a pity that we only stayed for one night! The bathroom is quite cramped, but the room is large, there is even a sofa with a table and a balcony. There was no hairdryer in the room, you have to ask at the reception. Everything is very clean and cozy. I am happy to recommend this hotel!

It's a very nice hotel. Before taking the rooms we wanted to see the place as most of the time pictures do not match the reality on the ground. It was not the case here. A very clean, tidy and nice guest house / hotel. The owner, Mulhaz, was very friendly he waited for us and greeted us right from the street. He did his best to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The kind of host that I appreciate the most: friendly, smiling, flexible to our requests, ready to help, but not intrusive, with respect to one's privacy.
The inner yard was green and cosy and it looked better than the pictures.
I definetly recommend the guesthouse.

The hotel consists of two buildings. One building, the main one, was formerly the hotel owner's residence. When Akhaltsikhe became a tourist center, he went into the hotel business and rebuilt his house into a hotel. The house now has a basement and two floors above. In addition, the owner of the hotel and his wife also live in it, so it is a kind of family hotel. Later, the owner bought a neighboring house on an adjacent plot and built another one-story hotel building there, with 5-7 rooms. Our room was in this one-story building.
Between the two hotel buildings there is a courtyard. It has several tables for guests to go out and sit. Another courtyard is built behind the main hotel building. There is such a large round stone table for a large company. This table is covered on top with an ivy canopy that provides shade. The hotel owner himself told us that he got this table somewhere back in Soviet times. Nearby on the lawn there are several white balls — lamps. In the evening there is beautiful lighting there.
I felt very comfortable in these courtyards, especially in the evening, when the heat subsided, the noise subsided, it began to get dark, and then it got dark.
The hotel has something like a kitchen and dining room. They prepare and serve breakfast to visitors on an ongoing basis. But besides this, they can prepare something to eat according to visitors’ orders at any time.

Great Hotel and the Owner copple is amazing friendly. Also the waitress Xavi is verry friendly and helpfull we had 2 nights is this hotel and the best good breakfast, clean rooms.

The owner is a amazing and helpful person, staff is very kind. Rooms are tidy and clean with all accomodations, quet place to have a good sleep. Amazing outdoor space :)

I was little bit upset when I reached because I din't like the surroundings but Inside of the hotel was great and cozy. The downstair restaurant was good. I must mention that the owner was really kind and he was relentlessly helping me while I was unable to start my car.

Family room (one double bed+single), crisp white linen and towels, Slippers, all very clean, odor-free, with access to the balcony. But personally for my husband and I stay in will remain in our hearts forever thanks to the heart of this place, Mr. Malkhaz and his lovely wife Irma! We met in 2017, magically and mentally. Great place! clean modern rooms, the staff meets you like a family member. There is a small restaurant and a garden downstairs.
