The hotel is located in the centre of Batumi. A good place to stay.

I have stayed only one night in this hotel but I didnt like it. To be fair in givung score and review, The location is great, the breakfat is normal, the staff were willing to help when asked for assistant. The hotel have SPA and outdoor swimming pool. In general the facilities are not bad.

Excellent location, almost all the sights are 5-15 minutes away. Breakfast in a cozy room, to the relaxing, lyrical music. With the choice of dishes there are no problems, even there is a light semolina porridge. All the staff are friendly. But the multilanguage is only at the front desk and the porter. The rooms are clean, the bed and towels are white. Great, fast Wi-Fi internet, such speed is a rarity for hotels.
Cons — not for fans of rest, under the windows loud music until 4 am, noise insulation is weak.

We paid about 2400 GEL (1000$) for our 6 night stay. In exchaxge I would require good service and customer care at high level. What I got — I was not able to pay as I go (untrust), when I wanted to watch a movie with my wife I bought some lemonade to drink in our room and I was halted by security because YOU CANT BRING YOUR OWN FOOD TO HOTEL ROOM… I was said to go to hotel lounge and make my shopping there. As I got there I was told that I can't take anything away from the lounge to my room, I have to eat it there… This in unacceptable for me and I don't recommend anyone to come here for vacation. From the good things: room was so-so, I was expecting more from this hotel class, although bathrooms were really nice. Breakfast was also pretty good, although menu was all the same during our stay and it would be nice to eat something different.

Over priced for everything This is a five star hotel but it’s condition and some staff attitude would be downgraded to 3 stars. Well here is why : 1. Swimming pool closed in the only sunny day I have seen during my stay because it is being cleaned. 2. No paper tissue in the room except for toilet paper not even napkin for coffee maker station 3. Refrigerator is not cool it’s almost at room temperature plus and is used for decoration, reception says yes it’s thermostat and all hotels like that as if it’s my first time I got to hotels. 4. Lobby is so hot and not ventilated or airconditioned. 5. Breakfast is poor and need some extra touches to become 5 star 5. AC in room in hot weather is the useless. 6. Bathroom is old and need renovation. 8. Hotel corridors are dull and not fresh and bright 9. Restaurant lounge bar has good service but over priced 10. I paid 100 Gel less than any other five star hotel thinking I am getting. 11. No English news channels good deal but it turns out it’s was bad deal and will never return there again even recommend to any other. Will updates this review to all major sites just to warn people of this overrated hotel five star hotel:)

♥ ️ Hotel is really excellent value. Yes, it is not cheap, but sometimes you can catch a good discount. In the deluxe room just a chic soft bed, mirrors in gilded frames and a heap of jars in the bathroom (this is a separate love for them). At breakfast always plays live music and a choice of dishes will be to taste any gourmet. On the ground floor there is a loungebar, where always in the evenings plays a DJ and make Hookahs. SPA Center is very relaxing, especially Jacuzzi with hot water. The staff is just super helpful, willing to help in any matter and at any time of the day.

Everything you need, including the spa, in a comfortable and available environment.

We took a room in this 5 stars hotel for 35 dollars, it includes spa, swimming pool, turkish hammam, sauna and gym and breakfast.

I was in winter, in a season of discounts, considering the low price everything was excellent. But if I came in the summer for a full price, I would have rated 4.

It's horrible, at the same time it is very expensive for quality, no one can stop you here.

Floor of room very dirty.

Outdated. Poor breakfast, rooms not heated properly (or not heated at all). With a proper management could compete with any 5 star hotel given the sheer quality of the building and location.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the waterfront. Clean bed linen, breakfasts on a good level. It is necessary to tighten the service on cleaning of numbers-not always leave a complete set of accessories in a bathroom.

Great location, helpful staff, yet the breakfast could be better.

This is a hotel. They slowly osluzhivajut, not all staff knows least 3 languages. But it is close to the sea, to Dilfinariju, nice view from the balcony from all sides of the hotel!

First of all take up all your stuff because it might be stolen and they probably not going to accept any responsibility for it, there also very rude plus the breakfast is disguising, the swimming pool had no one there to take care of their it's very unsafe the hotel lights are very bad as well as when you put the card on your door for house keeping they never come the restaurant food is un edible my friends came and got food (steak) poison. If you go to a massage and leave any valuables they do not return it for example my £1500 watch and bracelet and they DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AT ALL! Also when you don't want someone to clean your room when you are not in they clean it without permission. I would never come back here again and would not recommend it at all. And the TV has only their language nothing else. The refrigerators was broken and also the cooler.

One of the best accommodation options in the city although quite pricey.

This hotel is one of the best and well looked after hotels. It has many rooms to book and is rarely fully booked out.
