Transferred here from airport hotel which was fully booked. Reception was professional and courteous, room was functional and clean, Wi-Fi speed was good and the 1500 xpf ride back to the airport in the morning was prompt and hassle free. Recommended hotel for short half or one day stay. RT 20/7/18

Great location only a 10min walk to all the stores, market and restaurants. Also the food trucks next to hotel stay open late if you have a late flight or arrive when others are closed downtown. We had the deluxe room and I would not recommend the standard room when compared to the nominal price difference. We had a Semi view of the port which was cool in the mornings. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and updated but it's a budget friendly hotel and good value. I would most likely stay there again based on location alone. The elevator is pretty cool felt like you're walking into a nightclub every time you go on it lol. They also have room service for breakfast which isn't bad. The front desk staff is awesome and helpful.

The hotel is not really good looking but it is convenient to have access to the ferries at the walking distance and the downtown Tahiti. They have a shuttle to the airport too. It is a basic type of hotel, no frills.

Very good location. Something old. The staff at the front desk are not very friendly. We had to make a barbarian mess to be looked for from the airport being that it was included in the price.

Fine for a stopover on your way to/from the islands. Not the nicest hotel you will ever stay in, but does the job. And all the sites are easily walk-able.

If you hate cockroaches, don't stay at this hotel. The hotel has a large bathroom, but you have to share it with cockroaches. Not very friendly service.

Very discreet place. Only a recommended if you want to be near the ferry.

Good location, reasonable price. Free Wi-Fi was great. But the bed and pillow weren’t comfy and we didn’t get as much rest as we needed.

It was a very nice hotel. It feels like sleeping in the middle of the road! The bathroom is rather dirty… Brief advice: Flee!

Run down place with seemingly untrained staff. Rooms could use some updating, entrance area is anything but welcoming. Close to the ferry and the center, but I wouldn't wanna stay here more than one night.

The hotel is clean, at a good price, the staff are friendly and it is very close to the port and the caravans Xtanto eat insured late at night. The mole are the walls of the. Very stained room of anointed, while that the. Second time I went was in good condition.

We booked this hotel as a day room right after our cruise and had a whole day to kill before an 11 pm flight. Unfortunately they do not make special arrangements to accommodate this situation, which I bet happens a lot. Since our room was not available by the time we booked a little tour, we basically paid full price to store our luggage while we toured, then got back for about a two hour shower/ rest before the shuttle. The shuttle to the airport is not free. It is 11 dollars per person. The little "restaurant" that is attached is very minimal in menu and choices. The people at the desk were pleasant, and constantly busy with folks like us. The room itself was clean, the shower was a nice pressure. We stretched out on the bed and I was happy I did not have to spend a whole night on it, having been spoiled by the comfy one on the Oceana Cruise ship. We could not get the coffee maker to heat up… maybe it was a bad socket. In the future we would probably take a morning Tahitti tour and then have more time at the hotel to rest up. We just sat in the lobby for three hours. There is no good restaurant or activites in walking distance. And taxis were at a premium since two cruise ships were docked that same day.

We spent a total of 4 nights before and after the cruise. We find the hotel needs some refurbishment. But overall we get the basic needs of a 3 started hotel. The most impressive is the staffs are nice and friendly, in particular Maya (I hope that is the correct spelling). We have a one day to spare before flying back home and she has done all she can to find something nice for us to do on that date. We ended up hiring a car for making a round the island tour. Thanks once again Maya for your great assistance so we have a wonderful finale of our trip in French Polynesia.

This is not a resort or vacation hotel. It is in a very central area walking distance to the cruise and ferry port. It is right in the middle of town however the area is extremely dirty and run down. The airport taxi charges 10 usd per person. As far as the hotel, the staff not very professional or even knowledgeable. The physical condition of the hotel is below average but ok for a night stay. The bed is very old and soft from wear. Food is extremely limited in the hotel to cheese pizza only. Outside in the day are many restaurants but at night very limited as everything closes early. To summarize, I would only book here for night stay to catch a cruise or flight the next day. Otherwise you will be disappointed.

Located in an ugly area, though close to the center.

It was a place to put our luggage until our flights arrived. I would not stay here again. Lots of work needed to be completed and none of the furniture in the room matched.

Very good quality hotel, not comparable to the great sign that we know but which has its strengths. A service at the reception present at any time. Very well located hotel, you can walk to the Centre of Papeete.

A decent, older place to stay. Staff tries to be helpful, within their limitations. It's located close to the ferry, the cruise ship terminal, and some business, dining and shopping.

