we have booked several rooms since April and on August 13 a phone call to warn us of the cancellation of the rooms so-called change of direction
a colleague who also booked phone last week to have confirmation we answer it's ok and yesterday 1 day before arrival she receives a cancellation email
It's HONTEUX.

This place is a dump. We have been choice hotel members and they should be embarrassed to have their name associated here. I was WAY OVERCHARGED for this place on your website when I see it going for 57 euros here. I'd like my money back!

A Mafia hotel and the thief's house, the guy in reception is super "nice" he is refused any questions. And expressly make difficulties for our groups. Watch out for the menage women!

Booked in for 5 nights but only stayed 1. Room was good size but had a funky smell. Mould in bathroom on ceiling and walls. Only had 2 small pillow on bed and the 2 in cupboard had no cases. The pillows smelt terrible. Only had 1 towels for 2 people later found out the other towels was in a drawer. Air con didn't work and there was no top sheet on bed so we took quilt out of quilt cover as the room was so hot. The quilt was filthy covered in spillage stains. There was no windows only a door so we could not open it as it was no secure. The outside area was disgraceful with long grass and weeds which would have contributed to the mosquitos The front staff were wonderful but the cleaners leave a lot to be desired. Heard everyone around us flush toilets and open and close doors half the night. Would not recommend at all.

I had a very bad experience in this hotel. The reception man is terrible and like a mafia. He even threaten me and want to fight with me. I asked they to call the policemen, they cheated me and not calling the policeman. When you see this two man. Be careful. The young lady is ok. Disgust hotel with no service.

The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is very different.

Good location. Parking was a bit dicey due to the underground Park being flooded. But the receptionist was extremely helpful and parked us up safely. Room was spacious and clean though could do with hooks to hang coats as there were no closets. Also the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. But all in all good value for money.

Absolute cleanliness, impeccable service. Releasing the suite at 11:00 is too early and destabilizing. Expect 12h or 13h as it can only be accessed from 3pm.

Very bad experience. My silver watch was stolen by the housekeeping staff. The staff was wrong twice regarding the allocation of our room. We were therefore strolling from room to room to find the maid after 20 min. The open parking not closed at night and therefore unsecured is dangerous for those who leave their cars in the parking lot. Lack of communication between staff: We were asked 4 times our room number which would prevent us from having a quiet breakfast. I do not recommend at all this thief hotel!

It was a truly great experience. I enjoyed the time I spent there. Looking forward to come back.

In General can go but has some flaw. Date going would need a rejuvenation. I happened to find the room that I was assigned not trimmed and then gave me another. My colleague didn't have hot water in the bathroom. In short, there is something to improve but in the whole is enough.

Excellent location bus stop in front of the hotel direct Gare de St Germain and RerA for Paris.
Friendly staff especially the receptionist who always has a smile.

It sucks. Breakfast is sad, if there is any leat after the coach parties come through. Beds are sweaty, towels are a strange waterproof veriety. There are light switches everywhere for no reason but no where logical (behind the bathroom door when it opens? ), can be noisy. Showerheads never stay put, water leaks all over the floor from the shower. The staff however are always polite and helpful at least.

Accueil des employés est parfait. La chambre, le lit et la salle de bain sont grand. L'hôtel est lui assez calme. Par contre les meubles sont dépareillés, la télé est posée d'une manière qu'on se demande comment ça tient et le petit déjeuner n'est pas digne d'un 3 étoiles. Verres et cuillères en plastiques, confiture sous vide et pain de mie dégueu.

Hotel City Apartment Well located at the entrance to Paris Studio well we had a good weekend affordable rates.

The rooms are very different. Some are renovated recently and are very pleasant, others still smell smoke from the old smoking rooms and others are downright dated and stained on the ground.
Having had a renovated room, I put 4 as I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean. No complaints.

Bad experience!
During a move we left our car at the parking and she has been literally pillaged with broken glass!
In addition to the time lost in statements and change of glass (1 day) while we were expected to Biscarrosse, it is impossible to recover anything of what was stolen from us.
After over 2 years of unsuccessful attempts to settle amicably, we had to refer this matter to our lawyer who assured us that when parking the responsibility of the host is automatically engaged.
It's a shame for this hotel, especially since we were regular customers…

Fair room without headboard, (had twin bed instead of double bed) no hangers, stained carpet
all bulbs do not work
no tray, 1 bedside table
dishes not clean, very old and difficult to access
Wall shower is too small and it splashes everywhere
No hairdryer as expected
too bad because our room was quiet
and apparently remade in paint
good parking, good heating

We booked for 2 nights in an emergency; could get a room reserved for persons with reduced mobility which is good! BUT:
-wrong shower room designed as immediate flood and nothing to ask objects toiletries and hair dryer available well advertised in the documentation!
-spacious and comfortable bed but fixed too close to the wall to stand up without difficulty and blocking the opening of the window!
-cleaning very amber unsatisfactory in the bathroom!
-booked for 2 people but only made available on the plateau of conviviality in the room tea bag!
-close the doors very noisy rooms: it wakes up the whole Corridor!
This isn't the 1st time we frequent this establishment and until then, we were not disappointed. As, by bad luck, at 7: 00 a. M. At the opening of the breakfast room, a car of foreign tourists, residents of the hotel and apparently without any education, made the RAID on pastries and other products…
Are not certain to come back… well that the reception staff is very friendly!

Stay for a birthday-
We book an apartment superior 35 m 2. Our arrive, the staff barely speak the french (Eastern blonde cut squared).
1st pass a room (we have never book a room)
BACK TO THE HOME
2nd passage an apartment with two beds simple (we are a couple? )
BACK TO THE HOME
3rd passage one apartment (smell, impossible to stay more than 10 minutes)
BACK TO THE HOME
4th passage finally a senior apartment with living room (without headboard, the carpet with all black spots and a broken closet)
Then, for a birthday, we were 4 people, a man just tell us too noisy but there is a way of saying the things and he he was downright disrespectful See rude and ill-mannered ect. ( (In's case, not to put 4 people in a room) ).
Hygiene remains to be seen. Not to come, I highly recommend!

Although staff nice they need to be a little more bilingual as we do French. In 201 there were no wine glasses no cork screw and no tea cups. Maintenance shower door not shutting due to a loose screw the shower head hose is held together with celeotape which is not lasting. Two light bulbs were needed obviously not checked and a hole in the curtains. No spare pillows. It's a real shame that whoever owns the appt city establishment s don't do an overall maintenance they are being paid well. The appts are well placed for exploring the main chateaus in the area and it's nice to relax after a busy day out.

Broken toilet bezel, light bulbs blown, closet door broken, carpet in a deplorable state with stains and cigarette burns. Fridge not washed with food residue, sticky plates in the cupboard. Inaccessible dishes except no amount on a Chair. Curtain rod broken terrace very dirty high grass in front of the apartment
set of 2 towels and 2 towels hands for 4 people and hospitality that refuses to we give extra towels.
No Wi — Fi in the room, impossible to capture any mobile network
All for € 92 at night it's really expensive to flee.
