Amazing place to be in with the best view of the mountains! The hotel has rustic design with wooden finishes which is best for winter and summer seasons! The service is great and very clean rooms. The hotel has a great restaurant which is the best in town so far. Overall, great experience! The only comment I had was that there were no dresser mirror, wardrobe and safe box in the room but it didnt really bother me compared to the amazing experience we had.

Good hotel, well placed with amazing views. Hotel Rooms only have heaters, for cooling one has to keep balcony door open… we stayed two days, every time we dinned at the restaurant, the order was messed up. The staffs are polite and professional…

In terms of the location of the hotel-THIS is the BEST VANTAGE POINT in these places. And overlooking the village, the church on the mountain and of course the top of KAZBEGI! The rooms on the other side have a beautiful view of the mountains and the forest, no Kazbegi, but there are trill Birds… Feeling in the morning that you sleep in the woods… Friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant and harmonious ECO interior of rooms, Hall, restaurant. All in Oneness with Nature. The Area of the rooms is minimized. Mini Bathrooms + showers. Excellent food. The Place was loved!

The rooms hotel is located in kazbeki settlement overlooking the Gergeti trinity church. The rooms are great and the restaurant located in the property is amazing. The food and the views make it worth visiting the restaurant when in the area.

About the hotel written a lot, I'll write about the restaurant. The Rooms in this hotel are not affordable, but if you arrive just in the restaurant, you will be very friendly and you can have a great time on the terrace of the restaurant, with delicious food and drinks, and with one of the best species that only exist. You can also come to the hotel breakfast (buffet), paying about 15 euros per person, but do not regret any kopeck! For This money you will get not only the sea of delicious food, but also the mountain Kazbek in the rays of the rising sun. Highly Recommended!

Guys, I'm going to pray for you! Because we are planning to come again! This is the best hotel we have been to. It is not only in the form (it is also the most fantastic). The Staff, the design of the room and its filling, the food (especially the breakfasts-they are divine), the services-all very well. ❤

We ate the club sandwich and orange juice at the Rooms Hotel on May 25, 2018.
while we were eating sandwich, the employee came and tried to remove the bowl.
We felt bad and tried to go out.
The club sandwich was 23 lari and the juice was 9 lari. Total 37.76 lari with 18% tax.
We gave 100 lari and tried to get 62.30 lari of change.
However, the employee brought 50-lari bill and 24 coins (50-Tetri). They told us to take a lot of coins (dozens of coins).
They said they didn't have 1-lari coin, 2-lari coin, 10-lari bill and 20-lari bill. They said they had only 50-Tetri coins.
We had to take dozens of coins for our change.
I wonder how such a big hotel does not have 1-lari coin, 2-lari coin, 10-lari bill, 20-lari bill.
When we said we'd rather pay 40 lari, then they brought three 20-lari bills and a coin.
It is shocking that the biggest hotel in Kazbegi is doing this mean thing.
It was my first trip to Georgia. But the terrible memory at the Rooms Hotel ruined my kazbegi trip.
I was very disappointed with Georgia and was extremely disappointed with Kazavigi.
I hope everyone does not go to the Rooms Hotel knowing this.
They are very unkind and mean and ignore the guests.

Was with friends in Rooms Hotels, celebrated a bachelorette party. Despite problems with the booking and a small hassle, I fell in love with the warmth and unobtrusive service. Yes, there were problems with shumoizolyatsiya and minor flaws, but everyone naponimaet what he wants, I remember the beautiful view, which was breathtaking. And responsiveness of the staff which really tried to smooth out the "corners". Thanks for a wonderful mood!

Details of the design is very in place, and it is difficult to use the camera to Express, because the first glance is a vintage wind, and have to battle the nation the kind of heavy rough, but when you touch to those warm old wood, the seat electrical details and bed comfortable, you will be able to feel the designer's intentions.

Were at the hotel one night for a birthday party. I will say so, the hotel absolutely does not pull on its respectability (for such a cost). Disgusting service, complete lack of interest of the staff to guests. A cup of coffee was waiting for about 20 minutes! To the question: and when they bring coffee, I was rudely told that we were not found … what's it?!?!? If you expect some nice compliments from the hotel for your special occasion (birthday, wedding, anniversary, etc. ) then don't dream, no one cares! In the end, I almost suffered my disgusting honeybee as a gift from the hotel (what is most interesting, not only I had a birthday) and they had to congratulate all the birthdays, and there were 2 more, while the girl even celebrated in the company of friends and it was difficult not to notice this (very strange for a hotel of this caliber so ignore guests and their holidays, around the world this practice is in motion). Also want to note the broken plates (and not 1, but several! ) It is generally unacceptable!
In general, I want to wish the owners of the hotel to invest not only in advertising and reviews from Instagram bloggers, but in training the staff service service (John Shawl, Adizes), because the reviews of satisfied guests are much better than Instagram advertising, and on One view of the window will not go far, especially in the village actively built new hotels … Competition appears.

