Beautiful, very nice welcome, spacious room.

Great location even if hotel is a little tired.

Has recommend. We spent a wonderful time.

Everything, the welcome, the room, the smile of the whole staff, super breakfast, the cleanliness, the parking, and the proximity of the castle. We will return without problem.

What an incredible stay we enjoyed at this fine hotel with madame Edith from reception helping us in any way possible. So many hotels get it so wrong with front desk staff but Madame Edith is definitely the jewel in your crown. Thanking everyone from check in to check out who went beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcome and like treasured friends not paying guests.

Very friendly staff! Very well situated within easy walking distance of the Chateaux Versailles. Also ina quiet street.

The staff at the front desk are very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are ok. Breakfast is very plentiful and very diverse.

The worst service of any hotel I've ever been too. After arriving to sit and enjoy the bar I went to the washroom and was chased out by the lady at the front desk. Considering this was a possible over night destination I'd recommend staying away from this one. Review your hotels wisely because this one is not recommended. The lady at the front desk needs customer service training and should not be there until then or she should be replaced.

The location, steps from the gate of Versailles and on a quiet side street, was ideal. The super deluxe accomodation was clean, comfortable, and quiet but fell short of my expectations considering the price and four star rating. This mainly due to the worn furnishings and unimpressive decor. The staff was welcoming, friendly and professional.

The comidation made me feel like I was at the motel 8. But there service and food are excellent better than some 4 star hotels I have started in.

We have used it only for parking and for what we have done the service was great.

Hotel near the Castle. Very nice. The staff was very friendly. The room is comfortable and well decorated. The breakfast was excellent. We will definitely return.

Hotel within a few steps of the castle with a wing visible from the room. Staff smiling, clear, and welcoming. The lobby is clean, classy, and totally in the theme. Ditto for my room. In accordance with the price. Perhaps the best to bring to the soundproofing of the rooms.

Good location in regards to the palace. Not impressive lodging though.

A very disappointing night stay. Room not responding to WEB presentations. Small room, decrepit ceiling, non-existent soundproofing, view of the courtyard of the building/residences, lots of screws, bathroom leaving to be desired. A hotel that does not meet the four stars it has. However, positive point for breakfast which was very varied and plentiful.

Clean rooms, fab location right across the street from Versailles, with paying to park there. If I stay again is buy breakfast there, no good convenient breakfast nooks nearby.

Very good hotel 2 minutes from the Château de Versailles. Very friendly Hotel room accessible before the scheduled time. Very nice room, good breakfast, nothing to say, everything was perfect!

It's a little expensive, but the service is good, people are nice don't think there are four star grades, but everything is very good and complete.

Hotel class and refined two downsides: 1. No follow up on the occupied rooms, the RIOM service has returned twice without hitting.
2. Have to justify that we did not take breakfast.

Perfectly located in relation to the Castle of Versailles. Courteous welcome, some work in progress in the hotel enclosure, but that does not alter the quietness of the place, deluxe room to the height of expectations, cleanliness impeccable, I recommend this establishment.

Great location for sightseeing at the palace, literally just a 2 minute walk away. Clean and comfortable hotel.

Good service good location near Versailles in the room shampoo soap no shower gel slippers and bathrobe room comfortable bed comfortable only in my opinion minus it is that in a bath very cold floors and itself Low Temperature continental breakfast.

A wonderful stay in a Deluxe room. Directly to the gates of the castle, it is enough to cross the street to access.

Be woken up at 1:00 a. M. By an alarm. All hotel guests outside… For a 4 star hotel. This is unacceptable! Tired customers a tad on the nerves. There was something. In + work done on the 3rd floor until passing 23heures. We travel a lot, had never seen this. Strongly advise against:-/ We will not go back…

Very good hotel. The decoration and the room in perfect adequacy with the theme of Versailles. Personal welcoming and smiling. Room clean and well equipped. Superb breakfast, where we have a very choice of food sweet and savory. The buffet is perfect. I did not put 5 stars because a little disappointed with the King size bed. In fact, there are two single bed and we felt the separation of the two bed sleeping in the middle. But it's still a very nice room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Welcome home. Very come located in 3minutes at the foot of the castle. Very good continental breakfast bedding very well. A little expensive for 3 nights. To advise when even if you do not want to use your car.

Small reservations worries that fortunately could be solved, room OK, little worries with the heating (in winters is average) but generally it was a good place. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel not great, staff incompbeing and not possible to have a cocktail in the room, outrageous for one to be saying 4 stars! Plastic flower at the Windows, Deco puts full view in the lobby but in the room it's something else!

Location is great. The hotel inside is tacky and uncomfortable… Very large room with very far TV and closet outside in a hallway, bathroom uncomfortable with no plugs near, constant mains noise, cold temperature in room…
I don't think it's worth what it costs.

Fantastic four day stay at this lovely hotel. My rooms were huge (superior double room) and luxurious. Breakfast is very good, but check if it's included with your stay, as it's a bit expensive otherwise. Check out at a leisurely 12pm. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Spacious rooms, clean, nice lobby. Bathroom felt old. Enjoyed our stay. Nice location.

This was a perfect hotel to spend a night in Versailles, it was August so there was free parking right outside the hotel. The receptionist didn't mind when we tried out our french language skills on her too which was great! My only point would be that the room was quite hot and we couldn't open the window but I've still given five stars because everything that mattered was perfect! It's a five minute walk to the chateau so again, perfect! Visiting again next year with four friends so will be rebooking in the new year.

Very nice hotel. Quiet room. But flaws in the rooms. Poorly done or aging finishes. And a hearty breakfast. Hotel at 300 m from the quiet castle. I recommend this hotel.

Small Hotel likeable located 5 minutes from the castle on foot. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice and not imposing. I recommend.

The 5 stars are especially for the sympathy of the Welcome! Despite a FÂCHEU problem with booking made with very chic, we were able to have a room at no extra charge and we were able to get into the room 1 h 30 before the official time.
The hotel is located right next to the Château de Versailles; A few meters is enough to go to the gardens where at the castle to visit or eat. We stayed only one night, but it's safe, we'll come back.
The only downside is the sofa bed; It's okay for a kid, but not pleasant for an adult.

I can't even explain the horrible service we witnessed here. Shocking would be an understatement. We walk in after a day at the Palace of Versailles to have a drink in the bar. My partner went to use the washroom. When he tried a woman from the front desk started yelling and actually followed him into the bathroom to remove him like we were street trash. Explaining we were here to have a beverage and enjoy the space and Versailles she started yelling french at us and basically we had to remove ourselves due to all of this. She never had a clue that we were here to enjoy Versailles and possibly stay the night at this hotel. She didn't even care. France has been amazing until this experience. Whoever worked the desk needs to be fired.

The location is great! And they even let us leave our luggage there before check in so we could go to the palace of Versailles! The down side isn't really something that the hotel can fix. The walls are really thin. You can hear people talking and walking around all the time. So we didn't really sleep. But hey! Great price and close.

Everything was first class, beautiful room with lots of space, all amenities. Great décor all round. Superb choice for breakfast and we were super impressed with their multi language staff. Highly recommended for everything central in Versailles.
