Very good location but be aware of the logistics. Although they offer onsite parking but if you have a car bigger then a Peugeot 208 or VW Polo parking can be very challenging especially if you arrive late. The location is fantastic right at the Cathedral. And also the rest of the city is at your feet. One advise make sure your not close to the elevator as the calling of the floors is unnecessary loud.

Too bad the room we had was poorly soundproofed. The neighbor could be heard sneezing. Hearty breakfast with choice. Not very convenient to access with the stroller to the breakfast room.
On the other hand it was very nice to have the umbrella bed with a mobile and a small changing table for my baby. Umbrella bed with a real mattress and a small baby duvet is super nice. We'll be back, nice personal.

It's a chic hotel in the historic downtown of Rouen. It's a place for lovely meals with family. It's also good for a business trip which you need speedy Wi-Fi.

O único ponto negativo é o estacionamento: muito pequeni tanto na capacidade quanto no tamanho das vagas, as vezes não há vagas suficientes e carros grandes é quase impossível de estacionar, além de ser cobrado a parte. Café da manhã excelente.

Comfortable and friendly hotel. Secure car park. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Only stayed one night but would definitely stay again. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in the city center, right next to the cathedral of Rouen, very well placed for small trips on foot, the reception is nice, I like the decoration style of the hotel, the rooms are comfortable is clean and well equipped. The price of breakfast is a bit high for my taste considering the quality of the pastries, is the parking a little too small.

Great location, and good breakfast. Car park a squeeze but at least they have bigger spaces on one of the floors. If arriving by car, do your homework with directions before you arrive to avoid going round in circles on the one way system. Will return!

A classic hotel with the taste of the day. Characteristic to be in the center of the city of Rouen. Offer a room on the 5th floor that offers a view of the terrace of the 5 cathedrals of the city. A vision of the medieval city unique to the world.

We enjoyed our stay during the 2016 Christmas period. It is in a fairly central location in Rouen and in a short walk to the historic cathedral. A fairly decent breakfast buffet.

Modern hotel, located in the centre of the old town within 5 minutes walk of the cathedral. Limited views but very quiet despite being central. Spacious rooms with powerful walk-in showers.

Could not ask for a better location to the Cathedral and town of Rouen. It really made our stay in Rouen more pleasurable. The car park was small and tight but handy to have. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and serviced daily.

Stayed in a family room, which was a decent size for a French hotel. Clean, well appointed, good choice for breakfast and only a minute walk to the cathedral. Underground parking is tight but convenient and shouldn't be a problem unless you're in a pick-up or not very good at driving. Great value, highly recommended.

Small but cozy room. Clean. View was to internal gravel covered area between towering floors. Window was locked closed. Ask for a room with street view at the least. Tea coffee with a small electric kettle and small water bottle are provided. Staff is courteous and efficient. Breakfast was good but had very little in the way of vegetables.

Hotel is extremelly well located one block from the Rouen cathedral. Rooms are good in size and clean and people offer a very good service. Breakfast is served in the first floor and it's just ok. Wifi service is free for the basic speed and 9 euro per 24h on premium.

Well placed within Rouen. The hotel is good but not worth 4 stars. Breakfast is good, extensive choice and good products. We reserved the privilege room with balcony and cathedral view. The rooms are ok, but old style (carpets, dusty, …), not what you would expect for this price. There is a view on the cathedral, but the don't expect a view like described on the website. Good hotel but needs refreshing.

Cosy, small, very nice location. Only drawback is the very tight parking, you need a compact to fit in.

Hotel comfortable and good breakfast but poorly explained the car park exit and signage would be especially welcome if you come across an employee of the hotel driving an audi who looks down on you.

Brilliantly located within the city and its history. Extremely comfortable and quiet, with onsite parking in a city that provides very little conveniently in the centre. Hundreds of very good restaurants surround the hotel's position, so we had no cause to try the in-house menu, but people's comments were more than satisfied. The hotel staff were very professional without being dismissive.
