The sofa-bed is very uneasy and I recommend that you put the mattress on the floor.

Never again this hotel is not even worth 1 star. To flee… long wait at the reception yet I was the only one. The staff were very clean and very dirty.
Noisy night… noise machine, doors…
At 9 am, I am forced to clean the apartment even if I was still in it. Curious!

In short. Never seen. There's nothing Zen in this motel.

Establishment under the sign of Zen recently. I wish them to succeed in catching up on letting go of the former manager. To get to know other brand establishments, I know they're going to make it. I hope it will be quick… Cheer up!

This place is a hit and miss at the same time. Honestly, the service here is quite salty, and the rooms are not the cleanest. The rooms are just simple and bland, nothing special. Wifi here is quite frustrating, and you need to go to the lobby to use it. Location is useful since it's about 15 minutes away from the Château de Versailles. If you are going for the price, you will just have to deal with the cons. This place is certainly not terrible though; I would prefer it way more than a motel.

Reception staff haughty, unprofessional, pictures of the website non-compliant. I do not recommend this establishment.

Above all, don't choose this place! Why? No explanations at the arrival, a welcome expeditif! Arrival in the apartment I can see the kitchen is equipped … without an oven… the fridge does not close… not tetrasse as it was agreed and surtouuut no hot water! The lady of the home seemed to have the habit of problem of hot water and didn't come out of the heart of everything… so 6 people in the apartment without being able to shower nor in the evening nor in the morning! And the good surprise on the next day 30 e debited to the menage for a spot on a carpeted floor! Money guzzler merciiii but more jamaiiiis.

Very nice room and nice staff. We had a 4 pax room. Very close to shops, Versailles and Parish!

DO NOT Give your credit card info to this hotel. I booked a room in this hotel for 4 nights through a broker. Later I canceled my room for some reason and although they were not supposed to charge me for my booking cancellation as it was indicated in our agreement, they did. In addition they were not cooperative for refunding my money so I dispute it through my credit card company and it took me a lot of time.

Incompetent, unable to solve a problem. Charged 2 times this does not concern, I must manage myself, because it's been 3 months that it lasts. Impossible to speak to someone competent or responsible… I do not recommend this establishment might charge you 2 times for 119 euros without any scruples. Escape this string.