Bathrooms are tiny and the rooms are not particularly big, but the views are amazing. The dinner buffetvwas really pathetically stocked. There were some chicken wings and a bit of trout as the meat and dessert was really not well stocked. The fruits were cut way too early and were gross and brown looking. I find it disappointing, since everything else was really quite nice. I will add my opinion of breakfast later.

I'd rather shut up on that one… Cause it was on e of the best experiences I'd ever had throughout my life. Waking up in the morning an seeing mt. Shani right in front of you and straight from the balcony and then going to another side of resort abd seeing mt. Kazbek from the window is simply unbearable unbelievable…

The best hotel I have ever been in! It was amazing to experience the views, the architecture, the service… the thick wooden floors invited us to walk everywhere without shoes, only socks, for the entire stay. It’s strangely cozy for a big hotel, feels like home.

This is an incredible hotel. A mandatory point on the tourist map with any budget. Tasty food, incredible view of the mountains, swimming pool, sauna, design solutions of rooms and the hotel itself.

I didn't stay there, but only for a short visit because the room's fully booked. But I really enjoy the landscape and the view because it's too damn gorgeous, I went there in the summer so it's able to chill in the lobby or even play and roll in the grass and sleep in the hammock under the tree. I wonder if I stay there it would be marvellous because inside the place is so uniquely design and so comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is very tasty. But the rooms are a minus: the bathroom floor was running, the boards blackened, 2 hooks for four towels and two robes! No shelves to put clothes on. There's only one chair on the balcony. No smoking in the room. The view is wonderful!

Room had an absolutely stunning view onto the surrounding vistas. Stayed just before winter season really kicked in and got caught there in a blizzard. Best place to be stuck. All wooden interior was beautiful. Service was impeccable. My wife spoke Georgian but wouldn't even need too as staff spoke ample English. Buffet breakfast was absolutely to die for. A walk onto the deck to experience the mountains was an awe-inspiringly blissful way to experience such a raw landscape in all its majesty. Would just sit in the foyer and admire my insignificance in the midst of the earth.

This place is magical. It's perfectly designed as a retreat and a cozy place to curl up and relax for a few days. The pool is perfectly heated and the massage treatments are worth it. Make your appt as soon as you can as they fill up quick. Great service and friendly staff. Its a 3 hour drive outside of Tbilisi through the mountains. If you don't get car sick, it's worth the trip!

To enjoy the majestic view of Kazbegi, book the Garden View rooms. The view will have the Gergeti Trinity Church on your window, and the mountain range that carries it more than 2000 meters above sea level. The Forest view rooms are disturbed by motor traffic where the road comes to the hotel. Amenities are well provided, generally cold in the hotel but it can be warm inside the room when doors are closed, since there is no air conditioning. Request a fan from Reception. Rooms Kazbegi breakfast is fine but may need more variety. There is a swimming pool and sauna. Aside from the monastery, you may want to try paragliding nearby, on the way to and from Kazbegi. My say is hotel is best for singles or couples, for those who want some time all for themselves.

Resting place, facilities have been made to make this place even more Zen, welcoming.

This is a gorgeous hotel with very comfy and clean rooms and an amazing restaurant. The views are breathtaking and there are also quite a few site seeing opportunities. The hotel has a good swimming pool but the gym and sauna are rather small and stuffy. The hotel also has a casino. We go here with a family whenever possible.

We only came here to dine and enjoy the lounge on our last night in Kazbegi. Service was great, everybody were very attentive and was always around to assist us. The place was really nice, the furnishing, the view, the elevation is probably the best in Kazbegi… It would've been perfect if not for the number of guests around… nonetheless we enjoyed it a lot and you should at least consider The Rooms Hotel as one of your stops in Kazbegi.

“All you can eat” breakfast buffet ($15) was the best ever — so much variety, the freshest ingredients, and everything tasted great. Beautiful view from the terrace. Overpriced for Georgia (it’s more like London pricing).

Nice place to visit. I have visited the lounge and restaurant, the food was great. It is lovely place with warm atmosphere and best service. Prices are little bit higher compared to other local restaurants but it is worth to go here.

Don't get me wrong, the place is amazing. Great food, greatest views on mountains, indoor pool where you can relax and view snowing outside, but… Prices arr way off the scale. Very very expensive. Only because of that I'm giving 4 stars.

Rooms Hotel Kazbegi. SEP 2014 Was one of the most amazing places I have been too. Just look at these minutains. & the hotel is so lovely and its terras & balconies are breath-taking… its more than 150 km away from tbilisi but so worth it if u stay 1 to 3 nights & days there. Mountinous road could eritate some people but so worth it.

Magnificent design hotel, a la hunting chalets in the Alps. All stylish, in a tree, wall wide fireplaces etc, i. E. Horn hunting trophies. Were in transit, Georgia-Armenia, but were late to the border-it to 18-0000 open, returned to Stepancimidu and found. Great rooms, service, etc. As well as liked in the Hotel Casino. Dinner and breakfast Super. And what a view from the balcony is the handsome Kazbek. Will definitely be back there again. Double room $ 100. Hotel on 5 +.
