Very strong noise at night from transport. The toilet is constantly flowing. From under the shower tray, when you wash the water flowing on the floor. The staff is friendly, all speak Russian and English. Breakfast in the restaurant-buffet (eggs, sausages, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, jam, etc. ). The coffee is very tasty.

I was in September and everything was ok.

Terrible service. Bad attitude to the client. We got in late at night. Paid for the whole day though there were a few hours left. We were a little late for breakfast. We were told that if we were late, everyone couldn't have breakfast. Although in other hotels we have repeatedly made concessions. I have repeatedly told the staff that we are a company. But they… like value customers. In fact, this is not how the business is built. And the hotel is not famous for its hospitality. It's a pity I haven't read about all the customer's grievances before.

The worst hotel i've ever seen. Almost all staffs cant speak english, the room very smelly but I dont know what smell is that. Im alone there but they gave me room for 4 people and just 1 cupboard. The reception also has no attitude, I just wanna borrow adaptor for my charger cause I have different plug in, even I borrowed his charger but he said no with unpolite respons. Not recommended hotel at all, no positive side from this hotel.

Its not good, not have a plastic sandal for wc or bathroom wc is so important.

The worst experience I had at all. The waiters shouting and cursing customers. On the first morning (of the two) we could not eat at all, due to seats that were not and had no food.

Ok where to start. For 45 euros a night I expected more from this hotel. We got a room that was still under construction. The main building looked ok, but when we made our way to the building where our room was it was shabby at best. Everything away from the main building was under construction. Even though the main building also could use some repairs.
Then you start to think, maybe the breakfast is good. But it wasn't. I don't mind having little choise but it was just shit…. I have eaten better food in a budget hotel, or even a hostel for max 15 euros a night then the food they serve at Iberia hotel.
Staff started to cheer up after 3 days and our payment. Hotel Iberia is not even close to Georgian hospitality. The double single bed was fine to sleep in, accept for the 1 person bed sheet. Hope Hotel Iberia fixes their problems…

Really liked the convenient location, pleasant staff.

One and maybe the best place to stay in Batumi!
Starting from interior and exterior up to personal with its great hospitality!

A strange impression. The hotel is new, but around the construction site, and the hotel itself obvious deficiencies that are not in a hurry to fix. To the sea 15 minutes on foot.

Good hotel but far from beach.
