Very welcome. Meal at the top. Nice bungalows. Ours looked directly out to sea.

The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant is delicious, I recommend.

Our stay at Mahana was perfect, we were very well settled. Fishing with Wil was great. The dugout outing with Christopher Magic. We will come back it was too short. Thanks to the entire Mahana team.

Fabulous location with great staff and a coral garden with plenty of fish.

Great experience! Low key and quiet. The optional open air shower was fun and the air conditioning works good.

Hotel Le Mahana has a great beach with a beautiful lagoon that is perfect for snorkeling, kayaking, etc. During my stay it was a little too windy for SUPs. There is a dock so people who choose to stay on boats can come in and enjoy the restaurant and beach. The bungalows are spacious, with both a front porch and a back garden. Huahine is more affordable and just as lovely as Moorea, and I recommend coming here!

Best place of Huahine. Lovely location, best beach and stunning views. Very lovely cottages. We staid at the Traditional Fare, which is unique, so don't know about the main cottages. Food is lovely, amazing chefs who cook traditional Polynesian did with a touristy twist. Service in restaurant is appalling though. Badly educated for their job, and could even seem rude at times. This was the feeling from the other guests we spoke to as well. However, that should not keep anyone from visiting. I would stay there again, should I visit Huahine again. Oh, and the eurocar desk is a challenge. Be quick, in good time and expect the worst, and things will work out. This, however, is not the fault of the hotel.

Superb hotel, ideally placed. The staff is very careful for the holidaymakers. Only downside, the restaurant that is sometimes not up to the task. For example, raw fish are found in Tahitian salad and the quantity of certain dishes is poor. Especially since the prices are as high as in Bora's 4.
Too bad, some dishes of the restaurants lead to the overall quality.

Disappointing redtaurant! Very pleasant setting but cold welcome and very uneven dishes: good for raw fish and Vietnamese salad, but disappointing for tuna tartare, served without even a grain of rice, and especially for the salad of swordfish smoked with citrus fruits: 6 mini slices of swordfish f if too salty lying with a dozen tiny diced citrus fruits on salad leaves. In short, an appetizer sold as a salad-plate. No kitchen work, just ingredients stacked on a plate.
So we left without even trying the desserts, with hunger in the stomach for 2 of us, a climax at the exit of a "restaurant"!

Very nice spot, the good plan is to come and eat when you go around the island and you can then enjoy the services of the hotel: kayak, paddle, pool, beach with snorkelling,.
The prices of the restaurant are a bit high but we eat quite well, and the view of the lagoon is rather nice!

We stayed in a garden bungalow.
Despite the cockroaches found in the bungalow, this hotel has a lot of charm, the restaurant is delicious, famous on the island and has canoe and paddle. There is a pontoon that goes on the sea, with a beautiful coral garden!

The bay where the hotel is located is wonderful. We loved paddling out in the vast clear waters and spotting creatures. Restaurant food was high quality but quite expensive. Service was warm and friendly. Nonetheless our experience was average because the room quality did not match the price. Rooms were close to the road, and you could always hear vehicles whizzing past. Room was never kept totally clean — there was always sand on the table or floor. And bugs, sandflies were a big problem. We were charged for airport transfer, mineral water, and also a daily tourist tax. Amenities were basic for what seemed like a luxurious boutique hotel — they didn’t even provide toothbrushes and hair conditioner. Huahine is a lovely place and we would recommend it to everyone who wants to experience French Polynesia in a more authentic, less touristy way. But if we were to do it again, we would do two nights here and two nights in Fare where there are more and better food options.

Hotel with beach bungalow and garden. The bungalows are quite simple but big. The restaurant in the hotel is quite expensive, but the food is really quality. If you stay three days, a rental car is offered for 4h, which is very convenient to discover the island.
On the beach you will find everything you need, sunbeds, paddle boards, canoes… a pontoon that is surrounded by coral potato, with ladder to go directly snorkeling.
Little advice, automatically plan half board, there is actually no way to eat nearby.

Super great hotel in an idyllic location with great staff and first-class food!

There is of course the traditional sense of Polynesian hospitality, simple bungalows but neat, a very good restaurant with regular suggestions that complement the half board card, there is also the island of Huahine, probably the most beautiful of Polynesia.
But what is the strength of this relay is the immense natural white sand beach which, in 20 m, offers invading exotic fish of all sizes. A colorful fireworks two steps away from the bungalow is not given to everyone.

A place with charm, the garden of coral on the beach is spectacular.

We recently spent some time at Relais Mahana in a beachfront bungalow with half board & had a wonderful stay. After some minor issues with our original bungalow we were quickly (& without any issues) moved to a bungalow near the edge of the grounds. Our bungalow was kept clean & well maintained with beautiful sunset views and a spacious balcony with table and chairs to relax. We had breakfast & a two-course meal included in the price of our stay which was worth every penny. Not only was there a large enough menu that there was something on there for everyone, but each night the dinners got better & better. Great portions & SO good! Compliments to the chef! Our only real complaint was regarding breakfast. Eggs were available to order, however they would arrive with egg only (& slower service), same sausage & hashbrowns each morning (each a little cold) & there seemed to be a shortage of plates on a couple of the mornings that we ate. That said, these are small things & the pros of this resort definitely outweigh this one con. Lastly, car rental was made easy & available in the lobby for exploration of both the big & small island. We truly enjoyed our stay & would definitely return!

A beautiful place with a beautiful view and the bungalow nice and a welcome family. The bungalows are almost the feet in the water. We are ready to free Canoe and paddle. Happy hour at the bar for the connoisseurs. We sattends has a simple kitchen on this island, but the Kitchen is on the contrary prepared and very good. The people are quiet and caring. A moment of pure relaxation.

This is where French Polynesian's go to get away from it all. If you are looking to escape, this is a great place to do it.