This place is located right in the city. The view from our room was a peek a boo view of the ocean, the city, and all the dilapidated structures people actually live in. The staff was gracious and did the best they could with what they had to work with. This place could really use some maintenance… and not just slapping a coat of paint on the walls. The patio chairs were not usable cause they had rotted. The bed mattress could use updating & if you don't like hard mattresses you will hate this one! It was two twin mattresses pushed together so you end up in a crack as they separate during the night. The bathroom needed deep cleaning. There are no chairs in the room. Just a futon style couch. Would have used the patio chairs but they were rotted. Their Wi-Fi went out and after 2 days they still had no answer on when it would be fixed. This doesn't work for a business trip. The manager was very nice and understood why we had to change hotels and refunded our money for the balance of the stay no problem. The room has a hot water kettle for instant coffee and tea, a sink and a fridge. No other utensils. We did get pizza and a salad from their restaurant the first night, which was good, and kept the untensils/plates for other meals (if you want to save money buy food at a grocery store and make sandwiches). They will leave you 2 small bottles of water each day but if you drink a lot of water you will need more.

Basic hotel but reasonably priced. Location is great, just a 5-7 min walk into town. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. There's a restaurant here that is pretty good value & has home style Tahitian dishes.

It is a simple hotel to spend a night before leaving for the islands.

This hotel is old and budget. The bed was old, there was no milk for our coffee and they only offered 3 sachets of this per day (for two of us? ). The fridge was not cold and the rooms are un-soundproof, not very clean (questionable stains on the walls) I found the service at reception to be quite unfriendly from one of the older men. We asked for a half day accommodation to help with our midnight flight on the return league of our trip and they would not accommodate this request, even though there seemed to be plenty of empty rooms during our two night stay. This hotel is close to the ferry, that's about all the positives I can offer.

This is not a fancy hotel and they might not be able to give you your room if you get there early, but they are accommodating and pleasant. There is breakfast available for a price in the lobby. There is also a little bar in the lobby where both alcoholic and non-alcoholic are available as well as a few snacks. Rooms are basic and clean. There are pearls for sale in the lobby but shop around to ensure you get a good deal. The hotel is close to all the major places in Papeete. Walking distance to market, etc. Across the street from an ATM. Safe neighborhood too.

By night. The room is 25M2 plus terrace or balcony according to availability. The rich breakfast can be served in your room or in the dining room located in the lobby. Very quiet place and nicely decorated. In the evening service, a snack bar is available until midnight. One can taste: pizzas made in-house, a variety of salads minutes, omelets with toppings, desserts. Etc
It is advisable to book your room 2 days before. Has recommend!

Clean rooms, coordial treatment.

We stayed there one night. Got there very early and the desk agent said he would get us a room. He said he would not charge for 'early check-in'. Well after spending one night there, we just were not happy with the place. So when we checked out the next day, the other agent charged us an extra 'half day, because we got in the room early the morning of our arrival. That was 3 years ago and I'm still upset about that. The rooms were small and it felt a little bit dingy. Oh yes one thing, there was graffiti all over the island, yes even at the side of our hotel. Not my vision of paradise. So we stayed over at Moorea Island for the next two nights and that was great. It is just a ferry ride over to it.

Reasonable rate. Good size room. Comfortable queen size bed. Free shuttle from airport to hotel. Located in a quiet street.

This hotel has a lovely reception area & some nice staff & close proximity to the Ferry over to Moorea. That is where it stops.
We were very hot from walking there from the ferry and when we got to our room, through darkened hallways, it was dark & sweltering hot! The lights did not work in the room until plugged in, even then it seemed dimly lit. We were only using it as a day room so we had someplace to leave our bags before our flight back to USA.
We went out to dinner & when we came back later, it was dark. We got to our room on the 3rd floor & when we opened the elevator, we were in total darkness. I had to use my phone flashlight to get to our room & open it.
This is not a place I would go back to or reccommend.

The hotel has known better days and would benefit from a paint job. The room was okay although I found the bed too soft for my taste. One of the bath towels had a brown stain. The breakfast was included and was okay but a supplement was asked for an espresso or latte. The hotel is located less than 10 minutes walking distance from the harbour which saved us a taxi fare, and less than 15 minutes from downtown and the food trucks for dinner.

It's fine for a night or two waiting for the Moorea ferry. Close to town-center and the food trucks that come at night (very nice cooking).

Price for A night was USD130 without mineral water, coffee maker/heater and just local TV channel in france language.
