The location of this hotel is ideal! Right next to Budget Georgia tourist office from where most of the tours start. There are many restaurants and cafes within 2 min walking distance. We had a spacious room with a balcony and there was a nice view of the street. The host was also very friendly.
Highly recomend to get a room with a balcony! (see photos attached)
Unfortunately there was a bad sewer smell from the bathroom so it’s best to keep the door closed at all times (could be because of old plumbing …) not the end of the world but worth mentioning.

— washroom was not really clean there was spider net & spider as well.
-no one was in reception! Only paper written I will come after 10 minutes & phone number (we had wait to long) cleaner gived us the key.
— u cant reach phone number in most of the time.
— if u need boiler u have to ask them, & it was not clean inside (i need it to make milk for my child, I had to ask coffee shops near hotel to give us hot water)
— we asked them to clean our room & no one clean it (2 days no one clean room & washer room)
— there was very bad smell in washroom.

We only stayed at this hotel for a day, but we liked almost everything! We lived in a room with a balcony (it is the only one, as I understand it). The room had clean white terry robes, slippers, bath amenities, and towels. Everything was clean. The room is small, just right for 2 people. The staff is nice.
On the downside — the shower stall was leaking and very good audibility) )

The entrance to the hotel is going through some sort of repair. It was in pretty bad shape. I was kind of scared of going in at all. However, the staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. He collected us from the entrance and assisted us in every way he could (helped us with booking taxis, offered Georgian to English translation etc). The rooms were quite comfortable, but not soundproof.

Pros: location (center, quiet street) and cleanliness, the room smelled nice, slippers and bathrobes. Cons: you could hear the neighbors as if they were in the room with us. We couldn’t sleep until 1 a. M. We could hear the person in the next room yawning. Located on the second floor of the building. The entrance was very unkempt; there were young people singing and filling the entire entrance with smoke. Price: $40 for a room with a balcony, I think 4* is unjustified, there is no safe in the room, there is no sound insulation. There was some kind of joke with the bed; with my height of 175 cm, my legs were hanging off the bed. Apparently the owners do not know what 4 stars are and drew them themselves.
