Really nice place in Kutaisi and very friendly and helpful people!

Met at the airport, brought, covered table, fed, drunk, told a lot of interesting, sleep laid. A house where guests are always welcome. Thank you!

The guest house is located on the mountain, a 10-minute walk from the Bagrati Temple. There were 7 of us, we were accommodated on the second floor, couples lived in small rooms with air conditioning and a private toilet and shower. The beds are comfortable, soft pillows, everything is very clean and nice. On the ground floor there is a large hall, in which every morning the owners served us a delicious breakfast; we were never able to finish it all. In the courtyard under the vineyard there are benches and a table where every evening, over a bottle of wine, we had conversations with the owners, new guests and among ourselves. The most interesting thing is that the owner of the house prepares the wine himself and we never went to the store to buy it. Since there were 7 of us, the owner of the house agreed to be a guide and driver for us; he turned out to be very well-read and knows the history of his region and Georgia in general very well. A few words about the owners, we have visited many countries, but we have never met such a hospitable, kind and sincere family. We will be happy to return here and will recommend this place to our friends and family.

Many Georgian families divide their houses into two floors and rent out the upper floors to guests. This option is no exception; the entire second floor is given over to guests. There are several separate “modern” rooms with a hotel toilet and 2 rooms + a hall made in the classical Soviet style, with barks, Paintings and stucco. There were 8 of us and we occupied the entire part of the floor dedicated to the Soviet heritage. The beds are normal, the owners are hospitable, there are two showers with hot water. Breakfast can be ordered in advance for a fee.

I'm here now and I want to say it's very very good place to stay in Kutaisi. The family is wonderful! Very kind and welcome people, fast Wi-Fi, tasty meals, handmade wine, clean air. All you need is already here!
It's great for everyone: alone, with friends, for couples.
I will stay here in future as well.

Returning from Upper Svaneti to Tbilisi, I stopped in Kutaisi for one day to see the famous Bagrati and Gelati. To do this we had to stay overnight. I found this guest house in advance and called the owners. In the evening, we sat for a long time with Leah in the kitchen and, together with the guests from Ukraine, talked for a long time on various topics, had dinner and drank homemade white wine. The room I stayed in was very small with a bunk bed and a shower and toilet. But it was modernly renovated, so it was very cozy. In general, I highly recommend it for a stay of 1-2 nights, and Georgian hospitality is top notch everywhere!
